Gorgeous HUGE suite with a big kitchen and full size fridge! The bed is to die for!

The staff is awesome and very caring! Our car broke down about a mile away off of the access road and we walked to the hotel to seek AC and Shelter during the 100 degree day. They let us stay inside and offered us water and food. They couldn’t have been more friendly and understanding of our situation. They really went above and beyond. You are in good hands with the staff here!

$118. After $15 pet and taxes. No breakfast included!

Beautiful room. They thought of everything! the beds and pillows are like heaven! I slept well and used the kitchen to reheat my leftovers.

Very very very nice place. Clean and very spacious. Only thing I would change is more comfortable beds. I can usually sleep ANYWHERE, but unfortunately was tossing and turning due to the bed being so hard. Other than that, had a great stay.

Very dissatisfied with stay. Don’t stay here if it’s only a couple of nights, they refused to clean our room because we were not extended stay, made us take our towels down to the laundry room, bring our new towels up to our room, very rude staff. Also was a pile of dog poop outside the entrance door, we brought to the attention of the staff, next day was still there. Small pool, not deep, were cleaning it but still open with machine in the pool. No cold water. Dogs are allowed and bark all day. DONT STAY HERE if you would like a nice vacation. Not good place to stay for the price. Looking for another place? Across the street looks like a nice Quality Inn & Suites.

Mr. Christopher O’Neal that is the Operational manager, from what he said. He’s so by the book, no true understanding of human interaction with others away from just the policy. Following the book is awesome but sometime, understanding and assessing a situation will allow you to go further than just being an Operational manager for 20years only. That explains a lot.

Can’t believe how nice this hotel is for the price the staff is great the pool with refreshing the rooms were fabulous.

This hotel was not too far away from downtown. The rooms had full size refrigerators, two stove top burners, silverware, plates, a dishwasher, etc. I've never stayed in something so fully furnished. The price was a good value for all the amenities.

Friendly staff, fast check in, super clean hotel. If you're going to Waco for magnolia, this is the best hotel to stay at, it's a 5 min car ride away.

So far it has been awesome! Took advantage of the pool and the outdoor grill, grilling pork chops, baked potatoes and corn on the cob last evening. The weather was great and no mosquitos like we have in Minnesota. Would highly recommend this place to anyone if you like a great laid back place to stay!

Our stay here was amazing. We were on the 4th floor in a spacious room with a long size bed. For people staying for an extended stay or prefer to cook inside, they have a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink and stovetop. The place was nice and clean and quiet. They also have a gym, pool, and laundry machines you can use for FREE! Amanda (I think) helped us check in and was a delight to speak with. She was definitely helpful and cheery. This place is close enough to the magnolia silos and table. Only a couple minutes drive to both locations. We will definitely book this place again should we be back in Waco.

Reserved the room through orbitz and needed to cancel. Thought I had taken the appropriate steps online to cancel, but must have missed a step. Orbitz directed me to phone the hotel directly and they could reverse the deposit. They were unwilling to do so. I understand that the responsibility was on me however, in similar circumstances with Marriott they have been cooperative and understanding and reversed charges. The deposit and was an incredibly high amount based on what I assume was high occupancy. $335.00. I travel frequently to Waco to see my son at Baylor. I will not book at this property again. I will choose the Residence Inn or Hilton where I have never had anything but a great experience.

BEST HOTEL IN WACO! After stopping at countless dirty hotels in Waco it was a breath of fresh air to find this one! Clean rooms, great facilities, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, etc. Would definitely reccomend. Perfect for one night or an extended stay!

Love this place! Clean. Quiet. Close to everywhere with easy access to 35. Staff is warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you're at home, and treat you like family. This will be our go-to stop. We could live here! Everyone, come check Waco out and stay here. You won't regret it. If you get a room on the south side, the sunset is breathtaking. PS, you will love the bed… well you will love everything. It's a home away from home!

Large group spent week in Waco. Desk cordial and friendly. All areas of Room too dim for reading. No ice in room. Not even a complimentary cup of water in lobby. Musty, sweaty, stinky odor in hallway upon arrival and on to departure 4 days later. Told desk about it … never addressed. Mentioned upon Departure. Apologized. Pleasant, but Expected more for money … disappointed.

