The hotel staff was so disrespectful. They told my sister she had to pay a CASH ONLY deposit, despite their written policy saying the deposit could be held on a card or with cash. After getting frustrated, not understand why they were requiring CASH ONLY, they then stated they can refuse service because of my attitude. During a time when community really should be coming together (FEMA declared disaster), this hotel made the situation much more stressful. Shame on them. Don’t miss at the bottom they put in writing they can refuse anyone. I will never be recommending this hotel!

I have never stayed in a hotel by myself with just my 1 year old son. The staff made me feel at home right away! They are so friendly. The room was super clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The continental breakfast is limited because of covid, but those waffles were amazing, and my son enjoyed the cereal and juice! It is close to the AFB where my husband works and close to some shopping as well. I can't wait to stay there again.

Very rude lady that will kick you out when your time is gone. Their dog is in the front scaring children. The shower was clogged and sink too. The tubs are old. The shower curtain had blood

Always clean. While not the newest or fanciest it is clean, the people are nice and it has a mini fridge and a microwave.

After having nightmare hotel experiences last 2 nights (none were Exec Inn) and we were going to sleep in the car until giving it a shot and booking yet another room on line. Kumar was awesome! He helped my family and I get settled in and the kids even had time for the pool. He gave my husband info so we could order kids dinner. He answered all my questions and was helpful when it came to my pets and fees. He assured of us the availability of what was for the continental breakfast and that my 8 year old would not only have the option of coffee and someone’s left over donuts. Yes that was yesterday’s experience in unnamed Texas chainsaw massacre type hotel. We cannot be more thankful! Thanks Kumar you definitely went above and beyond!

Was a very nice hotel comfy beds and friendly people.

We just got in but so far, everything has neen great. The beds and pillows are wonderful.

I can’t say enough good things about here! The staff is so friendly, helpful and caring! My brother in law has cerebral palsy and this place has handicapped access to the pool! On top of their amazing customer service (allowing me to check in 2 hours before my sister, who had actually reserved our room) they repeatedly asked us if we needed to switch to a handicapped room (which we didn’t). They have been very accommodating, so extremely friendly, have an amazing breakfast offered, the rooms are clean with LARGE micro-fridges, large restrooms, comfortable beds, I could go on and on. We invited several of our friends to rent rooms for this weekend also just based off our first night. We will definitely be coming here again, and I recommend it to anyone. Yes, they are in the middle of renovations, so things are stored in hallways & in the pool/spa area, but nothing is in the way, (even in a wheelchair) and everything is clean. I’m highly impressed, especially since the room was so cheap!

I have been residing at this hotel for a total of four months. The Manager and his family are extremely kind and generous. They will go the extra mile, within reason, upon request. The hotel is currently remodeling as it is decades old. Within the months, I've seen the place change, (interior/exterior wise) as they are always bettering their hotel. They will soon have the indoor pool open as well. For this price you simply cannot beat it. Military friendly and also allows pets, I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you.

Stayed in this hotel on 08/10/18. Staff was nice and room appeared clean. I have severe allergic reactions to excessive amounts of pesticides. Woke up in hotel room at 3am with both eyes nearly swollen shut (my normal reaction to pesticides). For the record, I have never had this reaction in a hotel room before. It was so bad I had to pack up and leave at 3:30am. Have been fighting a sinus infection ever since (over a week). My biggest concern is why were they spraying such powerful pesticides… …….

Had rooms available late night/early morning. Best rates. Kids 12 and under stay at no additional cost so it saved me a pretty penny. Overall enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean. Beds comfy. Nice water pressure for the shower. Plenty of outlets.

Stamford's personal, I enjoyed the breakfast options, broom was clean. Downside was the carpet in the hallways were very old and clearly needs to be changed out. It may be a little run-down but for the most part I would recommend it and I would stay there again. I appreciate that I felt safe and the guard dog, LOL was a nice surprise. If you go there, you'll know what I'm talking about.

