Clean place, quiet and big rooms at a good price.

Rooms are disgusting. Paint falling off the showers. Dirt on the floors and in the corners. Our room was filthy. Fridge leaked water all over our food (it was frozen) only had 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. Wouldn't give us any more. Son's room smelled like meth had been cooked in the room. 3 days after our departure was charged $50 for sheets, blankets, and pillows. Asked to see pictures or send us the articles we paid for and the lady said your paying the charge and hung up on my wife. Very rude wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Even the cleaning ladies were smoking in the room while they cleaned them gross. Cigarettes are out and nobody likes the smell. stayed here at least 9 times this yr alone and never had such bad service. Looks like I'll be bringing my RV on all future stays.

Clean and great value if you are just looking for rest.

Bed was comfortable and air worked good! When come check out time they were very rude! We had to have a $100 deposit and was told we would get it back at check out! Went to check out and they told me it would be put back on my card! We paid cash for 2 nights! When finally they go check the room I guess it was the manager come back and ask me did y'all smoke in the room and I answered no ma'am! She then said well she said it smelled like smoke and while handing me my money back she said if I go up there and it smells like smoke you will be banned from here! I took my money and said ok! My husband even took out the trash and wiped things down and they were rude! If we go somewhere and no smoking in room we go outside! They acted like I was bothering them but that's our money and didn't do anything wrong! Check ur cameras and see how many times we were outside smoking! I don't like being called a liar! So if u go better make sure they see u outside smoking or they will try to keep ur $100 deposit! One more thing the whole two days we were there I saw no clean the pool! If they want to ban me ban me but I will NOT GO BACK AND BE CALLED A LIAR! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANAGER OR WHATEVER SHE CALLS HERSELF!

They were rude when we checked out! I was told when checked in that I had to have a $100 deposit! We would get it back when checked out! My husband went through and took out trash and wiped things down! When I went up front to check out they act like they didn't want to give back the deposit! Accused us of smoking in room and we didn't then give me my money back but I guess the manager if that's what he wanna call her! She ask me did y'all smoke in the room I said no ma'am and she said well the maid said it smelled like smoke! She gave me my $100 back but told me if she goes up there and it smells like smoke I would be banned! I took my money and said ok! When we go somewhere and it doesn't allow smoking in room we don't! Maybe they should check their cameras and see how many times we were outside smoking!

This was a great spot to rest our heads for the night! The hotel was humble but well designed and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I would stay there again.

No blanket on the bed, toilet not functioning properly, front desk doesn’t answer when you call to report these problems and the manager DOES NOT CARE — she will be rude to you when you report problems and then claim that the front desk phone didn’t ring (I called in 4 separate occasions)

Room 103, supposed to be handicap accessible. I've been a manager of an Hotel before, this is not up to par for handicap. Toilet is too low, it's seat broken. Grip bar beside toilet is pulling from wall. Has a tub which is very hard to get in and out of. I have M. S. The bed has a wood frame around it which I have constantly run into. Bed is too high. I have had great difficulty. I wouldn't recommend to any other disabled person. Sorry don't mean to gripe but I wouldn't do this to another!

For a quick one night stop, they had better rooms than I pictured for an inn and had free breakfast. We were satisfied.

Jacuzzi tub, king size bed, Dominoes salads & wings delivered to the door. Level Pristine on the clean scale.

Great room. Was impressed with what I got for the price. Bathroom floor had a leak under the tile and floor was wet when you put pressure on it. Would have been 5 stars aside from that. Will be staying there again. Great location near restaurants.

I gave it one star, only because beds were comfortable. Room had filthy floors and walls were dirty. Ice machines didn't work. There was some really questionable types of people outside cooking on their own grill, very gruff men. Also tub in bathroom had big pieces broken.

The rooms themselves were nice, but the door to the room had space on the bottem of it so there was a small space that crickets could get in. In total we found 8 crickets, 2 were in between the bed sheet and the bed cover. These were not small crickets either, they made june bugs look small. It was very difficult to fall asleep after that.

Thoroughly enjoyed our jacuzzi room, everything was nice and well stocked. Very friendly staff, breakfast was nice, no huge selection, but plenty to fill you up!

The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. All the rooms seem to have tile floor. I stayed here for 3 weeks 116 is a good room but smells a bit funny. 118 toilet wabbles and is smaller than the other rooms. Bathroom heating is wired in reverse. While all the switches are one way that one is not. 120 is a great room. Electrial plug by the bed was broken and falling off. 110 is a good room.

