Good place to stay for a quick trip. Breakfast was simple not much to choose. But the rooms were clean.

Not as good as budget. Texas shape waffles.

The prices are good and you can get a room for 1 hour or two hours if you get a room for 1 hour it's $50

Clean room with nice big tv. Very helpful and friendly staff. Decent free Wi-Fi and centrally located near many stores, businesses, restaurants, etc. Nice swimming pool. Would recommend.

Comforter was stained beyond belief. I threw it on the floor immediately. The toilet didn't always flush correctly. The rest of the room was fine though.

Hotel appearance is pleasant, staff was cordial but not overly friendly, rooms were nice with microwave, microfridge, desk with wooden chair (lamp did not work), a chair and lamp in corner for reading, flat screen TV (small for the room size) with limited cable channels the bath/shower was nice but shower head was nasty and water pressure was minimal. The a/c units filters were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Stayed two nights, housekeeping came in a tidied up room but didn't restock cups or vacuum carpet. Breakfast was continental with very little choices but restaurants in the area. Served its purpose for the stay.

This hotel by far in the Humble Tx area has been the cleanest and nicest hotel I've stayed at! They always have clean rooms that have a nice clean smell like flowers when walking in the room! Sheets are always clean and never any burn holes in them! The swimming pool is always clean and property never has trash laying around unlike other hotels in the area! Really an overall great hotel! Love the breakfast every korning and the texas shaped wafflesare just killer! Plus the rates are excellent for the area! There are plenty of eateries within walking distance! I will continue to forever stay at this wonderful hotel for all my stays! The staff are always friendly and very helpful, and if there is anything you need they are quick to respond and help you in every way possible! This hotel is a 5 star performance for me! You will never be disappointed! Love you Super 8!

I don't understand the negative reviews on here, my son and I have been staying here a few days and will be here until Friday and they offer room cleaning every day at the same time, they bring fresh towels and clean the whole room. All you need to do is ask and they will bring fresh sheets and towels as needed. They've been nothing but helpful and polite every time I have been to the check in desk and breakfast was fine. Nice and clean, decent selection with cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls or a waffle. They were sure to tell me breakfast was from 6-9 every morning and we make sure to wake up early enough to eat. I would recommend this pace in a heartbeat and they've made a rough week much more bearable for my son and I.

I liked how the room and the restrooms were clean and breakfast was provided.

This hotel is a very dangerous place to stay! My husband is in town he is staying there on business and his room got robbed! I do not recommend this hotel it is very dangerous, very unsafe! This just happened tonight!

Rude people running this place and the entire motel is dirty and smells like Indian food from India, not Native Americans. The staff are also a bunch of liars who are using scare tactics like threatening guests that they will call the Police. The Police should be arresting these rude and lying Indian people! Stay away from this motel and don't waste your money on this piece of crap motel.

I stayed here, I was travelling and I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but what I found was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was unbelievably bad. The shuttle bus was a mystery, in that it was a "code share" with a parking lot, which in itself is no big deal but the fact that it had absolutely no signage or prior warning that it was the shuttle you needed meant for an unnecessary wait in confusion until you call the hotel and speak to a very rude lady who aggressively tells you to look for the blue parking bus and makes you feel sorry you asked with her tone. The check in gentleman and I use that term sarcastically was rude aloof and ignorant of all common courtesy or manners. They made a mistake in finding my booking and blamed the booking website I used which I did not believe and they feigned that the problem was not their system and preached how lucky I was to be getting a room at all and that they considered cancelling the booking as it looked fraudulent as the name of the email address did not match the credit card that paid in advance and they thought it could be a stolen credit card unless I showed my passport. Of course I have no issue with any company checking the validity of credit cards it keeps us all somewhat protected of fraudulent use, but to come right out and tell a guest they were going to cancel the booking because the thought you had a stolen credit card that is just rude and ignorant.

I would give zero stars if this was an option. I had a relative arrive from a United Airlines room voucher — A little old lady, who could barely walk, was on medication and couldn't speak english. The front desk guy was rude responding to an inquiry. He says, "Oh yeah. There was a little old lady here. I told her we couldn't help her out and she left. " Apparently the hotel staff didn't want to bite into their 'non-voucher' rooms and told her she didn't have a reservation. She had to leave in the middle of the night, alone, with nowhere to go. A hotel that doesn't make exceptions for the elderly isn't a hotel that has values or common sense.
