Royal inn used to be a really nice place when I first stayed here but I left and came back I'm just gone say some wair and tair and alot of laziness will run a motel down you have to make sure that each and every customer if staying more than one night and refuses your housekeeper is cleaning the room and make sure your housekeeper really wants to be a housekeeper if I can see smudges on the walls are even where something was hit at then I know the next person gone see it a place for a night away from home should be as pleasant and comfortable as your home.

First let me say that this place is definitely their worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life! I came in payin for two nights $80. When I went to look at the room there were roaches and a very bad odor. I wasn't going to complain because I was anxious to take a shower but when I went to look in the bathroom there was even more dead roaches on the floor, dirt, and debris and the shower has soap scum on the walls in the tub was dirty. I finally wanted to lay down because I was so tired as soon as I lay down not even five minutes a roach crawled across my arm! I immediately got up and packed all my belongings and talk to the man at the front desk he stood there and argued with me and told me there was a policy for no refund I said sir I have only been in the room for one hour I'll have paid $80 for 2 night and seeing the condition of the room I refused to stay! I asked I need to get a refund please. I said I have nowhere else to go. The guy ended up yelling at me and told me to well you need to just go ahead and get your things and get out after arguing with him 45 minutes he ended up showing me three different rooms were which were in more worse condition than the first room. After arguing over 30 min. I demanded to speak with the Head Maneger. They guy kept saying he was the Maneger and no one else was available. He ended up giving me a refund for $60 which has NOT posted to my bank account! He said he would get in trouble with his boss for giving me the refund.

The living conditions are horrible! I went to McDonald's which is right down the street brought my food back to my room and as I went to the restroom for a couple of minutes, the dam roaches ran off with my McDonald's bag with my food inside! I swear these are super roaches they are amazingly fast (special breed! )

You have got to be kidding me! I was trying to check on my buddies baby that was hit by a car by the fence and was forced to leave. Not sure what middle eastern country the owner/ manager is from, but he's an ass.

Roaches! Roaches were sleeping with me. Rude. Don't speak English, and nasty rooms!

It's 4 corners what can I say… kinda dirty, I will say for the area it is pretty quiet.

Roches tons of them cheap motel I didn't mind the roches they mind me either lol.

5 minutes and is enough to say that is disgusting … much smell of cigar dust and not talking about bugs.

This is a cozy comfortable place to stay. Owner and managment are great people. My husband and I began staying here over a month ago. You couldnt asked for a more home felt atmosphere than you'll fine here at Royal Inn and Suites. Here your made too feel as if your at home. Thank you to everyone here at Royal Inn and Suites.
