Review of Royal Inn & Suites 2*

First let me say that this place is definitely their worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life! I came in payin for two nights $80. When I went to look at the room there were roaches and a very bad odor. I wasn't going to complain because I was anxious to take a shower but when I went to look in the bathroom there was even more dead roaches on the floor, dirt, and debris and the shower has soap scum on the walls in the tub was dirty. I finally wanted to lay down because I was so tired as soon as I lay down not even five minutes a roach crawled across my arm! I immediately got up and packed all my belongings and talk to the man at the front desk he stood there and argued with me and told me there was a policy for no refund I said sir I have only been in the room for one hour I'll have paid $80 for 2 night and seeing the condition of the room I refused to stay! I asked I need to get a refund please. I said I have nowhere else to go. The guy ended up yelling at me and told me to well you need to just go ahead and get your things and get out after arguing with him 45 minutes he ended up showing me three different rooms were which were in more worse condition than the first room. After arguing over 30 min. I demanded to speak with the Head Maneger. They guy kept saying he was the Maneger and no one else was available. He ended up giving me a refund for $60 which has NOT posted to my bank account! He said he would get in trouble with his boss for giving me the refund. And I was lucky to even get a refund!. I don't know why he didn't give me my whole $80! A full Refund! I'm so pissed off I can't even think straight! I ended up sleeping in my car that night Iam 6 months pregnant and my feet were swollen because I couldn't elevate them. I don't recommend anybody to go to this hotel it looks like there is nothing but dope dealers and prostitutes. They definitely need to clean the rooms before they try to sell a room. My experience at "Royal Inn" was Horrible!
