My daughter had a couple girls celebrate her turning 11 at this hotel. It was amazing. We had the king suite. Kitchen was perfect. The rooms were clean and well setup. The girls enjoyed the indoor pool. We made smores on outdoor fire pit. Great breakfast choices. Over all a great experience. We will return.

Great place to stay at. It's new hotel. They have a full kitchen with basic stuff to cook a meal. Full size fridge. It's across the street from hospital no I didn't hear any noise from it so I guess they did a good job sound control.

Great place for long stays. Rooms are comfortable and staff members are really friendly. They have a nice garden and a basketball court. The only not so positive thing I can call out would be the fruits they serve for breakfast. They aren't that fresh. Next time if you are looking for a place in Cypress, this is an excellent choice!

3.5 Stars: We've stayed here twice in the last year. First visit in August was excellent (barring a small incident where we had to move rooms without explanation at the end of a very long day). Rooms were fresh and clean. Breakfast and the manager's receptions were kept stocked, and the all day coffee bar was excellent. During our second visit in January that was not quite the case. They'd changed coffee brands and started stocking those little flavored creamers you see at gas stations. The hot teas changed too and were not very good. Breakfast was just okay and the manager's receptions ran out of food and drink an hour early. The sofa cushions in our room this time also needed cleaned. Overall tthough, this hotel is pleasant and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are nice and clean and new. Prices are reasonable, and compared to some other comparable hotels, this one stands out.

We had to move out of our house so the painters could paint the cabinets we had made after Hurricane Harvey. We chose Residence Inn because we have stayed in their hotels before. While there for 11 days, I fell off site, and broke my collarbone. I needed a different chair to sit in while there and they brought one in for me. It made our stay much easier. The Front Desk were amazing.

Enjoyed the lodging. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The people are very friendly and helpful my room is comfortable and the servicia is impeccable. I recommend it.

Hotel is very modern. The place is new and very clean. This is the only long term hotel that has a full size oven for cooking. Internet speeds are excellent. Tv's are very nice LG units. You will not find a better option, I did a lot of research in Houston before selecting this awesome place. The rooms are huge.

Nice suite, friendly staff. Exercise room, Pool for the kids, and laundry is on the main floor. Accessible to the nearby highway.

Used this venue for group of people attending a work function. Good feedback from the guests who stayed. One downside: They do not provide shuttle service.

Hotel is nice. A lot of road construction, but easy to get to hotel. Love the room. My only complaint is housekeeping was not good. They remade our bed, but it was still paper in the bed when we got ready to get in, also it was still paper on the floors.

One if the prettiest, bester run hotel properties in Texas! Unbelievably comfortable, well appointed rooms, with beds to due for. They've even solved the quest for comfortable pillows!

Although I didn't stay in a room I visited family here quite a bit. Staff were incredibly friendly! We were around for a wedding and they were very gracious with us and treated us very well despite the large group of people. Very nice hot tub and pool as well as a great exercise room!

I could go on and on about this hotel! It was beautiful and well kept. The complementary breakfast was great and I left satisfied each time. One morning they were having a hard time keeping things stocked, a manager (I believe) stepped in to help. Checking in and out was quick and smooth. I believe it was Afrika who helped me both times. She explained all the amenities well. It was a great stay, next time I'm in Houston I'll be sure to stay here and recommend it as well!

I flew in on a business trip with my friend and found this lovely place just a few minutes away from the Airport. No problems booking a room. Got an excellent rate. They gave me a big modern room. The bathroom was almost bigger than mine back home. Plenty of cozy areas to relax. Very helpful staff. A virtual Home, away from Home. Great for families. This is my choice next time I'm in town.

Good location. Close to many tourist attractions. Still confused why the hotel says it has a swimming pool. Said swimming pool was slightly bigger than a hot tub… kids were disappointed.

Nice & clean hotel. Great location off 290. Staff is friendly and professional.

Rooms are great. Second time staying there. Only downsides are the mattresses are a little soft, and housekeeping kept taking one of our towels every day (we has four people in a room and only three sets of towels). Otherwise I like staying there.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay on my quarterly business trips to the area. The rooms are like a small apartment, with a kitchenette, sitting area, workspace, large bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, etc. The other amenities are very nice as well. The staff is very professional and friendly. After a busy day at the office I find a quiet place to rest, recuperate, and get some paperwork done. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to continue staying here when I'm in the area.

This is a fairly new property and it is very modern and clean with friendly staff. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast, and Monday through Wednesday a reception with appetizers, beer, and wine! The rooms are spacious and feature kitchens, comfortable beds, and spa inspired bathrooms. This property is unique because it offers an indoor heated pool and hot tub that can be used year round. A solid choice if you're needing a hotel in the area.

It's a newer property and in excellent condition. The rooms are newly designed for the business traveler. They offer a free breakfast to start your day. It's close to the outlet mall. And a fast food restaurant is within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay. You will too.
