Awesome hotel! Clean rooms, friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking spots. Pet friendly! Only down side was a couple bugs here and there, but we did see the exterminator come in right before us so, they're taking care of it.

Staff friendly & helpful but property a bit run down. Did not find the beds comfortable (way too hard). Free breakfast minimal but adequate. Location was convenient for us.

Nice hotel, clean enough. Very quite on a friday night. Breakfast was great!

Front desk clerks are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is awesome.

Excellent choice of a hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Had to do laundry and the washer was broke. When I went to the front desk and asked if they had an other washer on an other floor, Breezy was working the front desk said no other washer but she will take our clothes and wash them in the hotel washer and dryer. A few hours when we returned she had them washed, Dried, and even folded. Very nice of her! I’ve stayed here 3 different trips and had 3 great stays! I look forward to my next trip here again. And they are VERY pet friendly and don’t charge a ridiculous pet fee.

The service was very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and had everything you need for a nice stay!

I'm not usually too picky, but I wasn't incredibly impressed with this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is kind of awkward to get to, both of our GPS's were routing us up 35 and then getting off on an exit after the hotel on a one way. It looks like there used to be a 2nd entrance that was removed, after one time though, it was very easy to get to. Secondly, the entire reason we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub. We get there, the hot tub 'has been broken for months'. The hot tub and the pool were full of debris. My mom had to fish out a couple shopping bags from the pool. This should have been listed on their page. Thirdly, when we got to our room it smelled awful. Like there was Lysol sprayed directly into the air conditioner. It was not pleasant. For this reason, we had to leave the AC off for our stay, luckily it wasn't excruciatingly hot while we were there. The handle on the closets were broken and there was a fog-horn like sound that went off about every 20 minutes, twice. We never did figure out what the noise was. EVERY time we left the rooms our keys would deactivate. When I went up to get the key reprogrammed one of the times, the front desk clerk said she had spent most of the day reprogramming keys. Breakfast was good, hot eggs, sausage, Texas shaped waffles. The hotel got the job done, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

It our first time at a hotel LaQuinta. Our own King Bed. Love the breakfast! Thank You ms. Angel. Check in/out was fast. I didn't get the name of the guy that checked me out. Very nice.

Deceptive trade practices. Do not stay at this hotel. They are dishonest and incredibly rude. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had ok experiences. I had to come in town again for a funeral, and called ahead. They quoted me a rate for two nights, so I booked two nights. When I went to check out, they charged me 40.00 more for the second night. I explained that this was not the rate I had been quoted. They told me the rate went up because they were now full. I said that I wanted the rate they quoted me. The front desk person went back to talk to the manager, and came back and offered me 10.00 off the extra 40.00 they charged me rate for the second night. I again asked that I be given the rate I was quoted. The manager, named Angela, came out and she was the most unprofessional, rude and hateful person I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. She told me that it was my fault because I should have seen the small print on the check in paperwork. I said that I got the rate and booked over the phone, that I was in town for a funeral, was a repeat customer at this specific location and I trusted them. She told me I was a liar about being a repeat customer because I have only stayed there 3 times. She was so rude and said she would give me the quoted rate, but that I was banned from ever staying at that hotel. She ended up screaming at me on the way out and I was in tears. I am a licensed attorney in Texas and I have been for over 25 years.

One of the best La Quintas we've been to. Staff is very professional and greated us with a welcome bag complete with a personalized candy bar! This is our favorite hotel in the Austin area. We will be back!

Show up for our room, but NO ONE WAS HERE!?!? 230am and NOTHING! We wakewa in the lobby as the sign asked us to, my husband even looked around for someone. I can say I am NEVER going to give this place another shot. WORST thing you can do to someone in the middle of traveling is charge their card for a room, and NOT be there to let them into their room!

Nobody working the front desk at night around 12a. Tried calling front desk from room phone and got no answer. Waited in hotel lobby for a half hour and still not a soul around. 3rd floor elevator call button stuck so elevator wouldn’t respond so have to take the stairs down.

Room was huge! Bed was hard but, doable. Night staff was snobby but morning check out staff was super nice and helpful.

Extremely accommodating staff… hotel in process of upgrade… clean rooms pleasant bedding. Everything works (I. E. Tv. Hairdryer heat and air lighting shower) Needs new key in system… cards go bad frequently. Should consider a new washer dryer in laundry room.

Very friendly front desk and very clean. The parking was easy access to main freeway.

