Nice and clean. Great breakfasts with plenty of options. Staff was easy to work with. Quick drive to Magnolia Market and Table. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Comfortable and newly built, great bed and loved the suite design. Friendly staff, complete hot breakfast made this a great value.

Shoulda used a rougher tile that had more grip.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast par. Interstate noise is horrendous and room didn't get cool until early a. M. I know you can't always control what other folks do, but apparently people rented rooms nextdoor for their kids and didn't supervise them. They screamed and played all night then someone decided to fill up every ice chest they owned. We checked out a day early and before 10. We were told that they didn't see a reason why we would be charged a second night because they wanted to ensure we'dstay with Comfort Suites again. We did get charged. I'm disputing this charge with my credit card company. This experience makes me want to stay at another Comfort Suites; NOT.

This place is for people that like luxurious suites. It has a great amount of space. It has 2 twin beds, a couch (that can be turned into a small bed. ) a small kitchen, and a table. Definitely recommend this place. Loved it.

This hotel is conveniently located for quick access to I-35 so you can easily get anywhere in town. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy, but not terrible. As for the hotel itself, our room was clean, spacious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hot breakfast and super clean! Friendly staff with indoor pool and spa with a fitness room. Tractor/trailer parking is an empty field in front of the hotel. So on rainy days beware!

Convenient location and near to restaurants. Nice and friendly staff. Stayed here many times before and it is still the same. Big and clean rooms and good size pool.

Excellent hotel and clean place. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were big and clean. Pool & Hot tub was too good and my kids enjoyed it very much.

Small suite for two queen sized beds. Very cramped space. Security latch missing among other problems.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was very nice the first day, but the breakfast staff the next morning were not very pleasant, the breakfast was not stocked, and the eating area was dirty. The pool was nice, but the area around the pool was very slick and there were no towels. We had a 2 queen bed suite and one of the beds was right on the air conditioner unit, which made it difficult to get in and out of the bed, as well as to cool the room at night without freezing the person in that bed.

Very nice hotel by far pretty large when compared to others like it. Only complaint is that the bathtub could be cleaner notice mold every once in awhile but other than that it a great place and I always stay there when I'm in town.

The place is just 30 minute drive from my place! I keep visiting the place often and going there for dinners. It’s always a pleasure to be there. Keep it up people!

Arrived here around 5pm on a Friday walked into very nice looking lobby. There was a guy helping a group of college girls at one desk taking forever while pathetically trying to flirt with them. There was a house keeper standing at the other desk looking at us funny then wandered off then a few minutes later a girl came out of the back to help us. She was very polite and even gave us suggestions on where to visit. We checked out the 2 bed suite we reserved we had asked for something away from the highway but apparently that wasn't possible. The freeway noise is quite loud. I went to the thermostat on the wall to see if the fan would drown out the noise and it didn't work looked like it was dead display was blank. We were also going to use the pullout couch so the kids wouldn't have to share a bed and noticed no extra pillows and the pillows that were on the bed are a joke! There was two smaller pillows with two tiny square pillows on each bed. We went to the front desk asked the guy for extra pillows and he was very rude he said well each bed has four pillows. We said yes but we want to use the pullout and we needed more we had to plead with him to give us one pillow! All while treating us like pillow thieves saying they were going to track it, wth! Then we brought up the non working thermostat which he said oh did you try the controls on the unit itself. Apparently the themostats on the wall are just decoration and don't actually work.

For a freeway side hotel, this place is really great. Rooms are big (some highway noise though), the whole place feels really clean, the breakfast was standard fare, but well stocked.

The staff was super friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. I didn't have the breakfast, but others we traveled with did have it and said it was great! The hotel was very clean and updated, including the lobby and room. The location was perfect for our trip. I have no complaints.

If you are planning to visit the Silos and enjoy the Magnolia experience, this is the perfect place to stay. Not only is it convenient, but it is a well appointed hotel with a delicious breakfast. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a great trip and it all started with the Comfort Suites hotel. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

If I could give more stars I would. I was treated better than I've ever been treated in a hotel. Sharon made sure everything was perfect! The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is wonderful! Love it and will stay again. We are miving here from Missouri and will make sure all our friends and family stay here!

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because there were ROACHES in the bathroom and kitchenette area. I reported it to the front desk and was told they would take care of it… Thursday morning… more ROACHES. I would recommend the hotel IF they could get the BUGS under control. The complimentary breakfast was good but I wondered if the non-paying "GUESTS" found their way into the kitchen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are large and clean. I always book 2 doubles, and every room has a sofa-bed AND a chase. My youngest can still sleep on it! The pool area is nice (although very loud). The breakfast is robust, usually including eggs, sausage, gravy, and many other things. We've stayed in this location twice annually for the last several years, and the existence is both pleasant and consistent.

