Nice rooms. Decent prices. Good for an over night stay or long term living in my opinion. Employees were helpful and all seemed friendly. There is 3 floors. So if u dont like stairs u should ask for a room on the first floor. U can get a good little exercise in goin back and forth from ur room to ur car if u have a room on the 3rd level like I did. Lol. I didnt mind it, but some may not care for it too much in this texas heat. All in all its a nice hotel, and id stay there again and recommend it for all.

The housekeeper stole money from my son's wallet which was in the drawer. When I complained and told the manager I did not want her back in the room I was staying in, the manager had the audacity to get mad and get smart with me.

I've stayed at an Intown occaisionally over the last decade. They're an excellent place to go to for what is essentially a short term apartment. The rooms have a bed, bathroom, closet, dresser, refrigerator, functional kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi… everything you could really need. The laundry facilities are good (though I do recommend staying to keep an eye on your wash) and the staff have always been excellent to me during my stays. It's a pretty good spot to set yourself up short term.

The manager is very nice and they have good customer service.

Expensive for what theyre serving the public. Breaking things employees on drugs etc.

The place has been nice. I haven't really had any problems. The room has a lot of worn items. For example, the tub faucet leaks when you use the shower. It's nothing major. Still, it's a good place for stays over a week.

They don't clean very thoroughly for regulars, but still good service.

It is what it is. No elevators, once a week cleaning service if you are lucky. Smells of roach infestation.

The sleeper sofas need replaced, the material that covers the couch is old dirty and dingy. The lobby smells reeks of the smell of cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Don't do it, the place is filthy, wet smells like cigarette butts. They will never refund anything, they don't have any kind of customer service, obvious from the cheap price.

The management and staff are very kind and helpful. The have gone out of their way to assist guests.

Drugs being sold on the premises, prostitutes walking around. Incredibly noisy guests. Deplorable rooms. The water neither gets hot, or cold. A plethora of insects in and outside of the rooms. And very over priced for what it is. More true words have never been spoken.

If I could give them less stars I would. They are the worst! Between the roaches and the maintence guy thinking it was cool to bust into our room because we didn't open the door fast enough. To also be bombarded with obscenities! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very good Value for money. Neat and clean environment.

The location is great. However the staff is bad and communication is terrible. Lots of trash in the walkways that does not get cleaned up. It's too bad because this could be a nice place to stay.

Very clean well kept location. People were very helpful with directions and information about local businesses.

With the money they make they should do better. In horrible shape.
