This is a really nice place. The check in was friendly, smooth, and seamless. There's two clothes washers and two dryers on the premises. The room is fresh and clean and the ac was on when I arrived. I took the suite and it has two seperate rooms nicely appointed. Bathroom is clean and good to go.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived there was a plastic baggie found in a drawer with what appeared to have drug residue. We paid ahead since booked through expedia non refundable which is why we chose to say (not about to lose my hard earned money). We were there 3 nights our room was not cleaned we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. We stay at Hampton (different locations) at least 1-2x month for work and leisure. The only reason I gave it 3 stars were the breakfast options were great (different each day) and our last day had the nicest staff in the kitchen area. We received a "bill" under our door day before check out, when I took this to the front desk upon check out to ensure my credit card wouldn't be charged since we paid in advance the lady informed me the bill looked weird unlike anything they'd give. Scary considering it had my name on it… amount was completely different than what we paid. Compared to other Hampton it's outdated.

Got in around 12 AM after driving for 8 hours straight. Check in was easy and fast. The room was perfect bed comfortable and bathroom good sized. Breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.

Room was great. Breakfast was ok, would've been nice if they didn't put meat in the eggs so you could have an option.

Worst hotel I have been stayed.

Employees are the best! Delfino and another guy checked us in and were accommodating. The girl on the morning shift remembered us and was very nice. The room was slightly dingy but overall pretty good.

The beds were perfect. Normally I don't get a good night's sleep when im staying in a hotel but the Hampton made me feel very comfortable.

I really love this place. I got to know the staff members and they were really helpful. Just like any five star hotel. I really want to spend even more time here. Some of the guests would leave a mess and one guest took my clothes out of the washer to put theirs in. It looks like the guests are disrespectful and not the staff members.

It is clean. Has fun amenities like pool, spa, and gym. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety of options. The only downside is the beds. They are very hard and uncomfortable the pillows are too flat and the sheets are scratchy. I went there for a girls weekend and none of us could sleep because we are all so uncomfortable. Two of the girls went and bought their own pillows for the second night.

Second time staying there. Good enough for a return visit. The kids love the indoor pool. The location is close to the Olympic ski jump and bobsled track. It's next to the outlet stores. You can walk out the door and get on the trail system that travels all over Park City. The service is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

This hotel is clean, well kept, with no strange smells. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. It was a basic set up with a microwave, small fridge, safe, and hair dryer. The complimentary breakfast was awesome with waffles and fresh berries. The workers were helpful and courteous but, a little distracted by their phones. The pool's water was cloudy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again given the need.

Stay clear of this hotel! We booked a room and everything seemed fine at check in. Upon getting ready to check out from our one night stay we found what looked like rotted food or vomit in a plastic bag in the kitchen garbage under the sink. We complained and have not received a call back from a manager. Its been almost a month of trying to get ahold of anyone. Finally called the corporate office and hopefully will get some answers. If you value your health stay away!

This was a nice place for a fair price. Clean rooms, helpful staff, tasty free breakfast. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Just a short distance to historic downtown.

This Hampton needs some remodeling. It's tired. Carpet in my suite was worn and sticky. Counter in kitchen is chipped. Location is great — maybe too busy to fix things.

It looked dirty. The bathroom had mold in the tub. The beds were really uncomfortable too. Really hard. We woke up with backaches and had a really hard time sleeping. The only good thing was the breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool but the smell of clorine was overwhelming. The restroom by the indoor pool area door doesn't lock. I had to lean forward to hold the door while I used the toliet. The house keeping staff were really friendly and made our stay a little better. I would not recommend this Inn for the price we paid. The Hampton Inn in St. George would get my 5 stars.

Starting to show its age. Could use some updating. When we informed front desk that we had a backed up toilet, they dropped off a plunger and let us fix it ourselves. Didn't see that one coming. We should monitor our kids TP usage more closely, I guess, to avoid that one. ;-)

Nice hotel with good breakfast options. Rooms were nothing to write home about but were clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

I generally think that Hilton properties are very well kept and are maintained at very high standards; however, this hotel was in need of a major overhaul. The AC was out in the lobby area for days. In the bathroom in my hotel room, there was a large orange/brown discoloration on the floor around the toilet. The wallpaper around the window and the AC unit in the room was coming off the wall. The room was missing the fire alarm. In its place was several wires that were just hanging out of the wall. There was a dark red stain on one of the towels. Maybe it was blood? The chair in the room appeared as if it had been retrieved from a dumpster. It had significant discoloration; there were large stains on the arm rests and the seat cushion. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. With all of this said, I would not stay here at this Hampton Inn again. The reviews I had read for this hotel prior to booking made it seem like this would be a really nice hotel to stay in while in Park City. It was definitely overpriced and did not meet my expectations.