14 day cancellation policy warning! 14-day policy during college football season. I am a frequent CS Guest and have never dealt with anything beyond a 24-hour cancellation policy before. I booked the room 2 weeks ago by phone directly with the hotel agent and was not told this. I DID receive a confirmation email as usual, but as anything person does, I glanced at it when it came in and did not dive into the cancellation policy — again because I'm a frequent guest and did not expect it to be different. I am not going into Waco for the college football game — that did not even cross my mind. What a bummer. Because they are franchised they stand by their policy and are not willing to work with me whatsoever. Too bad they'll lose a guest because of a policy. That is the worst thing a business can do. Shame on me but especially shame on them!

Seems to be quite new. The bathroom smells incredible like vanilla. I don't know how they do that. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Liked it. Continental breakfast was okay, like everywhere else. Would stay here again.

This Comfort Suites was exceptionally clean and up to date. The lobby was large and offered a bar area with a happy hour. The staff was very friendly and provided recommendations on restaurants and in town entertainment. The room was large with a partitioned area for the beds and one for the sofa and desk area. The comforter on the bed was thick and very comfortable. The parking lot was extremely bright at night and I felt safe leaving my car overnight. Overall, I felt I received more than what I paid for in this hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Friendly, informative front desk help. Clean room, very spacious. The parking lot was completely lit up which I like for safety. $2 specials at the bar were a nice treat and the bar tender was helpful with dining recommendations and movie idea. Lobby for breakfast was welcoming and accomodating for a good size crowd. Overall a nice, clean, friendly hotel! (And have to mention a great price)

We were welcomed warmly through the door after 5 in the afternoon. The check-in was a breeze, literally took a minute and a half because of our reservation. They had a baby crib ready for us to carry up to the room with our luggage. We were able to obtain extra blankets and towels for our two kids. Continental breakfast was actually pretty big. Milk, juice, cereal, bread, bagels, pastries, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, fruit, hashbrowns, quite a bit of a spread. We swam in the pool. Open late until 11p. We thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay! We'd definitely go again if we're out that way!

A little over priced for my needs just passing through Waco. The lounge closed before 11 which was disappointing. The rooms looked great and they had good Wi-Fi.

Comfortable rooms and easy check in/out. Good selection of breakfast foods, though the room was a little crowded.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent or better when compared with others of the same price.

Staying here while visiting family in the area. The kids have had fun in the indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast was good. I was only expecting a continental but there were also waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes available with the the regular assortment of pastries, yogurt, breads and cereal. Our suite has two queen beds and a fold out sofa with a chaise lounge on the side of it. A microwave, fridge and sink area as well as a business area with a desk, phone and multi plug for your devices. They offer wireless printing if you need it and free Wi-Fi.

Lucy the manager was very professional and helpful during my visit. Because of her service, I would continue to recommend this location in Waco to others. Room was clean, all hotel associates were friendly, and the breakfast was spot on.

Bad/dangerous location. Newer hotel. Friendly staff. Far away from any good shopping.

I was recently stayed at two different Comfort suites. One from san antonio and one from waco. The waco one is much better and the employees there seem to really care about their service.

Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Room is a good size, even big for one adult and two kiddos. Convenient location to fast food and grocery store. Two downsides… the color that was chose to coat the pool/hot tub. It's brown, looks swampy, my boy felt creeped out by the inability to see. Second, there could certainly be more detail paid in the rooms, i. E. Cobwebs. For the price paid *low end* a good value.

The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great as well and the price was great as well! The only thing lacking was the ice cream selection in the :snack area", but HEB is just across the highway. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice place to stay. Great service. Affordable prices. Tons of room to accommodate a family. Very popular it seems. Only down fall was they need to work on time management and have rooms available at time of check in. If it's the cleaning service then they need to be followed up on. Other then that, it was wonderful.

Great Space to host a conference, was there recently for a United Healthcare Star+Plus Town Hall.

The People working there are very nice but the facility is nasty. The first room we stayed in smelled horrible and when we changed rooms there was pubic hair in the bathroom and the floors were dirty. I have an 11 month old and there were paint chips all over the floor I was scared to let her down to play. There was a broken lamp on the table. The Shower was broken and glued together it started spraying all over the ceiling. The pool smelled of very over chlorinated water which we all know is caused from to much urine and not enough maintenance it was also slightly green. The chlorine smell is so overbearing you can smell it as you walk by the room and it burns your eyes and throat when you enter. As if it couldn't get any worse the breakfast made us sick. We will not be going back to this hotel. It could've and should've been a lot better,. I'm very disappointing. It was like a hotel for drug addicts. Would not recommend to anyone.
