Comfortable beds, nice indoor pool, hotel staff is always so friendly, this is the second time we have stayed here and will be back in a couple months, give this place 5 stars.

Morning staff was really nice. Bed was so so, but the pillows were way to thick with no other options. Ended up sleeping in chair. Breakfast was adequate.

Loved our stay here. The extra couple dollars we're definitely worth every penny. Fantastic customer service. Clean rooms comfortable beds.

We originally picked this hotel for the jacuzzi in the room. I must say this was the only good thing about the room. The bed was hard as a rock. The dresser drawer handles were broken. There was no shower curtain or towels in the room when we first checked in. It took almost a hour to get towels and they only brought 2. No wash cloths. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for those. They eventually brought the shower curtain (which was broken) but we had to put it up ourselves. The light switch plates were all cracked. I think this hotel could be great but management needs to take some pride in their hotel. It has the amenities to be great. But nobody is taking the time to make it that way.

1. No charging port next to bed. 2. Curtains kept scooping all the A/C. 3. Internet was slow to none existent. 4. Toilet paper is super thin. 5. "Do not Disturb" tag does not fit on handle or in card slot.

Room was awesome. Service was awesome. Room ready when I got there. They do have washer and dryer onsite. Great place to stay!

My overnight stay was very relaxing and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed the cleanness of the room. My handicap amenities were perfect and the room was picture perfect. The staff provided professional services with a smile. I look forward to the enjoyment of the comfort and reliability provided by the Best Western Plus chain of hotels.

Of all the hotels where I’ve stayed, this is the best. Was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, space, available amenities, and the professional and courteous staff.

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. My only complaint would be the heating/cooling unit would not turn off so I had to unplug it for a while. Single room with a sitting space, microwave, mini fridge and direct tv. And it's quiet.

Nice clean room and good staff. Shower head wasn't very good though.

Bathrooms are too cold. Lack of adequate disabled parking. Road Noise.

Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. Only complaint there would be the water pressure for the shower. Breakfast was yummy and perfect for adults and kids. Hot tub was amazing but unfortunately the pool was not heated as advertised. It was super cold! But overall the experience was great and I will be back.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. The staff was very kind and accommodated our family very well. I would recommend this location to anyone. Good customer service is not always easy to find.

Walls are too thin, room had bed bugs, we were provided with stained toilet paper, and my 70 year old handicapped grandmother and I (a teen girl) were kicked out despite having nowhere else to go and willing to pay for room (we were price gouged — none of our discounts including aarp, AAA, and a best western membership thing, were accepted) would give 0 stars if I could. Also repeatedly had to reprogram the key cards and the hot tub was kind of gross.

So check in is at 2 we where here at 230 and got told our room is not ready. Checked in at 315. Got told we will get you towels later so it wasnt even finished. Then walk in and head board is really dusty tape on desser sticking up (easily see its there). Breakfast the next day was terrible sausage was frigerator cold but cream cheese was gritty like its been held at wrong tempeture more then once. So only thing food safe edible is waffles since I cooked it myself. Will not return here.

This place wasn't horribly but okay. The ceiling fan in the room was so old, when you turned it on it shook violently as though it would fall down. We constantly had to get the keys reprogrammed, which was inconvenient. No bells and whistles here. Expected a little more from a BW. Not sure what the "plus" signified.

Nice hotel. Clean with good service and Directv. Room has a small desk and room service was very through.

Stayed here during hurricane Harvey. All the employees were very friendly helpful and understanding.

The front desk was very polite to a very difficult quest who was wrong and never siad sorry. Very nice.

The beds were comfortable and the a/c blew ice cold. There were a sufficient amount of power outlets in our room. Breakfast ends at 9am. Overall not a bad experience but not the "Best" Western Plus I've stayed at.

I love it clean very friendly and hospitable I suggest for anyone in the area to go and have a pleasant stay! Rather visiting the area.

Rooms are nice and clean. Jacuzzi is great at the end of a long day at work. Free breakfast is nice.

Very clean with friendly staff. The king size bed is very comfortable and hotel is quiet. The breakfast is excellent with fresh food and good coffee. Have stayed there 3 times and each visit was great! Have plans to stay multiple times in the near future.

Was very clean The room. My only problem is something personal. But The almuadas eren Of The style That are very soft. When I Gustaf almuadas mass hard.

I love staying here clean rooms fresh clean linen. The front desk they are always polite speak when you come in as well as leaving. The continental breakfast is wonderful fresh always keep the containers full. This is where I stay when I come.

Okay hotel, microwave and refrigerator, great big screen LG TV but the remote control sucks, not original control. Also old worn out towels and the lobby smells.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We came with our granddaughter for a fun weekend get away. Friday we went to indoor pool. Water was cold! Sat. We took her to pool and it was closed for maintainence. Really you close a hotel pool on a Saturday!? Very disappointing.

I stayed here last week, it was a great! I came out here for work and Best Western is what I always look for. Overall nice clean rooms, also spacious shower/restroom. Only one thing, wish they would care about the gym a little more as in keeping it clean. Nothing else I can complain about though.

Pros:New and cheap, average breakfast, king room was spacious, comfortable. This is best westerns take on 3 star stuff. Indoor pool, workout room, nice nice bathroom and shower, thats right nicex2. Cons:unsecured Wi-Fi. In 2015 we should not be forced to have a personal info cruising around on your unsecured Wi-Fi. One of the dryers was broken, the knob on the washer only allowed hot water. Little annoyances but so many. I would still recommend this place for the price and comfort. Hopefully the owner gets a handle on things before its starts to run down hill.

We stayed at this hotel Aug 16, 17, and 18. I'll have to give a 3.5 on a 5 scale. Rooms were clean and quite (we had a King Suite). Amenities were OK. Standard shampoo/conditioner etc. Coffee pot was a one cupper and they must not want anyone to drink more than one cup. A couple of small issues with the room thus the i/2 point reduction. The pool and hot tub gained the one point reduction. Chlorine was very, very strong and didn't appear to be as clear as it should have been. The hot tub had a suds like substance on the edges and didn't appear to be as clean as needed. This was not a deal breaker as I can bypass this with no problem, Complementary breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, waffles, cereal, milk, juice, and several coffees. Overall a 3.5 may seem a bit week but had the pool area been better it would have gained at minimum a 4. Would I stay there again. You bet, with no problem.

Guy at front desk looks like a slob. Bad area too. Car got broken into in the first hour.

The rooms were clean and a good value for the price. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed, a pull out couch, and a full kitchen. It was very spacious. The only issue I had is a smell. Perhaps from a previous guest having cooked in the kitchen? It was not overwhelming. I did not complain to management, because the hotel was booked and I knew they couldn't move me, and the alternative motel was NOT an option! Otherwise, our stay was quite nice. There was a nice pool with a hot tub and the excersize room was one the best I've seen. I would stay here again.