This hotel is very pet friendly. If you have allergies to dogs, the chances of you running into a dog in the elevator could cause them to flare up. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The room was very spacious and clean and every morning we had a warm breakfast and the staff was very friendly.

Came in without a reservation and was quickly able to get a room. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, only complaint is that the TV was VERY small. Maybe 28" at best.

Location was nice and clean. Had a few issues with reservations, but ended up resolving. The continental breakfast needed everything refilled at the took me we at so there were not a lot of choices. Overall though, it was a nice clean place to stay.

Location was convenient. Hotel is pet friendly. Room was nice, but location in hotel made it a little noisy. Overall I was pleased with the room and would stay again.

I wanted to take a minute and give a thank you to the staff at the Kyle Texas location. My wife, daughter, and I were in town for a wedding. We had scheduled a two night stay. On the second night of our stay we came up to our room, and another guest across the hall had two dogs that were constantly barking. We had decided to drive home instead of stay the night with the two dogs barking across the hall non stop. We packed our things and headed down stairs to check out, we had mentioned the dogs being the reason we were leaving. The front desk apologized and said they had made multiple attempts to contact the owners to no avail. We said not to worry, and instead of staying the night we would drive back home. They gladly compt our room for that night bc of the disruption of the barking dogs which they had no control over. We were not expecting this and we're greatly suprised! What was awesome is they took it one step further, since it was close to midnight and we would be making a long drive they offered us a complementary Starbucks drink from their sundry shop. This was an offer they did not have to make but went a long way. Working in the customer service industry, it is things like this that go a long way for your customers, and want them to keep coming back. For this reason my family will have LA Quinta at the top of out list the next time we are looking for a hotel out of town. Thank you to the Kyle Texas staff from The Boyd family.

We have stayed at this hotel every week for 6 months. I must say it has been an awesome experience! All the staff from management down has been incredible. We have stayed at many La Quinta's and this one is by far the best all around. They go above and beyond to accommodate your evey need. It is very clean! The breakfast is great and they always have ample amount of food. Thank you all for treating us like family. We have been greatly blessed to have found such an amazing hotel and staff.

Everything was very clean. It was located near a variety of restaurants. The staff was courteous and let us check out late without a fee.

Room was nicely decorated. I however did not like that the walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on outside your room or in the room next door.

The rooms were nice and clean but we were there for a wedding and we're told a 12pm check in would be available. This was important since the wedding began at 3:30. Many in our party didn't get checked in until 2:300 and a couple of ladies actually missed the ceremony because they couldn't get ready in time.

The wedding party and guests reserved this place. However, once we got there at 12pm for our check in the rooms were not ready. This was the case for 7 other people in the same party. Here we all are crammed in another room waiting for our rooms to be ready. Finally after 1.5 hrs we took the only room available. A friend of mine couldn't get to her room in time since they didn't have it ready and SHE MISSED THE CEREMONY OF THE WEDDING! I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will not be staying at any LA Quintas anytime soon. Sorry not sorry.

Looks like it got a fresh coat of color recently… Good bed and clean… The only complaint is that the shower water doest get really hot (I prefer my showers burning hot! ) Didn't get to use the outdoors pool and hot tube but they looked good… Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very attentive and helpful in adjusting my dates for stay end of last summer. They accepted triple A discount. I stayed for 2 weeks at the start of a new job in Austin. Modern facility, free Wi-Fi. I have allergies, but the rooms and bath were vacuumed and cleaned daily. The sheets were high thread count, which is great to prevent allergens from embedding. they provided free morning breakfast, real food, proteins, cereal, juice, fruit waffle maker, eggs, sausage, etc. Nice breakfast room with TVs. Would be 5 stars but excercise equipment was very old and needed replacing. Lol.

Bad. They care more about money than the happiness of their customers. The concept of repeat business and word of mouth escapes them.

The service was aweful. The computer cancelled our reservation, and when asked for the same reservation at the same rate, the front desk refused. After talking to the manager on their personal cell phone, she gave us a room at the same rate. The problem? It was not the room we reserved 2 months earlier. When I confronted the front desk staff they informed me that they only had the room we reserved for 1 night. We decided to take it. We ended up checking out the next day and staying at a nicer hotel for a cheaper price, only to come home to find that we had been charged 3 times what we should have! The rooms were hot and the ac did not work well. They put us on the third floor even though I had knee surgery. All and all it was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Personally, I would just stay at the holiday inn for a better room and a better price.
