Garden Suites Hotel

Most pleasant atmosphere that I've seen lately in the hotels around Houston. Outstanding cleaning Svcs, timely manner with all duties that are performed daily. Thank you Garden Suites for making me feel at HOME.

Low budget and not very friendly people who stay there as well, it's really kind of scary! Not a place for children at all!

This place sucks. Bed moves, no remote to tv. Paid high price for hot tub room.

The staff are wonderful I actually had to book rooms for my family for 2 months due to my baby sister getting treatment at MD Anderson and they were hospitable and accommodating. Turned down service prompt and thorough. Rooms are affordable and a nice size. Whenever I visit Houston I go straight to this motel. Only downfall is the residents that are extended stay often have toddlers so a top floor room is highly recommended. The noise and heavy foot traffic can be very unpleasant.

The room was large with high ceiling, and quite clean. The towels and sheets were fresh. The location was convenient to the Sam Houston raceway. We could not get the ceiling fan to work and the Wi-Fi would never connect to the Internet, so that wasn't ideal. Still, I was satisfied for the price.

Stayed overnight for a show nearby at Houston race park. Convenient location. Room was comfortable. Bathtub had rust and carpet was coming up in one area. We could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan or light fixture overhead, none of the switches seemed to be attached to that. Eighties figure didn't seem to be working. The A/C was very good, and we appreciated the small fridge and freezer in the room. Clean, fine place to spend a night.

Decent hotel at a good price. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. It's in a shadier party of town but there wasn't too much noise from other guests and ended up being a quiet night. I would recommend staying here over many of the other hotels in the area.

Good service n decent price.

This place is ran very well by a very nice and competent staff. The rooms are very spacious and full of state of the art amenities from flat screen tv's to garden tubs, and fee Wi-Fi. Each room also has a full size dining room with a computer desk and a love seat. In your living room/bedroom you have a king size bed, microwave, DVD player, and of. Course the large flat screen tv. The weekly rate to stay here is not only cheaper than any of the extended stay places like "Value Place or Inn Town Suites" The rooms are literally twice the size of any competitor's. I highly. Recommend this place to anyone looking for an extend stay hotel. Did I mention that they do not charge tax on any of there rooms. Come and see for yourself.
