When we walked in the lobby smelled like mold, when we got to our room on the second floor it was worse. The walls had some visible mold, thank goodness it was for only one night. Our ac went out in our camper. We won’t be back, I don’t see how people can stay here without getting sick. I coughed all night and didn’t sleep well. The smell and mold needs to be addressed!

I feel like the rates are reasonable and the people are personable and friendly. We have stayed several times because it's a good place. The last time we stayed we came down for breakfast late and they still served us. They also brought me daughter a balloon and birthday hat when they found out it was her first birthday. I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean but carpet was soaking wet. My sandals were drenched after leaving them on the floor for 6 hours. Under construction after Harvey but clean. Desk people friendly and helpful. Ask for a 10% discount fir steakhouse.

I loved everything. Especially, the Breakfast. I hope all is well. I'm going back this Summer Taking the Family…

Not a bad place. Really good breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are a little small, but livable. Overall not a very bad place.

The room is fine! The area is a little scary. And at 11:00pm they knocked at the door because they left a note, at 7:43am a housekeeper knocked again for cleaning, at 9:00 someone open the door since we were in. They really need to work on their staff communications and services.

This is a burn and crash type of place. Don't expect much. If you like Comfort Inn. You might not like this. But breakfast was ok.

This is a really clean motel. My husband and I love the space in suites. The customer service is professional and friendly. Three Rivers Inn is our choice in this area. The coffee and breakfast are both good.

Other than the remodeling due to hurricane harvey, it is very nice. The receptionist was very accommodating, told her I would call back for a room and she went ahead and reserved the last room for me. She didnt have to do that at all… Rooms are spacious and clean… 2 thumbs up three rivers inn and suites.

Place is being remodeled due to Harvey but service and price are great. I'm staying for a few months and very satisfied. Breakfast is served earlier than most hotels at 5:00am daily.

Amazing customer service! Checked in for a week and on the first night, something went wrong with the TV and they couldn't fix it so they brought a brand new one. Very nice, clean rooms. Definitely the best hotel for an amazing price!

Very good customer service Shannon was awesome on the other hand the heat didn't work but Shannon warmed our hearts we was warm all night. My family would definitely stay here next time we in PA. merry christmas 2017

Even though the bottom floor was under construction it was nice quite and clean. Chandler at the front desk was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious.

Great staff and maintaince. Well differently stay again and have friends stay as well. Extremely happy.

This hotel was a God sent. It's under construction due to Hurricane Harvey but the 2 rooms I was in, last minute, was great! (I went to Merit Inn & Suites in Beaumont — horrible although the assistant manager was amazingly nice). I would definitely come back here & I'm a stickler about hotels. (3 star & up my preference). The 2 females at the desk were so sweet & helpful. Much appreciated since I'm out of town & desperately needed a place to stay. Price is great too! Thank you so much!

Had to stop in here for an few night stay and "Leslie" front clerk was super nice. My family n I stayed in a room with two queen beds. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Not to mention, the linens and pillows were super comfy!

Under the conditions of hurricane Harvey l was very much pleased, very comfortable beds, nice hot water for showers and the employee who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I will be back!

Nice hotel but 3 rivers ran right thru the lobby.

I enjoyed a great fresh cup of coffee and was greeted by a well mannered young man. The entrance area was nice and cozy. What a way to relax.

The rooms look refurnished and remodeled. They offer a modern look with great furnishings such as a a work desk, microwave, fridge and tv. The linens were clean and fresh. The desk personelle were helpful and pleasant. There was ample parking space at the inn. The breakfast was nothing special as expected from the price bracket. Overall great place to stay.

My favorite stay near Jack Brooks Regl Airport, 6 mi away. Great price structure which can even better if you book thru Expedia. Good tv, internet and bedding. No complaints here except needs more electric outlets bedside.