There pool hasn't had water in it for years. No need to pack a swim suit. The rooms are clean but the cleaning lady throws mop water over the balcony into the parking lot. Watch where you park. Spend the extra money for the nicer places around here.

This place needs some maintenance and staff training. Our room smelled strongly like chemicals. There was a long 4" wide indented patch in the carpet/floor in the middle of the main room, the A/C took 6 hours to cool the room in 80 degree weather, the shower head leaked, there were several cracked tiles in the bathroom, the towels were as soft as rough sandpaper, there is a 4" is uncovered hole in the parking lot that might be for drainage but is great for sparing an ankle. Our family in the next room came in to find the toilet clogged. Instead of fixing it, the staff handed them a plunger wrapped in a Walmart bag.
On the plus side, they accept animals for an additional charge, the shower was hot and strong and the bed was comfortable.

We booked our room 2 months in advance. We booked a king size bed with jacuzzi tub and when we arrived we realized they put us in a regular room. When we called the front desk to let them know they just told us they were sorry and had no jacuzzi rooms available. They also said it was the same price for that room and they wouldn't give us a credit or reimburse us. The room was not very clean. The parking was not that great.

This hotel has very poorly trained staff, if I was to run my business the way the staff runs this hotel, I would not have a business, the front desk staff seem to know nothing about making sure the customer is informed about how making long term reservations works. They cannot seem to get information correct even when a staff member is right in front of them telling them how long they will be staying. I also made a surprise trip out to the job site and ended up staying at the hotel one night, thank goodness it was only one night, that hotel is a dump! Pictures do wonders it seems! My bathtub would not even drain, I am not sure about anyone else, but I sure do not like taking a shower of a morning and standing in water. Very unsatisfied with the stay, I ended up moving my guys to the new Holiday Inn next door, well worth the extra money!

We first got assigned to a room that was already assigned to another guest. Then we got assigned to another room which only one lamp worked. We went to bed aggravated all to wake up with no clean towels to take a shower but the left over dirty ones from the people before us. There were bugs in the shower and in the sink. The person at the front desk had nothing to say. We have called the hotel everyday since leaving trying to contact a manager and we are being avoided. Super unhappy with our lack of care. Never ever would I deal with company again!

To Be honest, we were going to give this place a shot but got to our room and to opened the door… the room was musty, and wasn't even clean. Very disappointed. We got our money back.

Avoid this place at all cost! The rooms smell musty and stale. Air Conditioners are turned off when you arrive (confirmed this in both rooms my party rented). It was 90 degrees when we arrived so it took hours to cool the rooms down. To top it off, the pool was out of order. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Rooms old and dirty … pool is green … Internet did not work and they refused to give money back to go to a different hotel … they have a non caring attitude and said to bad not their fault the Internet didn't work … you would think paying 73 dollars for a room the Internet would work … also-ran the TV was static on all channels … I will never stay here again and will tell everyone I know not to stay here … low class hotel.

Completely noisy. Would have slept better in my vehicle. Would be very skeptical of any reviews above 2 stars — my experience was that awful.

Planned on spending the night but a policeman stopped me in the nik of time to write me a ticket for trying to spend money at a local business, beautiful local police. Actually the ticket was for driving a truck to walmart so I could park it then get a room but noooooo!

Poorest motel I have ever been to, the woman was VERY rude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stopped in trying to book a room for a night while traveling. Check in lady wouldn't let us book for the $50 online rate and wanted to charge us $59. Congrats. You just lost a customer.

I had my doubts after reading the reviews but I stayed for four days and I was very happy I chose ABVI. When ever I travel to Texas I always stay at ABVI.

I have to admit I read the previous reviews and was so scared and expecting the worst. I even brought my own can of Lysol, just in case. However when I checked in the woman at the front desk in the evening was absolutley wonderful, warm and welcoming. I wish I would have gotten her name. When I saw my room I was even happier, it was beautiful, and clean. I pulled back the blankets and sheets to inspect and was amazed at the cleanliness! The breakfast was a free breakfast, waffles, cereral, oatmeal, toast. I found nothing wrong with it at all. I mean it is free after all. I dont know what changed between the previous patrons visit and mine but I was very impressed! I will be staying here from now on when I come to town! And the Wi-Fi was free so not sure what the other patron was referring so unless the hotel saw all the bad reviews and corrected them which deserves props! Great job.
