Platinum Inn Katy Hotel

Pleasantly clean room alot of noise and other activities throughout the night but not bad for the price.

Stay 1 night was really impressed with all the hospitality and will stay again very clean.

Hourly rates for them quick hook up romances! 35$ for 2 hours and 40$ for 3 hours.

I showed up with two children and was told that there was no availability upon leaving I saw a sign that said two people per bedroom now mind you I'm a single mother of two small children so I decided to call after I left and was told that they actually did have availability I did end up staying in a lot nicer hotel so I'm glad I didn't stay but I don't appreciate being lied to either. It actually makes no sense when a company just lost money they could have easily just said I'm sorry but we only allowed two people per bedroom now I don't know if that's why I was turned away I'm just assuming but I do know I was lied to because the guy that answered the phone after I left verified they had availability.

Everything was neatly clean and the service was good as well.

Pretty good for a short time stay. Friendly staff and very attentive. The rooms get cleaned well, not so sure how well but I had no complaints. Would recommend!

Nothing fancy. Room was clean, cigarette burn on the blanket but room didn't stink.

People at the front desk are super sketchy and weird. Once me and my cousin paid for our room the guy at the front was already on the second floor watching us. He watched us everytime we went outside our hotel room. We didn’t feel safe staying there so we decided to leave and pay for another hotel because that’s how sketched out we felt. So we go to our car and the guy comes right next to our car and was like no visitors and was being crazy weird so we told him we were leaving and right after he went up to our room… if I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

The bed was comfortable but the room smelled very bad. Also the bright light in the parking lot came through the blinds.

Good room for the price. Everything worked and was clean. Checking in and out was smooth.

They are very rude and they don't give you enough time to leave out the room. And also they invade your privacy to much. The other rooms around are better then there services. They over charge my debit card and when I called them. They want to play stupid and act like they don't understand. My last time coming to them. Racist and unprofessional they need customer service classes.

Convenient Motel located off the I-10 feeder. The front desk can be slightly rude at times. The rooms are clean and fully stocked most of the time as well.

Two girl friends car unfortunately broke down on their trip back to san antonio and as it died they pulled into the parking lot of this hotel. Stressed out, trying to find some assistance the hotel staff started harassing them to get the car out of the parking lot. So in tears they call me and I suggest that I pay for a hotel reservation online (prepaid) and just have them stay overnight so they can call a mechanic tomorrow morning to look at the car. This would also mean the hotel would have a paying customers car in the parking lot. Hotel refused because they would not be able to present the paying card. They again became hostile on why the girls were on the side of the building, they were using the outlet to try to keep their phones charged in order to contact anyone remotely local to possibly pick them up. I called the hotel and they started yelling at me right off. Its dark, the hotel staff is scaring the crap out of these two young girls to the point some gentleman walking by needed to intervene. They good samaritans ended up pushing the car out of the parking lot in order to make the girls feel safer. Unbelievable hostility from this hotel staff against two young women that just needed a little help. Hey Palace Inn next time just offer a little assistance, like maybe invite them into your lobby and provide an outlet while they attempt to figure out what to do.

Typical seedy motel. Pretty sure I saw an hourly rate sign at check-in. $70 King bed w/free porn. Pretty clean for what it was. Don't take a black light.

The Palace Inn in Katy was perfect for the price. They were quick to get what I needed and everything was clean!

As I was attempting to book a room the lady at the front desk asked me if it was just me staying I told her yes with an exception of my bf she said no no-one can come here to visit just u which I thought was very rude my bf in the past has had horrible customer service at this place and the TV in the room doenst even have volume still trying to figure out what I'm paying for?

Rude staff. The rooms were nice and clean but they are very pushy about getting out in a out quickly.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff that work there are so rude. No privacy at all. When I went to check in I told them 2 adults and 2 children. When I was parking a staff member followed me to the car to make sure I did have 2 kids! And everytime I left my room to get anything out of the car I was being constantly watched as to what I was taking in or out!

Very Disappointed. … tried to check in early … but there was a early check in fee … I've been to 5 star hotels and they never charge for that… rude man as well! Will not recommended to anyone!

Great pillows! Clean rooms, I loved the hardwood floor look. Nice breakfast and staff. And they have smoking rooms!

I live outside of Houston, so I rely on the Palace Inns to grab a quick shower or if I need a cheap room for the night. The Katy location has always been my favorite and the cleanest of them I've seen so far.

Dont expect anything more than a bed, customer service sucks and they don't even try to hide thier terrible attitudes. No guest allowed and suspicipusly itchy bed sheets to put the cherry on top.

Customer service negative 5 stars. Rooms dusty, for being new I guess I expected more. By 6 am they were inspecting our room because while we were having breakfast. Found cigarette buds in trash can and excused us of smoking in the room. I explained that my roomie was taught to discard of his trash correctly. And didn't believe us. The place still smelled brand new.

The Palace Inn was a fine place to stay. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great accommodations and easy access to location. Would stay here again.