The hotel is nice and the rates are very good. The rooms are clean. They have very nice flat screen tvs and refrigerators and microwaves in their rooms. There is only one way in and out and that makes it feel more secure. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Vending machine button had 7-UP logo on it. Much to my surprise, I got a sprite from the machine. Very happy with the staff and rooms (and sprite).

Front desk was very nice. Carpet was damp in room and room wouldn't get as cold as I wanted it but everything else was nice.

Definitely be staying there again. It was clean they had breakfast the people were very very nice good security pretty good place.

My one week stay was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was nice, quiet, and peaceful during my stay. The price was perfect for the room and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good. Just an awesome place overall to stay. No complaints from me at all.

The staff and beautifully decorated rooms made this hotel a home away from home during the many times I had to stay here for visits to Sheppard AFB. The front desk and lobby is always in a pristine condition with not even a speck of dust to be noticed. The staff really know how to make you feel like family, and that is no exaggeration either, wonderful people. Besides the standard room which offers much more then the reasonable pricing would dictate, they always have a marvolous Jacuzzi rooms that are just perfect for planning out an anniversary or weekend retreat with your loved one. The breakfast is quite good with all of it being fresh which is a far departure from other places I've stated at. All in all, there is no other place that my wife and I will ever stay at while in the Wichita falls area after experiencing what is possibly the highlight of our visits to the area. Keep being awesome Executive Inn team and we can't wait to see y'all again once stateside!

Stayed 11 January 2018. The hotel room only cost $45 for the night, so my expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely nice and helpful staff. The room far exceeded anything that I expected. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Wichita Falls area. Gave them a 5 out of 5 because the room was exceptional.

Nothing fancy it any frills, hotel had a working heater/a. C. In the room, I used the heater while I was there, and the bed was decently comfortable. They had a good tv, decent shower, and the front desk people were nice. They had a waffle maker and it put out good waffles, would have like something else savory to break up the sweetness but I'm in no way complaining, it's a budget motel and the waffle iron was more than I was expecting. The only thing I will say is some of the notices and wordings defi lately lacked tact, one of them said some thing like "if you take breakfast to your room you will be charged 5 dollars because you can't read the sign" I saw why they charge this when no one else does, because they have metal silverware instead of disposable like most places I've been to, but a little more grace in advising people of this might go a long way. Either way if you need a place to lay your head for a couple of days or after a long drive and don't want to spend much money, I recommend this place.

Our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! All the staff very friendly and helpful! Yes, I would definitely stay there again, if I'm in Wichita Falls!

This is without any doubt the best economy hotel that I have stayed in. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable need, friendly and professional management. More like a $120 motel. The best value I've come across. Highly recommended.

I enjoy this place. I have stayed there about 6 times and have had a great experience every time. It's not the fanciest place, but for the price it's wonderful.

We stayed at the Executive Inn Suites in Wichita falls, TX. The owner Sue and her family are amazing! We came to visit my son for Thanksgiving, he is stationed in Sheppard Air Force base. We called in advance to ask if we could bring a turkey and eat in their breakfast area, they did us one better! They set everything up for us and had extra food for their guests! The owners were both very nice and their family were as well! We are super satisfied and Happy! They made our stay and our Thanksgiving with my son amazing because it was like we never left home! Thank you!

We loved it! This people is sooo amazing they allowed us to have our Thanksgiving dinner with our grandson who stays in the Shepperd Air Force Base and they even warmed up our Turkeys and side dishes we brought from Houston and set up a table for us to eat as a family! Kudos to you guys! God bles you!

I came here a couple of months ago with my son and New bride. The entire visit the staff was great, the rooms clean and spacious and breakfast was also good. I am here for Thanksgiving and I didn't even look at other hotels I wanted to come here. When I called in advance to ask about early check in she was not only friendly and stated she was sure they could accommodate me she made me feel welcome over the phone. When I arrived today the girl Vanessa at the front desk was friendly and never once complained about working a holiday. This evening returning back after my alternator went out during my visit with my son I was upset but these owners not only had a full Thanksgiving spread they were so nice it made me forget not being able to really go anywhere tonight. I'm full and content and know I'll be rested sleeping in this comfy bed. I definitely recommend families and dogs too, stay here you won't ever want to stay anywhere else in the area. I will always remember their kindness and hospitality and recommend anybody to stay here.

