The outside pictures are true but the inside pics are not what I saw but the hotel truly is not bad. It is an older hotel that needs some TLC. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The place really needs an upgrade to match what is showing. The lighting at night is good. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet. Not your 5 star hotel but a decent place to rest for the night.

I booked a jacuzzi king suite for my anniversary. A month later we leave Louisiana and checked in and the girl at the desk tell me the man that took my reservation left a note saying he downgraded me to a different room because he gave my room away! The damn audacity! I should have stayed with red roof but my ass tried doing something different. Never again!

This place is trash anyone who stays here is now my sworn enemy and the enemy of all that Is decent, everything that is wrong with society dwells here. Once my blade hath been drawn in anger it shall not return to it's sheath until it has drawn blood so help my soul!

Nice room and good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Right next to busy I-10, so you will be hearing highway noise all night. For the price, a pretty good place to stay.

My wife and I are very thankful for the Entire Staff at this location. "Anissa" Checked us in with absolutely no problem. She was awesome our 4days of stay. Clean Hotel/Clean rooms! The House keeping Staff Ms. Reta, Ms. Deebie, Ms. Toy etc was top notch amazing!. The Front desk staff at check out was so nice and helped me with my account so we can accumulate points for our stay. We will continue to stay at The Quality Inn & Suites 1590 S. 1-10 when we come back to Beaumont, Texas.

We stayed here (thanks to FEMA for paying for our stay) for 5 months after we lost our home to the hurricane. We had to put down a $100 deposit to be able to hold a room for us. Our overall experience was not pleasant. We stayed in room 115 for the first 4 months. We asked to move rooms due to the people both in the room before and after us arguing and hitting on the walls all night which kept my son up. I found 1 roach in the bed my son slept in and told my S/O to see if we could switch rooms. We were able to switch rooms after they told us to put ANOTHER $95 down to hold the room we wanted. We had a fallout with the manager who tried to tell us someone else was wanting to book the room that we just put a deposit on to get. Fortunately we got the room, moved into the very next day and everything was good… until I saw several roaches in that room as well. They were coming out of the sink, the walls, and from under the fridge and carpet. I cleaned the room daily as we didn’t trust housekeeping to come in after reading some of the reviews that we did online. I swept and vacuumed as well as bleached the tub, toilet and sink. And still roaches were coming from all over the place. We found a FEMA trailer to move into just yesterday and so we did. Once we got our stuff out, cleaned the room up food and got ready to check out, they refused to give us our deposit back saying we stole the bed sheets and pillows. I will never stay in this hotel again if my life depended on it.

It is an OK hotel. Clean but a little run down. Staff is nice and polite. Even though it is right next to highway I-10, it is quiet. There is a Carrabba's next door. Complimentary breakfast is just OK. Egss were stale.

Very noisy because of interstate I-10 and the people stayed next to us had loud music all night, had to complain to the front desk but the noise continued thru 5am. The carpet in my room had holes and the entire hotel had this funk smell. Also, hotel does NOT have elavator!

Very nice place to stay although hot breakfast was cold attendant came right away to warm it up.

We are in our room. There was s a tv. No remote. Called the front desk and she said our room does it have a remote I then asked for a room with a remote that works for the tv. Said she found one and would bring it right down. That was over 45 minutes ago.

This was a very nice hotel convent on off of I10, hot breakfast, wonderful staff but the rooms and hallways have seen better days. I would have loved to give y'all a 5

Was able to check-in early. Room was big and roomy. Clean! Very nice for the price. Coldest AC we've ever had in a hotel!

First of all, the room smelled like leftover pee water. Then, the room's pullout couch felt like just straight up springs. The T. V in the lobby was janky too. The pool was small and when I first walked into my hotel room, the first thing I thought was, "Ew" and " I thought this was supposed to be the "best hotel experience ever". The A. C. Worked perfectly though!

This is the sorest hotel I have ever stayed at. Please watch if you pay eith debit or credit card they will take your money. They are very in clean and do not give you clean towels daily. The people here are very rud and unprofessional. I would not give them a star at all but you have to too right a review. Please be awear of this hotel!

A lot of blue collar workers stay here, which is to say that the facilities are not as clean and new looking as they should be. But the AC worked really well and no foul smells were to be found!

For the hotel, it is reasonably priced and worth the cost. Our room was clean and breakfast is as you would expect. On the other hand, the staff were ALL exceptional. Everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, tub drains, free Wi-Fi and decent breakfast. Everything you hold your breath for from a 2 star hotel. Would recommend. It's not the newest and the carpet may as well be concrete. Our latch lock was broken but the keycard lock worked fine so no sleep lost there. All in all great place.

I have stayed at the hotel 4 times in the last month and will continue to lodge there. From the super friendly greeting when you walk in to the great breakfast in the morning, it is an experience you will want to enjoy time after time. There are good restaraunts and shopping just a short drive (or walk) away. Check in and check out were simple and the people there are very friendly. I will stay here again.

This was the best overall hotel out of 4 previous stays in a week. Our GPS sent us off track (Sprint) but the staff guided us in by phone. We checked in late but they had us in the room in under 3 minutes. Price seemed high until we opened the room door. It was INCREDIBLE and had everything we asked for plus a little more (the in room safe is a plus if we went out). Breakfast was the best, BACON and EGGS plus the usual fare; cereal and milk, pastries, fresh waffles, fresh fruits and more than we could eat. This is written using their internet connection which is as much as a business traveler could want.