Fairly new building, just a mile away from HEB and a few bars and restaurants. Great service from staff, always friendly and super helpful. There was one young woman in particular who simply loved her career. She always went above and beyond with smiles and laughter.

This hotel provided us a very nice and comfortable stay in Waco. It's no frills lobby is staffed by a competent and friendly group of employees. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has an outdoor pool for those hot Waco days. Since this hotel is extended stay, there is no complimentary breakfast. The location was only a couple of minutes away from the downtown tourist attractions and Baylor U.

Nice place. A newer hotel/suite near the freeway. Rooms are very clean; the pool and hot tub areas are well kept. They serve a nice breakfast with many choices including waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy… plus the basic continental breakfast choices.

Great hotel, especially for a long stay. The room's kitchenette includes all the dishes you'll regularly need, and you can check out extras like blenders and George Foreman grills and board games for free. Add to that a FREE guest laundry and lots of other facilities, plus a clean exercise room and an amazing staff (thanks Braxton! ), and this hotel is one that I would definitely revisit.

Room size is expansive: very nice. Close to the highway. Full kitchen. Guests can borrow games, crock pots, blenders, etc. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Would stay again.

The rooms were clean and the rates were good! There is a nice snack bar downstairs as well. Good value in the Waco area.

It was a great place to stay very affordable great service.

This location is new and awesome. Off the freeway a block and that is a great thing, quiet. I'll be back.

This place is so spotless my husband and I thought we were the first to stay in the room. The staff are amazing, the amenities are numerous and even the laundry is free. A 24 hr shop is on the honor system to pay, and the room was so well stocked with little oddities we didn't want to leave. We travel constantly, and this is easily one of the best places we've stayed.

Great amenities throughout facility a conveince store inside. Each room has a complete kitchen & are spacious & comfortable.

Kind staff. The room smelled good. The bed was wonderfully comfortable but had lots of hair on it when we arrived. No breakfast that I was aware of.

It was a new property and nice with two comfortable queen beds for our family.

I am employed by a public school system — therefore a government employee. The first time I stayed here was February 17, 2017. My debit card did not approve the transaction upon my check-out and the manager called me repeatedly until I answered the phone. (Call, ring, hang-up, call ring, hang-up, etc. ) I didn't answer because I was at a job fair interviewing candidates. I finally took his call and promised I would be in no later than 12:30pm to honor the outstanding bill — even then he interrupted me, talked over me, and refused to let me end the conversation which I had answered as a candidate had entered the room. I finally hung up on him. As promised, I returned to the front desk of the hotel by 12:20pm and asked to speak with the manager. He was on another phone call and kept me waiting 40 minutes. When I finally handed him my debit card and indicated that I wanted to pay partially with cash — that was a huge issue. The rate I paid was $163.58. I inquired about discounts and was told there were none available. I already had reservations back at the same location for Thursday and Friday, March 30th and 31st. My billed rate this time was $179.51 per night. They tried to run my debit card on Thursday the 30th. As a government employee in public education I indicated that my payday was not until Friday the 31st and that the transaction would be valid in the early morning hours on the 31st.

When I came into town I didn't have a reservation and they were no rooms available. Rosie went out of her way to find me a room at another hotel for the night. I've never had anyone do that. She went the extra mile to earn my business. I appreciate everything. As far as the hotel accommodations. The rooms are large, the beds are comfy. The rooms have everything. There's a microwave, stovetop, fridge with an ice maker, dishes and cutlery and there is a dvd player. I was able to bring my dog! Washer and dryer are free to use and they are nice appliances. Gym has dumbbells, treadmills, elliptical and a workout bench with weights on pulley setup. I'm on the road for work so I stay in many hotels. I would stay here again. My only complaint is they don't have a complementary breakfast, but let's face it breakfast at hotels are not very good honestly. Plus there is an IHOP and Dennys walking distance from the hotel.

Good comfy place for one night stay. Nice location on interstate 35 and also has restaurant close by and I would definitely stay here because staff were really friendly and helpful with couple of restaurant recommendations.