There front room was under some renovations when I visited, but they keep their work space very clean and keep a very low noise level. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, a bit dated, as too be expected. But most importantly they were clean, and the bathrooms were nice and spacious. Overall a great place to stay, that was within our budget.

Was here a year ago, rooms have been updated & decorated nice, flat screen, mico/mini frig, beds comfortable and very clean. Owner's are awesome and staff is friendly. Breakfast :)

Everyone here is super nice. Room was also clean, TV also worked great and the price is astonishing. I checked Airbnb and Executive inn & Suites beats their price by 60%.

The price is very reasonable for the stay. The breakfast was simple not too many things to choose from, perfect for indecisive children. Only met one member of the staff and he was very friendly. No problems with anything. After reading other reviews we were a little concerned, but everything turned out nicely. When we checked in we went to our room, made sure it was to our liking, turned on the AC so the room would be cool when we returned. The AC worked great, even had to turn it off during the night. I mean we could nit pick every little thing and Im sure we could find something wrong but thats at any place and lets face it there is no such thing as perfect. It serves a purpose of a place to lay your head at night and clean up the next morning. Definitely would stay at this facility again.

Managment is very hostile and quick to defend them selves when you ask questions about illegal activities. Managers are from another country who don't care about the laws we have here in America. Managment will lie in comment sections of reviews to make themselves look better. I attached pictures because the hotel is Infested by bed bugs and I had to go to the Emergency Room because of my reaction Miserable and hotel would not give refund or even apologize I contacted Wichita Falls Lodging Health Department for investigation. I made Civil Court Case for all my medical bills & the expenses associated with my horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! Even the employees were complaining that the management forces them to babysit a dog & rents rooms "by the hour" for prostitution. They turned the pool into a dirty storage room that has clutter you can see through the windows. The breakfast is nothing but watered down milk and corn flakes. Stay at the Comfort Inn for $60 a night this place is not worth the cheap price. It's cheap for a reason because nobody ever goes back after the first stay. The sheets smelled so bad and my pillow had hair on it. If they wash the sheets they do NOT use soap. Dreadful stay at the Executive Inn. *P. S they probably got a big fine for bed bugs after I reported them so they left a hateful comment. I do NOT smoke and I was NOT "evicted". By law, you cannot evict someone from a hotel room because that's not how evictions work.

I'm staying in this hotel 3 times a year and each time for 18 nights. I do not even understand the negative comments, they are absolutely unfounded. The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean … Frankly, it is a wonderful place to stay since the Patel family took over the hotel which was actually in a bad state before them, the former owners were the most unpleasant and unhelpful people that could be encountered. Since the Patel run the hotel, I feel "at home", they are charming, kind, very welcoming very helpful and, more than once, in different circumstances, they helped the European I am. I consider them as my friends and I am more than happy to be their guest again at the end of September. Can't wait to see you, friends. And sorry for my bad English… ;-)

Rock hard beds, only 2 pillows per bed, when I requested more they said the whole hotel didn't have any more pillows, they were old and lumpy and the air conditioning was so loud you can't sleep with it on but it's WAY to hot with it off, they had no shampoo or conditioners in our room we were introduced to the hotel by a dog behind the front counter yapping at us. Not very pleasant stay to say the least, the only good thing was that the night people behind the desk were kind.

The staff here are exemplary! Manager Roc Patel goes way above the norm to make customers feel more like family! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service. Karie the receptionist is awesome, very helpful, polite and professional. She get 5stars from me and my husband! Rooms are very affordable, nice, and clean. They also have truck parking. Wish there was more entrances available to access the building besides just the front/main entrance. Aside from that, I recommend this hotel!

We stopped at Executive Inn on our way to New Mexico. We were pleasantly surprised. To be a budget hotel, I found the rooms to be spacious and clean. They even had hot breakfast which was a big plus. Friendly staff. Would stop there again!