The overall room and layout was great. Everything was provided which was nice. It's very comfortable and the provided breakfast was sufficient. All really great and free Wi-Fi was a great addition to our stay.

Best rooms for the price. Every year we spend a weekend in park city. We don't like to spend a lot of money on a hotel room but we don't want to stay at a dump either. They have breakfast and are right next to the shopping outlets. We have stayed there two years in a row and will most likely be back again.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean. Not very far from Park City and right next to the Tanger Outlets. Free breakfast for everybody was nice, coffee and fruit available in the lobby anytime. They had a small sundry to buy supplies in. Indoor pool and got tub was way nice. The suite was worth getting, the comfort, extra room and fireplace made it nice. The kitchenette was eh. It was decent equipment, but room for 7 had plates, cups and utensils for 4. Minimal pans and no other cookware. So unless you were gonna make mac and cheese and use the teaspoon to mix it with, it wouldn't work otherwise. A DVD player would have added to the evening, as well as chairs for 7 (in a room for 7). We enjoyed our stay and I will definitely return.

Visiting a few friends staying there.

I've stayed in Hampton Inns all over the country and this is the worst. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, first time that has ever happened. The dresser drawers open spontaneously and won't stay closed all the time. The shower curtain is so old and brittle it has cracks & holes in it. The gym is tiny with no air conditioning. This morning there were no towels and the water cooler has no water. The only good points are the typical great bed & pillows and good Wi-Fi service.

Room next to noisy elevator and the air-conditioned was so noisy I thought it might vibrate off of the wall.

It's a great place for naps, breakfast, and free Wi-Fi.

My husband and I travel frequently for work and use Hampton Inn exclusively. Interstates frequently close for inclement weather between our town and Salt Lake, and the online policy for Hampton Inn says you can cancel your reservation by 6 PM the night before, a policy we have utilized before and is one of the reasons we stay with Hampton Inn, and especially one of the reasons we chose to book with them in the middle of winter. With the upcoming snowstorm, we called to cancel our stay and were told you must cancel 30 days in advance. When we asked about the online statement about cancellation and our previous experience, we were told they were able to have a different policy because they were a ski town. They were totally unhelpful in rebooking for a future date. So we are eating the cost. Customer service is terrible, would not stay there again, in fact, probably will not use them for future travels for work.

Easy to find. Arrived late, but was still able to get a close parking spot. Parking area was well lit. Front desk girl was friendly and was able to quickly check us in. The room was nice and clean. Only complaint was the small squishy pillows, but there were 4 of them. Check out in the morning was super easy. The place seemed pretty empty. Breakfast wasn't great (the eggs seemed like they'd been out for a bit) but there was a selection. Coffee was good.

The room was great but the breakfast left me wanting. They had omelettes yet no cheese in them and there was no meat. Seasoned potatoes were good. And they had some what fresh fruits. Get bacon or sausage… get crazy and add sausage gravy n biscuits and ill come back every month. Served it till 10 which was great too. No meat though!?

Wonderful service. Michelle was so kind, she have us a complimentary upgrade do we could have a microwave in our room. Nice room. Love the service.

When I arrived all they had were "smoking" rooms. The room I got had absolutely no trace of smoke smell. Very nice suite. Two flat screen, king bed, complete kitchen including even dishes. Very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the courtesy of the staff, the pool and spa are very nice, and the rooms clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and included with the room. What more can one ask for in a 3-4 star hotel.

Worst Hotel Visit Ever and Worst Staff Ever. I am an HHonors Member. I am still saddened and shocked at how horribly our family was treated by staff at this hotel. The rating should be — 1, 000 or more. My family and I have stayed in many hotels in many places over the years. We have never had one, single problem before — ever. It was by far the worst hotel visit with the worst staff my precious family and I have ever experienced. 1. Police Called by Horrible Staff, Stephanie, who said she was told to do so by Luke Terrell, the "General Manager" of the hotel. Police came to our room about an hour after arriving. Why? Our 2-year-old baby boy and our 4-year-old baby girl ran a little in our room because they were excited to be in a hotel and ready to go swimming in the pool. Call the police on very young children? Are you kidding me? That is shameful. Clearly that is how the staff and manager treat hotel guests at this Park City Hampton Inn and Suites. Horrible. Disgusting. Infuriating. Shameful. 2. My young children were scared by police coming to our door, something they never had happen to them, or our family, ever before. We were all eating dinner in our room and our children had their swimming suits on ready to go to the pool when police came to our door.
