Very nice Hotel, front desk employee was very nice, and helpful. I love my room, very clean, and modern. It has the coolest lamp on the desk, the bed, and pillows are awesome! I’m a very comfortable, happy guest at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in New Boston Texas. Thank you!

I like it because it is an excellent service and they are always aware of what is offered no matter what it is I highly recommend it.

Honestly, the hotel was really nice. Very modern, nice bed. However, both in the night and again in the morning, the place was exceptionally loud. Like, people screaming in the hallways loud and it went on for over an hour each time. We stayed on the first floor very near the front desk. They definitely heard what I did, but it was apparently ignored. Nice place, but someone needed to deal with rowdy guests.

The hotel service was pleasant, staff very polite and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. However, the pool area was nice but the pool water was murky, had bugs floating on top and on the bottom. Hot tub jets were not working.

Easy access from the highway, newly renovated. The entire location was very nice. It was a pleasant sight to see after a long day on the road. The rooms are also remodeled, nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very pleasant. I would highly recommend.

The hotel was nice for the area. The only thing that bothered us was the janitorial staff cleaning at 8:30 A. M. Right outside our door. Then, again at 9:15. We had a do not disturb sign on our door. The vacuums are loud. The two bed suite was a little pricey but it was the only two bed available. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and maintained. The room was clean and we did feel safe.

Racism at it's finest. These folks called the police on me for trying to check in my hotel with special instructions, after flying in from Los Angeles for my nieces graduation. I prepaid for a room for graduation prior to coming to New Boston. The police were called 3Xs. Terry May you hate black people & that's fine. You will be dealt with on this issue. Not to mention, the general manager Terry May swindled over $1000 out of my sister's account & slickly tried to reverse the charges once corporate was hot on her trail. You'll hear from us trust. On my life! You are a bully!

The property is brand new or newly renovated — either way, it was a really nice and clean stay for my Mom & I after driving all day. Highly recommend!

A Nice friendly. Staff members to check you in. Very clean rooms. Nice soft beds. Breakfast bar. Outdoor pool/ jaquzzi. Fitness room and laundry room for guest to use. Very nice place to rest.

Loved it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the beds were super super comfortable. The only negatives were the breakfast was not great and the coffee was good, but cold sometimes.

The hotel is about 5 years old, but it looks like everything is brand new! Extremely clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and 100% smoke free. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant, even though we checked in at 1 am. We did not hear any noises the whole time we were there. The area seemed safe, and much safer than the other 2 hotels down the street. Breakfast included turkey sausage, pork sausage, egg white omelette, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, and the other usual things like fruit, bagels, etc. I definitely recommend this over the other two options. Worth the price for the location, cleanness, breakfast, and security.

The rooms are lovely and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. The standard continental breakfast here included several hot items like scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon or sausage, and wonderful fresh cinnamon rolls! We really enjoyed our stay.

Brand new Hotel, great amenities such as pool and hot tub, rooms are nice and new. I appreciated the directv with UFCTV.

A very comfortable bed. Clean and courteous. The light switches are a little hard to find and the chaise is uncomfortable.

We take pride in our work here at Holiday inn Express in New Boston Tx. Clean bedsheets and rooms are updated. We are remodeling our hotel it's improving every day. So come on out and take a load off.

Typical holiday inn express experience. Clean no smoking no pets. I have never been let down by one of these places.

Hotel was nice, very clean. Only complaint that the pool was hot, and not hot in a comfortable way. It was like swimming in a giant puddle of piss.

Had to stay here for a weekend last summer and the service was great! The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable!

It's better than all the rest. Rooms are cleaned daily and the bed linens washed every day. Plus they have a awesome breakfast bar. And the employees are very friendly. Peaceful night sleep and lil kids stay free. We have a pool and hot tub and exercise machines so come on out and enjoy your stay at Holiday inn Express newboston Tx.

I am giving it 5 star's because of price and cleanliness, also because of no smoking and no pets. This is a true no smoking, not smoke and mirrors. Sorry pet owners, I'm sure there are other places for you to stay in town. Breakfast could be better. Also, feels safe to stay here. My son said sleeper sofa cold be better, but my king bed was great.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting my daughter. One of my best hotel stays yet and I've stayed in several around the country. Service staff cannot be beat, especially the cute redhead at the front desk.

I visited the Holiday Inn in New Boston to find out about their rooms and ratings for bringing in a few friends to film a movie. The staff was courteous and the hotel in itself was very clean.

This holiday Inn is located conveniently right off the highway, and has great rooms. Very roomy, great price, hbo and direct TV. Also, huge pool (for a hotel) and a hot tub, as well as a great breakfast. Stayed here for a night while visiting family. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would stay again!

I noticed an odd smell as well. And the shower is a little confusing on how to turn it on.

This is hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We travel across the country frequently, and this will definitely be one of main stopping places.
