Wonderful experience and great cost lovely hot tub rooms!

It's str8. Employees mugg like it was their job.

The front desk lady was very rude and ugly to my son. He was playing on the outside basketball goal she came out and said u can't play on this it belongs to owner. That was one the other was when he checked in she was very ugly about the booking when it was done online said if she don't get her money she's coming after us. The whole damn place reaked of weed.

So far so good nice people hot water clean towels only thing room to big for a one bed little scary but all good.

No clean towels key did not work just not a very good place for the price.

Booked a room here online during hurricane harvey. Was disappointed to learn that I could not stay here once I got there. They were having a septic problem. Was assured that I would not be charged for the room. A few days later I was however charged for the room. I tried to call with no answer. Then I went to the hotel called price line, and they called the hotel again. The phone never rang there. I let the woman working there talk to the woman from price line on the phone. I put my cell phone on speaker as I wanted to know why there was an issue with my money being refunded. The woman from price line asked the woman from the hotel about there phone number there. She said they had the right number, but when they called the phone never rang. However, there phone rang many times while I was there. Price line said they needed some information from the hotel in order to refund my money. One thing being a 4 digit code that the woman who worked at the hotel was refusing to give to her. The lady that worked at the hotel wanted me to leave I assume to keep other guest from hearing what was going on since it was 9 am and they had guest in there dining room that was right next door. I told her I would leave when everything was resolved and I knew my money was being refunded. The woman at the hotel insisted that it was not her problem that it was an issue I had to take care of with price line, but all they needed from her was a 4 digit code that she was refusing to give.

They had a room available that is very nice and clean and at a very reasonable rate given the circumstance. We lost our house and everything in it. I wld have given a 5 star had they worked out a weekly rate. The clerk was very courteous and accommodating!

Keeps improving by day the rooms are great and properly lit. Workers are very friendly especially at the reception. I sure recommend.

Oh my goodness. This was one of the WORST motels I have ever stayed in! I had to clean the room myself and it was still so musty. I'm not very confrontational so I didn't want to cause any problems with the front seat but I don't think I'll ever stay again.

Dirty and shady people. The charge higher than nice clean hotels. Rude office personnel.

I noticed my ankles were starting to itch randomly and the room was dark, so I just glanced down and didnt see anything. Then later they were still itching so I got up and turned the light on and noticed my ankles were covered in FLEAS! I walked accross the room to the bathroom and washed my feet and ankles off to go down stairs, walked back accross the room to put my shoes on and bam, MORE FLEAS! This is absolutley discusting! Not only do the rooms and air conditioners smell like cigarette smoke, but the towels are stained, the beds are gritty and just an overall horrible experience. Wish I could stay somewhere else, but I am here for work and this is where they put us. On a brighter note, the staff was kind enough to give me laundry mlney and soap, but I had to then return to my FLEA infested room to retrieve my belongings to move to another room. I hope their 1973 washer and dryer can get rid of the possible fleas in my dirty clothes. Luckily I didnt not ever place them on the floor. Please inspect your room thoroughly prior to accepting the accomodation. I know it isnt the hotel staff fault, but this is something that house keeping should have noticed… you dont just not notice fleas all over you. Not to mention, who else's room did they 'clean' after mine? Did they take FLEAS to the next room with them?

Worst stay ever. From dirty sheets to TV and microwave not working.

$52 plus tax a night, had one spot for a18 wheeler to park. Room was bigger then excpected. So far surprisingly happy.

Estbe there 2 years ago and I liked but nesesito Tel. No. To book.

Not the best place to stay at. We got there a little after 9pm and had to use the window to check in. Also when we checked in they wanted the licence plat number off my car. The next morning the cleaning crew knocked and started to come in around 10am when check out is not untill 11am.
