Really nice place, comfortable feel, respectable, clean, great breakfast, and good people always.

The location was off of Highway 59. Rooms were nice & service was awesome. The only downfall was the amount of noise from loud vehicles in the parking lot & the planes heading to the airport. Aside from that, it was good.

13 hr layover returning from awesome vacation in Mexico. Last minute check in half the cost of hotels near airport. Bank card would not work being from Canada. Owner drove me to several locations to get cash. He refused to be paid for the hour of his time and using his vehicle. Taxi didn't show up for trip to airport 5:00 am check in. Owner drove me to get there on time. Once again refusing to be reimbursed. Place was fantastic. Clean, neat also owner recommended late at night restaurant as I hadn't eaten since early morning. I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all my friends, family.

Budget hotel nicer than anything in the area. Great management and room was nice enough for under $100/night.

I notice a lot of middle Eastern people selling trinkets and scamming you out of phones service while you walk by.

Overly priced with no discounts even considered by the owner even tho we have been here two weeks. Old box t. V. And no working air conditioner! All around not worth 40 per. Let alone 60… thumbs down.

It was nice and clean not bad at all the only thing is that lots of hang out outside and it's kind of weird.

My parents visited a few months ago and I wanted to express my appreciation for the care Budget Host gave them in their room placement. Not only did the person I worked with (Jay) arrange a ground floor room for them as walking up stairs is difficult now, their room was in a corner so this minimized their shared walls, cutting any noise from neighbors. My parents were grateful for the cooktop and kitchen implements provided. I believe they were much more comfortable there than trying to room on a daybed & couch and share space with my pets. We very much enjoyed our time together seeing touristy spots like NASA and the shopping centers/restaurants nearby. Great proximity to Houston's highlights and our own modest home. Thanks for making them more comfortable than I could have without you!

This is a decent hotel for the price. Budget friendly but you definitely get what you pay for. Small ugly rooms and budget beds. It also just feels and looks dirty.

Always an awesome and well-priced option when I am in town visiting family.

The hotel was old but clean (definitely not a fancy hotel). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Did the trip in a pinch.

The amenities and ambiance of the hotel are comforting. I love the cozy bedding, up to date furniture and flat screen television. My get and hide away from it all.

Not even worth 1 star. Holes in the sheets, non — smoking room smells like weed, and condoms under neath mattresses. The furniture and appliances look like they were donated from the salvation army. Granted you get what you pay for but even a snickers bar from the 99 cent store tastes just as good. We all like money but $23.00 in taxes when the room felt like you were in a porno is a outrageous. Seems like the owners have more respect for their new lexus and BMW's than they do their rooms. Let's just say I paid way to much for the type of quality I could get somewhere else. Trust me when I say keep driving by if your entire bill is over $30 a night.

Awesome hotel! Great rooms and the staff is incredible — would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Houston area and even if you live in Houston, getting a weekend away! Very comfortable beds and hotel is new.

The rooms and bathrooms are off tha chain (really nice) and Wi-Fi.
