Beautiful rooms, extremely helpful staff.

Very clean Nd cozy Nd spacious.

Not fancy but good value for the cost. Room was really large. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice with scrambled egg and sausage.

Alecia was in charge of the Continental breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to get my son’s water jug filled for our baseball tournament. She provided an outstanding breakfast and kept the area clean. Jessica helped at the front desk and also went above and beyond. She provided extra bedding and towels for us as needed. She was extremely friendly and had a great attitude. I highly recommend staying here!

Comfort Suites room was as good as my last night stay in Marriott + the room was bigger and 35% cheaper. Next time onwards my first preference would be Comfort Suites.

Clean comfortable affordable (used hotwire paid like $45) staff was great. Sugar ants in the bathroom sink, not ideal, but no harm done.

Tried to stay here for 1 night and couldnt do it. Room had broken shower and burns in the carpet. Their customer service skills are lacking. Their systems are outdated. Had to file a corporate complaint just to get the manager to respond to me. Will never stay at this hotel again.

I wish I would be able to give zero stars. Cockroaches in the room. A terrible rotten smell in the room and elevator. Hairs and dirt in the bathroom. No shampoo nor shower gel in the room, and staff expecting to get tipped for bringing it. An awful location 100 feet from the highway. And on top of all of that they make you pay for a safe in your room and sign a waiver that releases them if stuff is stolen from your room. If you are having shady employees fix that, and don't transfer that issue to your guests. I will NEVER EVER come back.

They have some smoking rooms and allow pets from my experience. We got put into a smoking room and it stunk so they gladly moved us into a new room. The breakfast is okay here as well.

It has a not so good breakfast. The Hyatt on Chasewood in Vintage Park just before Comfort Suites has a wonderful breakfast bar!

The hotel was very close to the highway. It was very nice and clean. The people were friendly. I had a wonderful stay.

Everything was great. Stayed for a wedding weekend for a friend and everything went smoothly.

If you have allergies or asthma do not stay here! Water leak on 2nd and 3rd floor and it smells of mold. Not enough linens for pull out couch, late check in due to room not ready and it is a very run down building.

We were stuck here during Hurricane Harvey and they continued to serve us free breakfast and clean the rooms and make us feel welcome. We were safe and dry and we appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

I have stayed at other hotels in the area but this Comfort Suites had become my first choice when staying in Houston. The hotel is well kept and the staff is friendly, helpful and great.

Nice hotel. Stayed with our soccer team while we were in town for a tournament. The kids had a great time at the pool and the rooms were nice, with mini fridge and a microwave. The free breakfast was great and made everything so easy the next morning of the tournament. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night in a jacuzzi room. Great price compared to other jacuzzi rooms in the area. Everything was very clean and nice. The bed was actually soft and not a rock like most hotels. Charles the man working the front desk was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends.

Despite the cameras and security company, our truck was broken into. I wouldn't recommend staying here. At least our money for the room could be reimbursed, since we are now having to pay deductibles and replacing items stolen. Sad we have barely been offered a apology or an explanation on how this can happen.
