I have stayed at the Rainbow Courts Motel more than once and I love it. It's the best place to stay in central Texas if you ask me. Quiet, clean and the owners and staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. The owners also love animals and that is important to me. I love the white noise from the dehumidifier. They are pet friendly. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family. I have nothing negative to say about my stays. I give the motel 5 stars. I have also lived at the Rainbow Courts in a corporate apartment for several months and my experience was much different. The prices were high but definitely worth it in the beginning but the housekeeping wasn't so great. What sold me was it was furnished and everything was included like trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, kleenex, dish soap, etc. (Just like living in a motel) but after the first few weeks it stopped and had to ask for extra stuff since they only came twice a week and if I didn't ask I didn't receive them. I did eventually stop asking I was lucky if I got one of the items so I had to provide them for myself. I did like to sleep late during our stay and understood that sometimes they would run out of these items in the afternoon but the longer I was there the less housekeeping would do. We were lucky if we got the sheets changed once a week. Sometimes housekeeping told me if I wanted the sheets changed that I could do it myself and they would bring me sheets and for me to wash the dirty ones. Also I rented the 2 bedroom so my daughter could come stay with us while we were there and let them know that was the plan but after my daughter left and when my boyfriends nephew came to stay I was charged extra for the nights he stayed there. I didn't like that but paid it anyway. As for housekeeping I know it's very hard to find good help these days and keep all of the customers satisfied. They are also aware and trying to fix the housekeeping problem. I would give the corporate apartments 3 stars. This is definitely a very beautiful and cared for property. It's quiet and beautiful and everyone there is very kind. This is my honest opinion. I've thought long and hard before I wrote this but to me honesty is the best policy. I have also talked with some people who have "lived" there before and they said the same things as I have. Don't get me wrong I will stay here again and will continue recommending The Rainbow Court to everyone I know. If.