Staff was very friendly, let us check in early. Remembered us every time we came back in and asked about sons game. Made us feel as if they had known us for years. Room was clean and loved the water pressure. Breakfast was good also. All in all I will be staying here every time I go back to Wichita Falls.

"Renovating" the pool, they said. Putting a bunch of old junk in a pool and around the pool like ironing boards and such is not renovating. That's using a pool room for storage for stuff that clearly looks like it needs to be thrown away. Having a bunch of nasty looking beds outside of the hotel was not a good touch either. However, the room we stayed in was very nice. I enjoyed my stay but I'll be choosing a different hotel next time I come to Wichita Falls.

DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE ESPECIALLY IF U R FEMALE BECAUSE THIS BUSINESS IS DISRESPECTFUL 2 WOMEN! We checked in late night (10:30-11pm) & had 2 be somewhere early this morning (got up @ 6am) but we reserved a room for 2 nights. 1st of all the bed was very hard, only 2 towels in the room, I asked if they had a king room available because we had a 2yr old who sleeps with us & the beds were 2 small. The young man who checked me in was very nice as he explained their king rooms were all full 4 the night but they may have 1 on the next night. We had a miserable night! So uncomfortable & could not sleep at all! We left 4 an event @ approximately 8:30am (we were late & rushing) we returned @ approximately 3:30pm, that's when I asked the older man (politely) about whether they now had a king room. He told me no they were all full. I went on 2 my room & after a brief discussion with my husband we decided 2 ask 4 tonight (only 1 night) refund & go 2 another hotel. When I went back 2 the lobby, the younger guy was back so I explained about the 2yr old & the beds were hard & uncomfortable & if he could help us or refund the night that was already paid… he asked the older man (who was apparently his dad) he said no refund & (direct quote) he didn't give a rat's a** if I stayed or left. I told him I was gonna really give him a good review (sarcasm) he said (quote again) what I say didn't effect him or his Business at all, did I think what I say was gonna matter?

Ive been here for nearly a month at the end of this week and they've accomadated me with most troubles ive had, the staff is friendly and the cleaning ladies are thorough sometimes the Wi-Fi is spotty but thats only if alot of people are using them, my advice is stay for the weekend the free breakfast has blueberry waffles instead of normal ones ;)

Yet again, I had another death in my Wichita Falls family. I knew I could count on the management and staff of Executive Inn & Suites to take care of my family's needs. Not only did we receive a great value, we were again treated with the utmost in courtesy and respect due to the nature of our visit. Executive Inn & Suites will always be my go-to hotel when I need to travel to Wichita Falls and stay, either overnight or longer. Thanks again for a job well done!

We stayed here one night while we were traveling thru, & they accommodated our parking issue since we had a trailer in tow with our car. They also kept a good eye on it thru the nite, because when we went out to it late that night they came out to make sure it was us, & not someone messing around. Then 3 days later I realized I had left a dress hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I called immediately & they still have it & agreed to mail it to me. They let me know when it was on its way & the amount that it cost ($13.45), and I told them to charge $20 to the card on file for them taking the time to mail it, but they only charged the cost of shipping. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again.

My family and I have visited Executive Inn & Suites of Wichita Falls twice this month while traveling due to a death in the family. The owners and employees went out of their way to extend their hospitality and condolences for our loss. Our rooms were very clean and welcoming, with comfortable beds, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator and flat-screen TV. The coffee was fresh and delicious. Our children enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We were treated with courtesy, respect and were offered a very fair price for our lodging. I highly recommend Executive Inn & Suites in Wichita Falls, TX, and will be staying here again during subsequent visits to Wichita Falls…

Rooms are VERY outdated. Room service ignores do not disturb signs. I stayed with a newborn baby for 2 weeks visiting my husband who is military, and they bang on doors. As far as the employees go here I'm scared to have room service with fear of my belongings being stolen. Yet they require it. No matter how cheap it is do not stay here. Very disrespectful and outdated. I would say that my room was somewhat clean when I stayed. But this is a no.
