We stayed in a double room with a kitchenette. Our room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. There was enough room for my family of 4 and we could've bought our pup too. I ended up doing laundry on-site, which was convenient, since I never had to do it before. Also, the location was right across from a mall and close to everything.

I have to say this motel 6 is probably the best 6 I have ever stayed in so far! I love the set up as a hotel entrance to room from the inside. I don't usually stay at motel 6 but all of the higher end hotels were booked full. I especial love the kitchenette. Clean rooms and only had one issue with outdoor card readers to gain entrance were not working properly.

I was pleased when I first arrived seeing that the rooms don't open up to straight outside. All the people at the front desk were always very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately there's a horrible lingering smell of mildew or dampness thats everywhere from the front lobby to your rooms. It was nice having a room with a kitchenette at an affordable price but unfortunately on the eight day of my stay we unexpectedly and without any notice had the water get turned off. It was like this the entire day with no known time of when we would get water back. I was unable to shower, use the sink or flush the toilet for an entire day and this was very unfortunate that I decided to check out and change my motel to some place else for the rest of my duration in Brownsville.

Great customer service! But the room smelled like cigarette even though it was a non-smoking room and the air condition unit and bathroom smelled like mold. Son has real bad allergies and can't stand being around mold. He sneezed the whole time in the room and more in the bathroom when taking a shower. We couldn't tell if the air condition fan worked or not. It was hard to adjust. Towels had red stains on some, couldn't really tell what it was… Other than that, front desk was awesome. Friendly and courteous!

Room was clean, there was a smell of cigarette even though it is a non smoking too. Does not have refrigerator, microwave or hair dryer. I have paid this mush before and had better accomodations.

When we travel shopping we chose Hotel 6 as it is comfortable this time it was aroused an inconvenience for something was triggered apparently against fire going on a very bad evening as we could not sleep from that moment until the sunrise no one from the hotel was able to give us An explanation having received two different versions when asking. This time it was bad experience we did not rest. In, the morning down there was no coffee in either of the two jugs, had to wait they put it on, once they put it there was no good Cremora was not the best of the stays.

Very comfortable my stay… just what I needed. Only the issue of the Wifi that you have to hire on a daily basis and that you can only use it on one device left me unsatisfied.

I love coming home to see my mother who is ill twice a year. Its a awesome to know that I am taken care of and my personal belongings every time. I have been staying here for the last 4 years and the ladies and gentlemen in the front are so professional and kind. I have recommended you to my sister who ended up staying there this time around as I did and she said she will make this her place to stay when she comes to town and visits my mother and family. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel itself was not bad and the price was decent for the size of rooms. The only problems we had were that the room smelt like wet clothes and the front desk did not have proper air freshener. They just gave us a spray bottle with weird smelling liquid. The second problem we had was the a/c in the room. The first 2 night s we stayed in a room where they still had the huge a/c box on the floor and it was held together with duck tape. It was so tacky and the cover was hanging from it so it looked really tacky and was super loud. Other than those two problem the rooms were not bad for the price. I might consider going back for another attempt.

I was very pleased with with my stay, very clean and smelling good. Comfortable & quiet. Most definitely staying at this motel 6 again. Nice & courteous front desk employee.

I can not believe that at this time there to be able to have free Wi-Fi… in other Motel 6 is cheaper and the Wi-Fi is free. The internet connection that you are even paying is soooo limited.

Nice hotel, very clean. Room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. No breakfast. Good price. Highly recommend.

Good facilities… care with quality… good price.

The access cards didn’t work to open the back door. The cards were in my pocket Employees kept telling us they probably got demagnetized due to being close to my credit cards and/or my phone (my phone was in my pocket). They were nice though and made sure they were activated.

Good place to come shopping. Clean and close to many shops… Only that Wiifi is not free.

The location was the best thing. The room was not so great. The air conditioning didn’t pull the humidity out. Was very humid/moist in the room the entire time. The mattress was terrible the pillows were terrible. The water pressure in the shower was terrible! Couple plugs didn’t work. Staff was super nice though!

Very clean. Staff is friendly. You get what you pay for. Light on walkways and parking lot. Convenience store near by. 5 stars mang.

First of all the lady in the front desk was a little bit kindly. Second of all we arrived to the room and it smell bad. The blankets were dirty they didn't changed them; the pillows had hair all over. The bathroom was dirty within the floor. I went and talk to the front lady and she help us as quick and change us to a different room. And from over there I don't trust it not much. It had spiders under the bed… and they were walking all over the room! The second night there was people really noisy in the hallways. I mean that noisy they wake us up what is called "late". The only good about this is that the price was great and it was in a not so bad location.

Me and my wife stayed in the queen bed room for the weekend. We made the reservation online and check in was easy. Since we were out of the room most of the weekend it was perfect for the price. Location is great, not too far from the border and great restaurants all around. Even though we did not bring our dog, we did see other guests with their pets. The bathroom did not have shampoo but did have soap, we usually travel with our own for this reason. The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars is because of the A. C. In the room. It was a bit loud and disturbing but I can't complain for the price. I would recommend it if you are planning on staying for the weekend or a bit longer. Hope this helps!