If I could do no stars I would! We booked this hotel for a church conference this past weekend. When we arrived we asked to see one of the rooms to check it out before paying. The room we saw was a double and it was a fair size. But the room smelled of mildew and mold. The lady at the front desk informed us that it was because the air wasn't on. Before we arrived there we were told that check in was 4 but they would allow us check in early at 11. Once arriving the lady said that it would be noon. We went and ate and called the clerk to make sure the rooms were ready because we booked 5 rooms plus others of other people others cities who were there for the conference. The lady denied telling us that we could check in at 12 and was very rude. She then said 130pm so we went back to check in and the clerk was still very rude and had very poor customer service skills. We each got checked in and every room we booked smelled of mold and mildew. After examining the rooms and seeing rust in places, rusted dried water on the door frames, rusted and molded walls near the carpet, stained carpet, filthy restrooms, damaged phones, bulked wood at the bottom of doors etc and stained walls, we discovered that the hotel has had a flood or some type of water damage before and the correct measures and protocols were not taken to clean the hotel properly.

The room was clean. The towel looked discolored. The air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was good with egg, potatoes, and bacon and/or sausage. They also had make your own waffles. The orange juice seemed to be watered down.

Some good, some iffy… Looks like whole place just got a new coat of paint, but we could hear our neighbors talking to each other in normal voices. Room looked clean but our towels were a little dingy, something that bleach would have taken care of. Continental breakfast offered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and grits.

We had a great stay! I traveled due to work, my co-worker and I drove a School Bus each and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even after the mess I made at breakfast (again I can't apologize enough to the morning attendant). They had a full breakfast which was fantastic, if you've ever driven a School Bus you know you can't just stop anywhere, therefore the full breakfast was very much appreciated! Great place to stay!

Bad smell on the floor I was staying on. Door was damaged on the edges. Very unsightly. Bath tub air drain was broken. Nice looking room. Full wall to wall mirror for the head board. Has Directv in the room and free Wi-Fi.

Laid back. Great breakfast. Maid service was spotty, but a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

I sat in the lobby and waited because their reservations come in really slow on the computer I have to go to work at night and their check in is the same time as a check out which I have never heard in any place once you rent the motel you're allowed to go in and you don't have to wait overall I think that the customer service is really crappy.

We stayed on the 2nd floor & as soon as the elevator for opened, I could smell the mold. The first room we had was so with moldy my nose & eyes began to react immediately, and no I do not have an allergy issue. Never have. I asked for another one. This room is somewhat better. Still moldy & my eyes are still burning but I'm so exhausted I don't want to risk driving any where else. I will not stay here again. For $90 a night I expect a clean atmosphere! I am going to contact the health department as soon as I get home. I wonder if the hotel flooded after the last hurricane & there's mold in the walls. I don't know, but this will make people sick! I also had to wait forever on the elevator. Some lights were also out, so you never knew if it was signaled to operate or not. It is clean & the staff is super nice but mold discounts everything!

Be careful. They'll hit you with a $50 deposit and not refund it upon checking out.

I have stayed here for 3months straight due to work it is really nice haven't had any problems.

If I could NO STARS would be given! Found BEDBUGS in our bed, roaches in the room & what motel doesn't have a pool? To top it off when we complained about the bedbugs & showed them to staff the cleaning lady said she would change our sheets the next day! This place is unsanitary & the staff is a joke.

Our room was very small and we had to climb over each other. We had 2 queen beds and a rollaway. There are stains on the carpet. The Wi-Fi does not work in your room. No healthy choices at breakfast. It was really noisy past 3am. We told the hotel staff and they said they cannot say anything because the people doing it would get upset. We stayed there for our two nights but I doubt we will ever return. The beds are comfortable but it slopes in the middle so you lay funny.

We stay in this hotel every time we are in town for work. The beds are very comfortable with heavy comforters and the room is always clean and inviting. The double rooms have a window seat also.

Just checked in. The girl I spoke to on the phone seemed particularly friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke to her last week. I had them show me the single room and the suite. I choose the suite because of its larger size. The single rooms are pretty small. Overall the motel is clean. It has a small mini-fridge and a microwave in the rooms. The suite has a fold out couch and a bar like area with a couple stools to sit on and a desk area. Before check in I had to use their public bathroom which had no toilet paper or paper towels. They could stand to do a better job keeping that stocked. With a plant badge they offer a discount. The staff seems helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean hotel for the price ($62 w/tax). I would compare this hotel to a Hampton. I usually travel by myself but I would definitely would bring my family to stay. Great breakfast and rooms are great.
