Great place to get rest and relax!
Normally I don’t have a problem with any Comfort suites I stay in. They’re clean, rooms are nice and staff are all around friendly, unfortunately I’m writing this at 11:43 after being woken up by the front desk telling me I had to move my truck offsite which was loaded with product. Now normally wouldn’t have been a huge problem. Others need parking I get it. That being said I’ve been in my room since I checked in at 5:30ish and nobody has called before this and nothing was said at checkin. So the be called at 11pm after going to bed for this didn’t sit well with me and then being lied too saying we told you at checkin and we’ve called several times didn’t help. Then the night shift person asking my companies name so she can call and file a complaint. So needless to say I’ll also be sending an email to not only corporate but to choice rewards as well.
