Super comfortable! makes being away from home tolerable.

My family and I stay here often. Always clean, always professional and helpful staff. Room rates are very reasonable. Even during the renovations its quiet and clean.

If you want POOR customer service with owners who do not care to hear the staff’s concerns, this is the hotel for you! I arrived one late night and accidentally checked in to a hotel across the street. The following day I arrived back at the hotel and their were issues with my reservation. I had checked in and stayed at the wrong hotel. I was supposed to be staying at Comfort Inn (this location). In the event the “Hotel Across the Street” staff noticed the error, they said I could stay and they would comp my room if I wanted. I kindly declined and I said I would go to this hotel (Comfort Inn) — where I was suppose to be. The Comfort Inn REFUSED to HONOR the prepaid two night stay. So, I went back to “the hotel across the street”. The front desk Comfort Inn staff tried her hardest to get my room reinstated but the owner/manager on the phone would not even listen to her concern. The “hotel across the street” welcomed me with open arms and comped my room without hesitation. Customer service alone should be why you SHOULD NOT STAY at Quality Inn Bastrop!

The staff at this hotel is always friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast is excellent and is served 7 days a week. While not near Austin, this hotel is near the historic downtown Bastrop. This hotel has very fast Wi-Fi that has been very reliable every time I have been here. There are several eating establishments near this hotel.

Nice hotel! Room was clean, the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful (the Caucasian housekeeper with short hair). The room was a reasonable price will definitely book again.

Hotel is conveniently located off highway 71 in Bastrop, Texas. Rooms are always clean and staff is always helpful. Free Wi-Fi, that is actually pretty fast. Pool is indoor and can be used year round. Would definitely recommend it for your stay!

This hotel is located just off highway 71 in Bastrop, Texas. It is easy to see from the highway and is located close to several restaurants. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always helpful. I stay here with work and they always make sure to ask if I need anything to make my stay more enjoyable. There is free Wi-Fi that is fast and has never been down when I've been there. The pool is indoor, so it's usable year round. I would definitely recommend this location if you are needing a hotel that is easy to find, near food and comfortable for overnight stays.

We decided to try this hotel since it was the only hotel in the area that was pet friendly. We have never stayed at a Comfort Inn before but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the location was great for our needs. If your looking for a hotel in Bastrop TX, stay here. You won't be dissapointed.

The hotel is great. Excellent customer service from the front desk. Very clean and comfortable room. My room had a refrigerator and microwave as well as cable TV with a programming guide. I highly recommend this location.

I stay here frequently and love it! Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The rooms are nicely kept but it is an old hotel and has water damage. There is an old smell when you first walk in. The wallpaper is pealing off and carpet has many stains. It has really gone down since a year ago. Staff not professional in appearance at all. I don’t know how this hotel received a five star rating. Maybe when it was first built, but now is only deserves two stars. I know I will not be staying there again.

Loud In mornings here. Don't plan on sleeping past 6am. I thought my first night was a fluke, but again next day. Full of construction workers who could care less if you sleep. If I was them, I'd reserve the 3rd floor for people who aren't living at the hotel and hogging all the cardboard bacon.

If you go to Austin please stay there ya won't be disappointed clean, friendly, indoor pool, hit tub.

Best value in Bastrop. We've stayed here prob 5-6 times. Book on the company website. It's cheaper than using travel sites. Accidently gave one star, trying to change that to 5.

I stay here once a year for 5 days. I love it. Quiet and comfortable. Beds are very nice. AC is fully adjustable an more than sufficient to freeze you out if that is your desire. Super helpful staff. Room always gets a fresh cleaning. Only very minor complaint was the loud ding from the elevator arriving… sometimes I could hear it with folks arriving at midnight.

Clean, comfortable, but the a/c want consistent, I kept waking up to the room hot or cold.

It was awesome they treated us well and it was a fair price the pool was cool too but I would wanna stay there again its near walmart and fast food places. I liked it also im actually a slim girl so people wont say its because she is fat.

I was in the conference room for work, the rooms a decent size, the thermostat worked and the employees provided coffee and water for the day overall it's a pretty good place for a meeting.

The hotel room and linens were immaculate, the beds comfy and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

The room was very nice; the only complaint I have is that it had a smell that smelled like wet musty mole.

Overall good hotel. Very sweet and attentive staff. Our room needed some cosmetic repairs. Broken tile in the bathroom and damage to closet door and couch cushions were present. Bed was super comfortable.

The location was good, right by a shopping center and a walmart. Within walking distance of taco bell and walgreens. The service was good, when we first got to the hotel we saw that we needed a shower curtain and they were very quick to get us one, and very polite. Pool was nice. Everything was very clean and new. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was nicely appointed for the pricepoint, the pool looked clean (but we didn't have a chance to use it). The breakfast-albeit early-was better than just the standard muffin and juice set up of its hotel peers. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles etc. Free newspapers in the lobby. The hotel is a 30 second walk to Walgreens which is open 24-hours. Fantastically convenient. The rooms are quiet and clean and the beds are pretty darn comfy. I'll be honest, our stay was "problematic. " If you ever waited tables, then you know how when something goes wrong repeatedly, its with the same table. That was us. The AC was a bit noisy and then it flooded the floor and quasi-died and then the room door lock broke and we were locked out of our room. A hazard of the new computerized doors. The hotel was booked solid and it was the worst of the August heat, so you need to bear those things in mind. The maitenance man stayed way after hours, always polite and did his best to set us up safely and they comped the room that evening. Prior to that they called a locksmith from the next town over to come help out. Everyone was "on it. "Things go wrong here and there, what sets a business apart is how they deal with those issues. The one downfall I would say is the need to be a fairly early riser in order to get maid service (pre-10AM ish). That might have been a misunderstanding on our part, but I think if you take your "Do Not Disturb" sign off after that time, you are on your own.
