Front desk is polite very clean lobby smells fresh I would recommend this place.

The room smelled odd and there was mold on the holder of the shower head. Overall im mot impressed with my stay. On the bright side… the AC is cold!

The hotel is being renovated which is ok. Our first room had a musty smell and the AC didnt work. My wife called the front desk and they put us in another room. That room had a funny smell to it as well. But we we're thankful for cold AC.

This place is beautiful. Every time I come to port arthur for every season they have great decorations that have been put up to entertain guests. This hotel is wonderful. I would recommend Holiday Inn Park Central to my family and friends. The staff is very proactive and on top of anything / concern you may have.

The beer is expensive but love the rooms very really nice my home away from home staff is really nice & very accommodating.

The place is under construction on the bottom floor because of the hurricane, they have people living there 24/7. They do have excellent service and nice people, I would definitely stay there again.

Smells bad, has roaches. This is more like a motel. Very disipointed. Doesn't represent the holiday inn brand.

This has been HOME for me and my son since the devastation of Hurricane Harvey! Our extended stay here has been wonderful. The housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk clerks are always very friendly! They are very much on point when it comes to meeting any need you have and I wanna thank Holiday Inn for there beautiful and heart warming welcome to us when we got here, their hospitality, housekeeping, courteousness and their overall friendliness!

Even though this hotel is recovering from Hurricane Harvey, Aug. 29, 2017, guests are continually greeted with a smile and with experienced talents. Food is good, rooms are comfortable, and employees see guests as Friends first, and guests who keep us going strong!

Even though this hotel was flooded the staff has been amazing. They are catering to us for anything that is needed. Thank you so Much!

Great experience every time I visit this city. I stay here every time I come home to visit family. Clean rooms, great customer service, and friendly employees.

Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. I arrived at the hotel a few minutes before the restaurant closed, the front desk clerk called them and asked if they could wait on me to order before they closed. They were berry accommodating and my chicken salad was delicious. I was originally in room 118, as soon as I opened the door I was hit with an overwhelming mildew smell. Asked to be moved to another non mildewy room. The clerk was very apologetic and moved me to room 104. This room also smelled like mildew. By this point, I just wanted to shower and sleep, I'd been driving for 3 hours. Both rooms were clean, had a keurig type coffee maker and small fridge. The TV picture was very fuzzy on every channel and the Wi-Fi service was beyond slow. I woke up with a horrible sinus headache. When checking out I had to ask for an itemized receipt, I also asked for a comb because I forgot mine. The morning front desk clerk was short and rude. In a huff, she gave me my receipt and said they did not have any combs. I would not stay here again, mainly because of the mildew smell.

Pool was nice. Did not try the restaurant. Needs a convenience room. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Rooms could use a bit of modernization.

Location was perfect. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but they let us check in at around 11am. The business center was well equipped. The staff were all very courteous. The room we stayed in had a microwave. The fitness center had a broken treadmill and the stepper probably could use some wd40. Only one bad thing happened during our overnight trip and that was upon leaving the back door ripped my boyfriends dress pants. Would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone.

I can't believe I forgot from last time I stayed here (which was the first time, and should have been the only) just how laughably useless the internet is. Constantly disconnecting on multiple devices, and when it does connect it's always dropping down to dialup/non-existant more often than it spends as "high speed". I had to resort to using my cell ohine and a wireless aircard to do anything, but forget about working tonight. The TV has so many lines it looks like I'm watching the Finals in some sort of strange 8-bit filter. The only star is because yes, the people are friendly. But that only excuses this garbage to a tiny degree. Man, next time I'm through town I have got to remember how bad this place is and stay far away.

The hotel is good, although the gym is pretty terrible… a single 40 lb dumbbell, two random weight machines (leg extension and pec fly) with one partly broken, and a few cardio machines.

Cheap, clean and convenient.

The staff at check-in were very nice. Room "looked" clean and tidy. My biggest complaint was when we were packing up to go home. I couldn't find something so I bent down to look for it and found clothes from the previous guest left in our room! This has me a little upset because now im wondering what else might have been missed in this room. We were there for 2 days and no one changed our towels, took out trash or vacumed. Overall though I feel it would be safe to say this is the nicest hotel in Port Arthur. The pool is small but good enough for a dip. Unfortuntley when we went it ended up being colder then expected so we didn't get to go in.

Not great as expected, poor choice of breakfast and rude front desk.

It would be nice if I Didn't pay $120 to stay in one of these Motels they have out here. And make the TVs have easy access to play Video Games.
