Motel was great but road work made it difficult to get into parking lot.

Great staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

If you want a good rest, this is not the place to stay. The noise level in my room was amplified by noisy neighbors, and the closeness to I-35, like I-5 this road never sleeps. In most hotels, if you on the top floor you are away from most of the noise, in this facility your room is at highway level and you hear all the noise. It doesn't help when a family with small children is quartered next door. On my next trip to Waco, I will find somewhere else to stay.

Everything was very nice. The ease to get to the location, appearance, entry was very nice with a welcoming lady with a nice smile. The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Departure experience was smooth and easy. Again, a friendly smile with, please come back and visit us soon.

This is a nice hotel! Continental breakfast with sausage and waffles. The front desk staff is really nice, and the everything looks pretty updated. We had a great time here and recommend it!

Room was a good size. Comfortable without be suffocating. There were some updates made to the room, but some parts seemed dated. It was quiet even though the hotel was full. The breakfast was decent, enough options for everyone, and it's free so you can't complain too much. The ac didn't make the room feel as cold as we like but not warm either. Good stay, wouldn't be against using them again.

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was nice and pleasant and professional. Clean restrooms in the lobby and rooms are spacious and plenty of room.

Convenient location right off the interstate. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Will hear traffic noise if window is facing the interstate.

Very nice, clean updated staff very helpful and friendly let us park our motorcycle under the awning and close to food and attractions will stay here again.

Nice place. Minutes from everything! Only down side is being so close to I-35. But our room was clean and the staff was nice! Which is what counts. Our room did smell a bit like mildew, but it was super clean.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the highway and just minutes from Waco attractions. The hotel is freshly updated.

Very clean nice staff very quiet inside. You can hear semis passing being right on the highway in rooms facing it. But over all really nice for the price.

Property fine, not up to standards on breakfast offered. No eggs, or juices. Only fatty, foods. They were good, but for restricted diets or people who need juice with medicine. PROBLEM! STAFF, said following orders.

I would not rate this a 5 star but it is an excellent place to stay and we will be staying there again.

Very nice Motel, breakfast was good, food was prepared well. No major problems except our shower area the ceilling was messed up. But I forgot to report it.

Good location, clean room but price was inflated!

Got to hotel they did not receive reservation for expedia tho I do not blame them for that so they upgraded the room for the inconvenience. First day was ok second day however tried to turn on ac was not working they brought a fan to help cool room. Then found roach under sink was very upset over that told front desk they said only thing they can do is move me to different room so far not pleasedan with experience at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and Everything is in order. I'd be back the next time that you are in the city.

A bit disappointed in the age of interior and exterior. Very dark inside. However, it was clean and the breakfast was good. The lady taking care of breakfast items did a good job.

A very economical choice when in the Waco area. Close to all activities and a good deal less expensive than closer to the downtown area. Friendly staff, good breakfast choices. It is easy on/off Interstate 35.

We found the hotel nice, reasonably priced, very convenient location, and great Staff. We would stay there again.

This was a nice suprise. We spent one night in a king suite that had the bedroom separate from the rest of the room. It was very quite and clean. Breakfast was missing eggs but everything else was top notch. The staff was very friendly and professional. I woul definetly recommend a stay here.

We evacuated from Victoria Texas, during hurricane party. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although the hotel was at it Max capacity the employees never showed frustration or loss of hospitality. They were also accommodating to ensure our comfort. They went over and beyond what would have normally been expected from them. We can never thank them enough for all that they did for us. We will be forever grateful. The hotel maintain the cleanliness during a very busy time. The beds were comfortable and nice. The free breakfast was phenomenal. Thank you to all of you for helping us during this historical crisis.

This was our second stay at this particular best western plus. The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast very ample, the fitness room met my needs for a good cardio workout. The room in bed were very comfortable, loved having an iron and an ironing board right in the room! Needed hand lotion so I asked for some from the front desk. The lotion was amazing! Not sure exactly what brand it was, but I sure would buy it!

Upon check in, Best Western had mistakenly cancelled our reservation. The front desk was not very helpful in rectifying the situation, although we finally had success after her attention was redirected from playing on her cell phone to fixing the reservation. We were woke up at 2am by a roach crawling on the bed, there were what appeared to be blood stains on one of the towels. The front desk the next morning again seemed to not be suprised or bothered at all. I travel and stay in hotels for work 5 days per week and have stayed in many hotel chains including many satisfactory Best Western locations. I am disappointed to say this location does not take the same pride in their hotel as others. We will not be returning to this location upon our next stay in Waco.

This was a very clean unit, good breakfast. It was just off the interstate so our room faced the interstate and was noisy. Would suggest you ask for a room on the side not facing the interstate. I had problems with the management… not the staff. 1; He would not give me a printed checkout receipt 2. I was not given the #10/ day stay for my 5 days there 3. Best Western national also told me I was not eligible of the rewards swell, I am still try to find an acceptable answer.

One of the best Best Western Plus! I have stayed at this property many times over the past 10-15 years and have never been disappointed. It's like coming home to see the staff (family) and Mr. Patel is an excellent manager and owner of this property. His property has always been top notch. As a 12 travel agent, I highly recommend this property for your stay.

For the people who don't like it maybe next time you can stay it the Ritz Carlton. I thought it was great and the people are nice.

Excellent place. Very clean, easy check-in process and very friendly and knowledgeable staff of the surrounding area. I would definitely encourage anyone needing a place to stay in the Waco area to stay here. BTW this is not the first time I stay here. I have stayed here several times and every time the service and cleanliness is always more than expected.

We stayed here over the weekend! I remember us being so happy with how clean it was here!
And the staff seemed very friendly! Greeting us with a smile and asking us how we were doing!
Oh and I really loved the cute rocking chairs they had on the front patio! It was nice sitting out there after I had the FREE BREAKFAST ;)

Room 202 non the temperature in the room was perfect, the staff was excellent, and the brakefast was delicious. Overall a plesent stay. Would giv it a solid recommendation.

The atmosphere and staff is welcoming as all get out! Totally recommending this place to all my friends and keeping this placed marked for any time I visit Waco!

Double charged us for a room we didn't use due to a reservation error that was their fault. The rooms were fine, but the customer service was not.

Our school district travels every year to Waco for district competition. This year we were forced to stay at this hotel and not our normal hotel. They are amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make check in quick and easy. EVERYTHING was ready for us. They had all 56 people assigned to rooms for us and even seperated boys and girls on a different floor. No hotel has ever been this accommodating for us and the rooms are great! We found a new hotel for sure!

Was in three different rooms during my stay. None of them had good ac working in mild weather during October. There was a mildew odor from one. Room 2 carpet got wet from very heavy rains but had evidence of prior flooding on the furniture. First two rooms had windows to the highway and we're noisy. Room 3 was ok and much qureter but ac still not very cold at vent but keeps room cool enough. By the time I was in room 3 day temp was much cooler.

The breakfast was great, but we found bed bugs in the rooms. After being moved to the third room, we went to the Hampton Inn down the street. Their hotel was a lot better.

For the price the room and breakfast were awesome.
