Excellent service. The staff was amazing. Paid great detail to my family even with the young kids. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast service was extravagant. Delicious food.

Tried for 2 days to get lamp beside bed fixed. Never was. Housekeeping missed trash in trash can in room, so when we arrived it was already full. That got taken care of. Breakfast Buffet Plus is a great breakfast for $14 plus gratuity. Servers very nice. Nice pool and spa. Would stay again.

Great experience and truly satisfied with the hospitality and attention the detail the staff provides at this hotel. They provide breakfast in the morning and are eager to help you with any accommodations you may need. The rooms themselves are very clean and modern. The one I stayed in came with a small living room area. Perfect for sitting around and watching television. The bed and linens are so comfortable that it gave me a great night's sleep. There's an extensive option for parking. Perfect for those individuals traveling with big rigs, tour buses, or large vans. The parking extends to what use to be a Bally's total fitness, so there's plenty of room. This location also provides a small gym, middle size pool, business center and large comfy lobby for those business meetings. The surrounding area is full of variety when it comes to restaurants, so don't be afraid to try something new.

I grade them three stars for now till they improve with their duty. Greeting whom walk in either stay over night guess or visiting or just goes to eat there. Restroom must keep clean at all times. And I will change the grade for them.

Had a great time at I conference here. The environment was inviting and the staff, once engaged, was very accommodating and helpful. I can image that a stay here would be as complimentary.

The hotel was nice. The elevator was a little rickety, but that's not really unusual for older hotels. The only gripe I have was the pillows: they were small, square, and squished down to about a quarter of their size. Even with two it seemed like my head was against the mattress. Since we only stayed one night it wasn't really worth getting more from customer service, but I would definitely recommend ordering more pillows if you like your head to be supported at night.

Came here for work training for two weeks everything was nice but drink prices are very high. There liquor was no different than any other place but I do not recommend setting at the bar in less you have $100 for a few hours of hanging out. Sleeping here is good but to drink you need to go across the street for that!

This is a great place to enjoy your event. The staff is very helpful. They provide all sorts of professional services. I liked this place. My only concern is the process. Our family of 3 stayed for 3 days. And our total bill for this trip was about 2500. The quality is highly maintained by the people who work there.

Very clean, smiling faces, and great customer service. We were here for a wedding and booked a reservation under a group name. When we checked out, we were charged for 3 days instead of 2 even though previous communication with the hotel were notified about our change of check-in date. Mark, the Manager and Danielle, the front desk person were very professional and took care of it. They exemplified 5 star customer service and when we come back to Sugarland we know we’ll be staying here!

The Sugar Land Hilton Garden Inn is a fantastic place to be! The staff is always cordial and responsive to guest needs. The facility is always pristine and inviting.

I stayed here for 5 nights and booked through expedia meaning I paid through expedia. A few days after my stay I noticed a $451 charge on the credit card they had me put on file. They were great and quick about realizing the mistake, apparently the person who checked me in swiped for the room again for some reason, but what an expensive mistake for someone who barely checks their CC statement. Thankfuly I saw the red flag because I usually don’t look at my transactions that closely. Besides this whole payment issue my stay at the hotel was great.

I like this hotel, comfortable overnight stay. I like all the food choices within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. They allow you to change the input on the TV which is always a plus. Breakfast was complimentary but you do have to tip the waiter. Overall good experience.

639 was showroom clean. Soft bed smooth sheets. Microwave, coffee maker & mini fridge are in the rm. They hv a restaurant to eat from. Bfast is not free unless you purchase the bed & breakfast deal. There are other food & shopping places near you can walk to as well.

Close to the interstate, restaurants and even a grocery store. Hospitable staff, comfy rooms and a nice gym to work out in.

Was there two weeks ago. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Plenty of dining options within walking distance in addition to their restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here agian.

Exemplary service. The desk staff were kind enough to let us check-in earlier than normal so we could get dressed for a wedding. The breakfast was amazing.

Great hotel, great service, nice sized workout center, clean rooms. Full bar, and in house food. Good drinks. 15 dollar breakfast includes to order waffles, eggs and omelets, in addition to breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage and eggs. Also, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee. Close to the mall, target, whole foods, great location.

Nice hotel. Rooms are comfy, great menu selection for breakfast and dinner, convenient location. There is a provision in the hotel to get frozen food, snacks, drinks etc. 24*7 near the front desk which is good. Room service is however not available throughout the day but only between 5PM to 10PM.

The hotel greeted us with a welcome gift of waters. Our room was super clean and comfy. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from.

Very clean and well kept, beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Can walk to a grocery store, spa, and variety of restaurants. Shower heads are at a comfortable height for taller folks. :-) Only complaint, no fan in the bathroom… minor details though.

I attended an exhibition here. Location is convenient and parking space is plenty. Nice courteous staff remain active and helpful.

Beware! My wife and I been charged extra two nights for no reason here. The check in was late we checked around 5pm already because the manager said the staff are very busy. The staff are not helpful especially the manager of the hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Fair price, comfy room. And it has a refrigerator and microwave. :) We'll definitely be back.

I really liked this location. It was clean with good staff, facilities, microwave (awesome), and refrigerator. The only (minor) problems we had were that it was mildly difficult to get out of and the bathrooms lacked ventilation therefore it can get as quite steamy. I would definitely recommend it though!

Was here for a training class. Staff was super attentive and readily provided anything we asked for. Lunch was delicious! All rooms are clean and tidy.

Generally clean overall. Spacious and pleasant interior. Prompt and efficient service. Close to several well established restaurants.
