Well would not ever stay here again commode wooden flush no water in the sink and had a smell bad no pool no Wi-Fi if you want it coffee for breakfast that's all you got.

Bed bugs in room 219 and 221… dirty and horrible customer service. After they get your money they treat you like a bum. $48\ night and $237\week!?! You can find a slum like tgos in Dallas for $35\night and $145\week! I've pictures of the Bed bug bites I suffered for over a week! And not only that the guy underneath my post sayong the same thing! Also I called thw better business bureau (BBB) and the City Health department and they claim they conduccted an inspection and claim to have not found anything. A year or two ago that areas hotels amd motels off Maurine\Central Frwy all experienced Bed Bugs and all Hotels except for AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN & MOTEL 6 threw out their Furniture!

I was not the customer staying, just helping a friend get settled while in town. Went into (1st) room. It was dirty, dead bugs on everything, cigarette burns on the comforter, smelled horrible (like stale smoke and mildew). Moved to another room, was a little better, but not by much! The booking site described it as comparable to a La Quinta Inn or Comfort Inn… Haha… Not even close! She actually only paid $10 less than the La Quinta. The faucet/pipe in the shower busted and was pouring water everywhere and starting to get into the room. They said she would have to wait until "office hours" and wouldn't give her any towels either. They told her she couldn't use their "good" towels, but she would have to go get the maintenance towels herself. Finally, after other complaints from neighboring rooms (almost 2 hours later), they came to fix it and moved her to yet another room. So ridiculous and I can't believe they are still in business!

My brother, dad and me said he because we were tired, when we seen the room it was small. Then I was laying on the bed and I started feeling inching but I wasn't worrying about it. My brother and I shared a bed and my dad had a bed. I feel so uncomfortable in that room and we all went to sleep. It was then at 4:00 my dad came in the room, woke us up. And he said get up we leaving. And he had bites on his neck. Keep in mine we paid $67.00, he got bite by bed bugs. He asked the guy who worked their and asked for a refund. But he reuse and he took to long to give it to my dad. So my dad called the cops and told them about it. And got his money back, so all and all don’t go to this hotel a least you don’t care. The room we stayed in was 227.

Very nice reasonable price didn't cause me and arm or leg.

It was nice they serve a little breakfast and the neighbors are quiet so I had a good stay.

There were burn holes in the bed and on the so called bed spread. The air conditioner unit was so out of date, you couldn't see the controls. It also cut on and off all night. The floors were dirty as well as the walls and door. The toliet and tub needs to be updated and was not pleasant looking at all. The staff was not pleasant at all. Not once mentioned the little breakfast and I was charged something different from what my card was charged. I only stayed here because the room I booked for the weekend claimed they didn't receive my reservation and this trip was already planned. It was spring break weekend and rooms elsewhere were booked. Overall not pleased by far with this stay.

The beds need to be thrown away all springs a. C. Unit barley works it really sucks do not come here.

Say no smoking but have cigarettes butts under bed no towels and over charge.

I would definitely not recommend stopping here. It's cheap but really not even worth it. Right when you walk in the lady/ front desk staff was very rude. I was gave a room that hadn't been cleaned, dirty bed/towels/tub, then was moved to yet another dirty room. I literally couldn't sleep because of the filth. Bad smell as well. AND SO MANY BUGS! If you find a hotel, even motel same price or a tad bit more expensive, do not stop and waste your time here trust me.

Best price in town, not so much the best value. I've seen much worse though. My room did had the inside latch lock removed, which is a first. Breakfast is cereal and sunny D. You get what you pay for though.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price, but you get a cheap room. Room looks old, bed was uncomfortable. If you just want a cheap price, this is the place.

For personal issues we had to stay for more than 5 weeks at this hotel and we felt very secured and the rooms were clean almost mandatory every other day which was really good, also we asked the manager to do a special favor to us when we left and he not just did it but also they kept calling us until we had what we asked them to do for us. We are very satisfied and thankful for the service there, they deserve 10 stars.

It was okay for a place to sleep overnight. No bugs or spiders. But, the room had mountain dew cans under the beds and stains on the pillows. I don't expect much for a cheap place, but a clean room would be nice. Bottle opener built into the room was a classy touch.

This ain't nothing but an old Motel 6 that still has the carpet on the floor. I won't stay here again.

Have had a great stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

If you travel and just need a place to crash It has what you need for the price. The beds are hard. But fridge micro shower was worth using… OK the beds suck.

Get what you pay for. For under $50 a night it was what I expected. Room was okay. Everything worked, room was clean, a/c blew cold. Definitely had a "cheap" motel feel.

This place was nasty. There were holes in the bed spreads, dirt and stains all over the tub, a huge hole in the bathroom door. We ended up getting a refund and going to LaQuinta.

Do not stay here! This place was horrible. The carpet was not vacuumed, the main light did not turn on, the room smelled like butt and alcohol, there were two stains on the sheets, the bathroom was disgusting. The man at the front desk was rude, barefoot, and his index finger nail was long. We decided not to stay and they did not return our money.

Terrible rooms, then they gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password twice. America best value inn bullshit my ass.

This used to be a Motel 6, has gone downhill fast.

Absolutely sucked. The worst hotel I have ever been to. The curry floated on the breeze smelled like urine and the rooms are flat out flithy. $368.00 for two nights during the HH100, because every room on town was filled. And the continental breakfast described below was either the same one I saw, or they do it everyday. The microwave looked like something out of a pawn shop, with dead food in it. And don't think about opening the little refrigerator that has been unplugged. The cigarette burns on the bedspread were a nice touch. Really, this place should be reported it was that bad.

I stayed in this hotel while visiting my husband who is stationed at Sheppard AFB, when I called to make the reservatioln I spoke with a gentlemen who couldn not speak or understand english, upon checking in the man told me that housekeeping had just left the room. When I got to the room there was sheetrock pieces on the floor in piles from under the sink. I went to run bath water for my 5 year old son and had to clean 5 dead bugs out of the bath tub. When I put my 3 month old down on the bed a cocroach was coming towards him on the bed. I moved him over to the other bed and called the front desk where they said that they had never had complaints about that room in the past and then hung up. I was laying on a full sized bed with my newborn and my 5 year old both asleep when I saw a cocroach crawl over my 5 year old so again I called the front desk again and told them that I was checking out right then. When I asked to speak to a manager about the problem they told he was not in to call in the morning which would have been a Saturday. I asked him about a phone number for corperate he told that there was none.
