Nice and comfortable staff very friendly.

The room is spacious. I like rooms that have USB ports so I don't have to bring my plugs in, which is things they don't have. But everything else is to my liking.

Stayed here for my graduation and the place was very lovely. Didn't feel the cold weather outside. Breakfast was good. Only negative the place it so isolated from everything else.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and pet friendly. Also they had smoking and none smoking rooms. The pool was very clean and nice size. Washer and dryer and an ice machine. Sadly no ice Buckets but we had a cups so it was ok.

One of the cleanest American hotels I've been to. The lobb staff were extremely friendly. Good internet but really small selection for breakfast. Great place to stay or 2 nights.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful employees. Free continental breakfast includes coffee, cereal, waffles and fruit. Very nice hotel for the price.

Clean. Quiet. Spacious. Good service at the desk. Decent pool and acceptable fitness room with cable machines and treadmill. Great deal! You won't regret the stay.

We had originally booked 2 separate rooms. One for my family and the other for the In-laws. Our room was a SMOKING room. However, our son has asthma and smoke triggers it and it can become a BIG problem. Thanks to Alexis I. Rendon, General Manager, she was able to upgrade us to a room that was NON-SMOKING and gave us the same rate! She went above and beyond checking in on us the remainder of our trip! We were very BLESSED to have her assistance! We will continue to go back for our yearly Sabbatical.

Hotel by the way, very good to get to and sleep. The rooms are large but somewhat old. Breakfast is included and not bad, usually they are scrambled eggs and bacon or gringo sausage apart. There is pancake and coffee machine, orange juice and apple of carafe and fruit (oranges and apples) there is cereal and breads those gringos that look like doughnuts and you can put them in jam. The air conditioners in the rooms are usually old and noisy in case you are very sensitive to that. The TV channels are very varied in English and Spanish. Everyone speaks Spanish in Mcallen and there is no exception.

There used to be a hot tub and it was bricked over. Keypad in pool area malfunctioning and we were locked in a walled area for a while.

One of the best Super 8 I have stayed at. This hotel is kept in great condition. It is clean and staff is friendly. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Walking distance from the Arena. Great hotel for a even better price. Nice and friendly staff, clean hotel.

I would like thank the wonderful staff for great service. Also for the manager for going out of his way help my dad for transporting him to the boarder. Great place to stay at.

It's a great hotel room was nice and the staff was more than willing to help with anything you needed.

Can't check in until 3pm beware BAD motel policy this place charges $25 dollars if you want come @ normal time which is 11am everywhere else!

Not enough pillows. Only 3 pillows on a king? really. Lights out in restroom. Otherwise fine.

Spacious rooms with queen beds. If it reminds you of a LaQuinta, it's because it used to be one. Much nicer than your typical Super8.

Worst experience in hotel. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.! Terrible management… service and equipment on site do not work. Owner of this hotel is a joke! No wonder not that many people were staying here at the time I was. The owners name is Chris not to sure on the last name but he has no knowledge on how to run a hotel.

Nice location. Easy to find and about a mile from the border. Staff was very friendly. Clean and spacious room. I would stay here again.

Very clean bathroom and bed. New building, and nice interiors. Very good air-conditioned and fresh air even outside temperature was 100 degree. But, not enough towels. I asked room service for more towels, front desk said I have to come done to get it at the front desk. Fancy breakfast area with not enough food selection. Toast and waffle, cereals, tiny apples, with juice are offered. But, no coffees available. I was able to use a desktop computer in a small business center. But I was unable to print it out at this hotel. This hotel front desk clerk said they are not allowed to print it out for me also. Overall, I feel it is a good system with sweet employees but cheep services.

Nice clean room. Was only there for one night while traveling for work but it definitely suited ir's purpose.

5 stars for this price point hotel. This was far and away the nicest Super 8 I've been in. Their customer service is 2nd to none. Brian the manager was so personable and amazing. I heard him on accident inspiring his employees. Cynthia, one of the desk girls remembered our party the entire trip. If you need a hotel in this price point — good spot!

Greag Hotel! The room was very clean, everything was neat and included everything you need. Room was pretty and decorated. My experience was great! The housekeeping lady was so nice, although I was supped to b gone by 11 am. Overall great service!

The room was terrible. The room was missing chairs, couches, and even towels/soap. The remote was missing it's lid and the batteries kept falling out. The Wifi is something that needs to be fixed. As someone who brings their work (laptop, phone, and tablet) it was hard to get things done. I haven't been in the hotel for very long and I am very displeased. Hopefully, those who work here will do their job better.

Lots of truck parking on the street, rooms are spacious, clean and quite nice. I booked in advance not realizing there is nowhere close by that I can walk to get a meal. I tried to cancel 2 hours later when I arrived and they refused to let me. This is a real nice hotel so I have upgraded it to 4 stars. I don't give any hotel 5 stars unless they give a full breakfast.

The housekeeping staff was rude and the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray.
