Worst Hotel Visit Ever and Worst Staff Ever. I am an HHonors Member. I am still saddened and shocked at how horribly our family was treated by staff at this hotel. The rating should be — 1, 000 or more. My family and I have stayed in many hotels in many places over the years. We have never had one, single problem before — ever. It was by far the worst hotel visit with the worst staff my precious family and I have ever experienced. 1. Police Called by Horrible Staff, Stephanie, who said she was told to do so by Luke Terrell, the "General Manager" of the hotel. Police came to our room about an hour after arriving. Why? Our 2-year-old baby boy and our 4-year-old baby girl ran a little in our room because they were excited to be in a hotel and ready to go swimming in the pool. Call the police on very young children? Are you kidding me? That is shameful. Clearly that is how the staff and manager treat hotel guests at this Park City Hampton Inn and Suites. Horrible. Disgusting. Infuriating. Shameful. 2. My young children were scared by police coming to our door, something they never had happen to them, or our family, ever before. We were all eating dinner in our room and our children had their swimming suits on ready to go to the pool when police came to our door. I went to the front desk and told Laura / Leah at the front desk that I have chosen to have our family leave this shameful, mean hotel to avoid any more mean, horrible treatment to my family and that I wanted a full refund. 3. Stephanie at the front desk is an old (late 50s to 60s age) angry, disrespectful, rude, contentious person who is miserable, and a very low-class person, and was by far the worst staff we have ever dealt with. No staff even offered to help us find another hotel. I had to find us another hotel in another city over 20 miles away at about 8:00pm on a Friday Night. 4. There is much more but I will include it in the letter I am writing to Hilton corporate. Suffice it to say that it was extremely bad and I am requesting a formal, written, unequivocal apology from the three local hotel employees involved and a written apology and compensation from corporate. 5. Do not take your family to this hotel. I would not want any other family to be treated the way we were treated.
