This hotel is very nice. The staff is great. Comfortable rooms. Very updated decor. Breakfast was good and free.

Would have been 5 stars but the young lady that checked us in was not the friendliest. Everyone else was though. Very clean, felt safe, good breakfast.

Nice, clean, peaceful, nice decoration, new rooms, customer service like no other the Best of the BEST.

They are very kind, and it is very clean! They have some pretty big rooms on the 3rd floor with 2 full size beds that are comfy!

Very nice staff, v ry good looking hotel, breakfast was ok, hotels were nice except my room has visable stains on various things; white looking stains in couch, sticky spot next to one if the beds, and brownish stain that looked like juice or a drink running down it. Also had residents upstairs running and stomping on the floor late at night. There was also bugs in the stair corridor on the first floor but just mostly junebugs so didn't bother me as much. The elevators are nice and modern looking but I don't think it had a sensor to detect something blocking it as we had someone try to come in and it didn't stop to let them in and we had to press the doors open button to let them in. Minor stuff that can be easily fixed that I feel we're overlooked.

Very nice hotel and in a great location right off of the freeway. Rooms were clean and very spacious. They also had a great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

The hotel is right after the north bound airtex exit. It's easy to get to and well secluded. The room are nice and clean. The hotel employees are very attentive.

The staff was very friendly a great place to stay.

Terrible house keeping, roaches in the third floor and breakfast sucks. Never have anything left at 6am.

Seemed brand new, the road wasn't even on Google maps. Rooms were big and clean. Only reason for 4 stars elevator was out for the entire stay.

I have come to this location 3 times total and time will be my last. The hotel is new (opened this year) but is not in the best part of town. The first two times I came I had zero problems at check in or check out. This time is a different story. The young woman Alicia who checked me in was just beyond rude. I am a member of the Choice Hotel program and have visited several over the past few months and this is the only time I have dealt with someone who simply needs to find a new job. After asking for an ID and credit card she rudely says "you are aware we will charge you an extra $100.00 up front for damages and then refund it". I am aware that a $100 hold is done but it only shows if you are paying with a debit card not a credit card. I tell her this and she says " no this will show". Me being completely confused why this time is different from the previous stays at this and other locations I clarify and ask "Do you mean to tell me you are charging me for damages and will then refund me if there are none when I check out". She actually said yes like this is the normal process. Mind you I was just at this location two days before and this was not SAID OR DONE. I get this place is not in a good neighborhood, but nobody member or not should be treated like this. More importantly no one should be CHARGED for damages before hand only to be refunded at a later time that is not the policy for this brand or Choice Hotels. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I enjoyed my stay in Comfort Suites. I am extremely satisfied with bed, Wi-Fi, breakfast, room etc.

First, they asked if I wanted a single or double room, I said double as I had two people for the room. Carried all my stuff upstairs and our room was a single with one bed. Nice. Went and changed it and then had two beds. Then when settling in for bed the room was very very hot and uncomfortable. I went to change the thermostat and it was such a joke. It was a wall unit set at 75. I changed it to 70 and the air didn't even kick on. There is no fan so the air was just stale and still with no circulation. You can't turn up the fan or make it blow harder. I called the desk and confirmed that this was the highest setting. When I woke up it was 76 in my room. Absolutely unacceptable. The thermostat does nothing! It's just to make you feel like you can change it.

Great hotel newly renovated.

Check-in was on time, rooms were extremely clean, and staff was courteous. My only complaint was the room keys for the entire hotel were not working and therefore a staff member would have to escort me to my room, this was a minor inconvenience. Would stay again.

Service was good. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice. Breakfast was a little disapointing though.

The was OK but it smelled, it was in Houston.

Its a pretty decent place to spend the night. The service was not excellent, but then again it was not horrible. The bed felt like sleeping on a park bench. The pillows were short and not very comfortable, despite the fact that they advertised bold hard and soft pillows. I dont think I will ever be back, the pricing was average pretty steep for the lack of comfort. Id rather pay ten dollars more to stay at a premium hotel.

Although under construction I must say the place is well kept. I checked in a little early on March 14 the lady at the front desk was very polite. I booked on Hotwire and was a little skeptical because it was a 2 star hotel. I was very impressed with the room. Nice and comfy beds in the spacious room. The sectional was a pull out bed which came in handy. I paid a 2 star price for a 4 star room. I will definitely book at this location next time I visit Houston. The breakfast was a great added bonus as well. If you are in the area go for this hotel you won't be disappointed.

Is good for its price for personal plans.
