-Wi-fi was not working inside the rooms, I had to go to the parking lot near the lobby to use my laptop.
— Room phone didn’t work, there was no way to call the lobby.
— Hotel personnel couldn’t care less about these problems and they were very rude about it.
— WATCH OUT they charge you extra 10$ for the “free breakfast”.

DON’T EVER COME HERE.

Why do you want a copy of a Texas ID card? Why do you charge a security fee? Please remodel and upgrade the Inn. The breakfast is good.

So I checked in at 3 AM. The worker just asked for my ID and what room I wanted. I asked for a 2 bed room. Anywho fast forward to breakfast time. It was 3 adults and 2 children. So I asked for my kids plates and the lady asked is your child small or big, then looks over at my 2 year old and says ok I’m only putting one toast caus ethey don’t ever finish it… ok stingy I hope you don’t personally pay for the bread! Then they said they were going to charge for the extra 2 adult plates. I went to ask the worker at the desk why that was and she said that on her handy dandy paper it said only 1 guest was staying in my room. (Oh yeah they check everything ugh) I wa alike I never said only one guest, plus the worker didn’t even Ask. She said well next time pay attention to what you’re signing cause there on the paper you signed, it asked how many people were staying, and we need to know for breakfast. Well lady how about next time you tell the person whose supposed to ask me how many people are staying, cause you know he works there, to ask me! I don’t know your stingy policies gee so yeah never staying here again. I had never encountered such a stingy place with food. I swear.

Good clean place to stay at with a hot breakfast in the morning. Guest order their eggs as they want them and it is brought to your table. Owners are very friendly and kind people. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Place is affordable to stay at too.

I stayed there and it turns out that three days I get a charge for 100 DLLs and I report that is because it is smoked in the room being this fake a server request a room not to smoke as smoking rooms are in Pesimo state take care With those charges as I am requesting reimbursement of that amount and nothing Mr. Rene Palacios does not answer me the phone I disagree with these charges unfounded.

Excellent service the best attention to customer t make you feel at home my stays here are long and frequent certainly highly recommended the best value for your money.

Its a great economic place if you're visiting McAllen or Pharr.

Kinda scary but if you're in a pickle and have to stay here if you can definitely not find any other place, then ok. Otherwise pick something else, even if is your car in an empty parking lot. Too expensive for what it is. If you need it for an hour or 2 is ok. Don't believe the cheap sign outside. They do give you a bottle of water when you check in. Aaaaawh!

All very good and very clean the pool the lunch I like Muncho will return from insurance.

Booked ahead on the wrong day so I called and was told it was moved and to come in and it would be taken care of. I called ahead a couple hours in advance to make sure It would be taken care of. Staff said they had notified the person at the front desk. I get there and he has no clue what I'm talking about and tellls me the only way to get my booking changed is to pay for another room right now and call the company I used to book… I didn't even use an outside company, I booked through the hotels website. I am constantly visiting for business but I'm definitely not coming back. The rooms are smell off as soon as you walk in, the bathrooms have a combination of rust and dirt everywhere. Remember those motel rooms you see in the movies where everything is dirty and gross? Well, you can experience that in person here.

It's the best place to stay it's quiet, clean and the best staff ever! Oh and the best part is the breakfast!

Good overall value for the price. Clean comfortable. Pretty good TV channels. The hot breakfast made to order was very good. Had outdoor swimming pool. The service / response from staff wasn't great regarding something I left behind last time I stayed. They never got back to me on this. I asked several front desk clerks and cleaning ladies but no response. But overall for price a very good value. No mini fridge or microwave but for this price pretty good. Did have ice maker.

The Continental breakfast was great to die for. The service was great. The owners are the best!

Roon are good and clean. Service was very helpful and nice. You have to say the exact number of ppl staying in the room. Breakfast only hands out one plate per person. Breakfast is not open bar. Just a heads up.

A very nice and affordable option for your overnight stay. The rooms are big enough, clean, and comfortable. They offer full breakfast (eggs w/ham, bacon, etc) in a burrito or toast, and continental breakfast as well.

Excellent rich breakfast swimming pool till 10 of the night.

Clean room, good service, cable tv, amenities like bottled water and coffee grounds provided.

Charged me a 50 dollar security fee and then didn't return it when I left, I DID NOTHING BUT SLEEP IN THAT ROOM AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER LISTING, ENJOY THE 50 BUCKS YOU CROOKS.
