Good location accessible from the highway. The enviroment and the rooms well maintained. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy accommodation without breaking your budget.

You better bring your own stuff with you rent by the week only and no room service.

Locations the only thing convenient about this property. I give this place one star because my toilet seat is broken the deadbolt is broken. The customer serve is horrible but they say it's a full kitchen but it's a two burner stove w/out a oven also no pots and pans I stayed at Extended Stays before and they had pots and pans you can cook Common Sense would be to provide these things because we don't carry them in our backpack it's definitely a ripoff for what we paid and there's a big lump in the bed like they haven't replaced his mattresses in years I find the couch more comfortable. Save your money and don't go here.

Gave me a messed up room and when the maid came by she was rude (the big one) she was rude and was on her phone, they have cockroaches in most the rooms and drugs are being passed around. Pot smell everywhere and 420 is illegal in tx in certain areas.

We stayed here around the time of Hurricane Harvey. Price is very decent, and if you're there longer than 30 days, there's no sales tax. It's a basic room with a microwave, full-size refrigerator and two stovetop burners, but no oven. Management and maintenance are prompt and friendly. But there are some "problem children" staying here, as you'd expect. We actually had a neighbor who seemed friendly enough "borrow" three items from us, only to steal them and block our calls/texts so we couldn't do a thing about it. We were too trusting.

GROSS! I had booked for a week and I ended up leaving THE FIRST NIGHT. It was infested with roaches and ants, I bought roach spray but then then they all came out at once everywhere I felt like I was in a horror movie. They offered to move me to a room upstairs but I couldn’t stand it. Do not waste your money.

Have studios, and great staff, closet, full bathtubs, couch that turns to a bed, full, fridge, stove for cooking, ac/heater/fan, laundry on site.

Fast internet with a respectful and quiet community. Would recommend.

I spent 259 + tax for roaches, trashy parking lot, dirty carpet, and probably a cold. I guess cause it cheapest in town maybe help lots of poor people. The GM Antonio is great and works with everyone. Should be promoted. I still give 2 stars cause it is unsanitary.

The property is dirty with trash everywhere I see one guy picking up trash early in the morning but nothing during the day. I have been offered sex from a guest staying here and been asked if I wanted drugs from another. Do not stay in this place. Not worth the money.

We have been here for 3 days so far. You have to realize that you are locked in a contract for a week at a time. First off, I will credit where credit is due. They do have A. C. Free parking, cable and Wi-Fi. Now for the downers. Our room is on the 1st floor. Bathroom has mold, the toilet seat was repaired with the wrong bolts, the shower, even at it hottest, was luke warm. We ran out of tissue and I went to get more but I was told that they DON'T REPLACE TISSUE. WHAT! I They also do not replace towels. The kitchen is a kitchenette with no stove, no pots, no pans, & no silverware. The price is for a regular room not a full size room. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds for the extra that we paid but it was was 2 full size beds. The t. V looks like a 19 or 20 inch. Not big at all. I have learned a valuable lesson. Please read all reviews before making a decision. It only takes a few minutes and I should have did it. There are too many vast differences. Some are saying 5 stars and some are saying 1 star. My opinion only but the 5 stars are either lying or work here or know someone who works here too boost up the average. It's too much of a coincidence that all of these (5 stars) stayed here with all of the 1 star without noticing anything. Read between the lines on the 5 stars and you will see a lot of things left out or covered up. I hope that this is helpful for someone.

Key stopped working, restroom had a harsh urine smell stained into it, dead bugs waiting to greet you, but if you don't care about that it's ok with the fridge, half stove, and microwave.

There are literally bugs everywhere. They refused to give a new room and said to "deal with it" and even offered to give our money back so we can leave… WOW.
