The p, ace is very tired and in need of an update. The room was clean
and the young lady on reception could not have been more helpful
Just glad of somewhere close to the airport after a long flight.

I cant sleep well. The alarm clock in room 325 snorr louder than mine… need replacement I guess!

They cancelled my reservations, I was not informed until after my 2 1/2 hr drive to the hotel. Front desk clerk Shelley and her side kick were outside smoking/bullshitting for a good 10-20 minutes while I waited in the lobby. When I asked why no one called or emailed that they cancelled my reservations, Shelley said "you have a valid point". They never once apologized for anything. It was not MY fault that they had 3 dirty rooms, that was entirely their fault. Also, the lobby smelled of dirty feet and mildew, I can only imagine what the rooms smelled like. I drove on to Beaumont and stayed there for the night. I'll never stay here!

My son and his wife stayed there, they were pleased with their accommodations.

Very friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean and had alot of square footages of space… Very similar to a set up of a studio apartment. Overall smooth and great experience.

Avoid this at all costs… try to find another place. Water was off when we first got there which they failed to mention when we checked in. Bags of trash in the hallways. I suspect they were only removed when I trashed them on Yelp. Toliet never worked right. There were bugs in my room it was more of motel for workers. So loud in the morning when they are leaving. I would have gone somewhere else if I wasn't traveling on government travel orders. I would rant more but I am running out of space.

This place is good. But the internet sucks. Internet does not even stay connected for more than 5 minutes. I raised a complaint with the hotel but still of no use.

Nice 2 star hotel. Higher rated in port arthur.

Rooms werent bad but on the plus there was alot of shops and restaurants close by.

I stayed at this location while attending orientation for my new job. They were finishing up renovations on the first floor, so the front desk personnel were a little slow at checking guests in. Once I was checked in; I really enjoyed my room. The hotel was quiet and the employees were helpful.

Comfortable and very clean. First floor construction happening due to Hurricane Harvey damage, but we didn't hear it in our room.

The entire building is under construction. A complete remodel, from flood damage. Despite the mess, the place is comfortable.

They are still working on their place it's looking good the desk help is really nice.

I reserved a room for our visitors. They said their stay was nice and comforting however they had trouble with the keys. It would not detect immediately and especially on the second evening that it took us about 30 minutes to open the door. We had to have the front desk lady bring up her gadget just to open the door.

Only good things to say, everything was as we have come to expect from Comfort Inn.

Comfortable and clean rooms updated and relatively new furniture. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast with a few extra hot food stuffs. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful to our request.

Very nice clean room also location is perfect to stores, movies, mall and stores.

Rude and chemical smell was so strong my son was having a hard time breathing. I left and did not get a credit. Do not stay here!

A shock to the nervous system to anyone not used to 5 star accommodations. Comfort Inn and Suites Port Arthur is truly an outstanding hotel, despite the distractions caused by renovations in progress. Very good management, excellent facilities. I haven't felt this comfortable in guest lodging for quite some time.

Great hotel very kind staff. Comfy beds and cold AC. Fast Wi-Fi as well. Will definitely return if im back in the area.

A beatiful place to be for vacations or business, very clean and funny to go with family. Not too expensive. I will be back!

Overall, this is a clean, standard hotel. It's nothing to write home about but the bed is comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. My room was clean and had no issues with anything in the room. The housekeeping staff was so nice — I was always greeted with a hello and a smile. The front desk staff greeted every time I came in the hotel. The fitness room is minimal. And by minimal there are three cardio machines in a very tiny room. The outdoor pool was small but plenty of play room for myself, two other adults, and three children. One side is shaded with pool chairs for those that want to stay "cool" in Texas. I was really surprised by the size of the pool but noticed that all other hotels had pools about the same size so it could be due to water restrictions. It's within walking distance to a Waffle House for food or to the mall where there is a Target and other shopping. Although walking in Texas in summer will get you crazy looks. If you drive for 2 minutes or less you'll have access to a variety of restaurants and dining options, a Wal-Mart and other shopping.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this is the first one I am ever reviewing. First off, I think the non engilsh speaking houskeeper is the most friendly person I ran into. Asked for late checkout, they say sure, then repeatedly knock and call the room. Having worked an overnight, I saw this as disrespectful. Lastly, more black mold in the bathroom than ive seen in a long time. But the bed was kind of comfy.
