Nice hotel and in a great location.

This is one of the older HIEX in town. It provides everything that a regular one provides but it doesn't excel at any one thing. It is a perfectly adequate place to sleep. This location is closer to the more entertaining side of Midland but nothing is really that far away anyway. The one off of Crump is newer and nicer.

Good spacious place. Big breakfast area. Meeting rooms pretty spacious.

Cleanliness of the room was good. Complimentary breakfast was solid. One star off for the condition of the workout room, but I made it work. Actually, the lack of equipment lead me to create a great workout that was a refreshing change from my normal routine.

The facility was very nice as were the staff up until they had to deal with a room issue. Around 1am and again at 6am the bed started vibrating and it sounded like a jet turbine was going into overdrive in the room next door. It turns out that the room sharing a wall with the bed was an electrical room. When I called the front desk I was informed that I couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was booked through Hotwire. In the morning when I spoke with the manager, Karie Pena, I asked how she intended to remedy the situation she said there was NOTHING any of the staff could do to help. (No refund, no free night for future stays, nothing). She all but told me to go F myself. I'm writing this review, tired AF, just after leaving this facility. I highly recommend patrons to avoid this place like the plague and hope that for Holiday Inn's sake they hire new management who understand customer service. If you do stay here DO NOT stay in room 336! I'm contacting Holiday Inn corporate directly following this post.

Really upscale beautiful rooms, great breakfast the cinnamon rolls are amazing, AM dining room employees are real nice and well mannered.

Nice & clean rooms. Nice view. Spacious parking lot. Expensive due to location in oil country.

It is a clean, modern, and large hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. I liked it a lot.

Good clean rooms and sheets just have to wait a little for service.

Thisbobe of my favorite locations. Staff is great and rooms are always up to par. Defiantly my home away from home when I travel out for work.

Easy to find. Food within walking distance. Big gym. Pool is outside unfortunately, kind of cold at night.

My stays here have been great. The people are very nice. Breakfast is good and the girl who works there is very nice. She makes the breakfast experience even better.

Good place for travelers, the only thing is that they are very expensive all the hotels in general, they should set a single economic price.

When I come through town I like staying at this great little Inn. Friendly staff and great service.

Nice place. The staff was nice and let us do late checkout as we were going to a funeral and didn’t want to take our stuff with us. The breakfast was not good at all.

If you stay here don’t plan to sleep during the day. The house keepers continuously flip the latch on the door and allow it to slam/bang on it. I’ve asked the front desk people, house keeping staff, and the management and they just will not stop this noise. A simple towel on the floor would solve this problem but… no. I work at night and try to sleep in the day but with the inconciderate employees and management this becomes very difficult. Breakfast is ok but the girl who works there is very nice. She makes the breakfast experience much better.

Room was clean, desk staff was friendly upon arrival (even at 9PM) but the Internet connection was terrible.

A group of rooms were reserved five months in advance, our intermediary verified a week ago that the rooms would be ready as requested before our arrival. We arrive in the early morning after a very long day of driving only to be told that are reservations were not fulfilled in accordance with our request. Management needs to step up thier game and excute orders and schedules accordingly. In this day and age with highly advanced CRM tools the likelihood of error should be very miniscule.

Beds feel like you are sleeping on cement, the sofa bed was more cozy. It was clean and had new carpeting.

Not a bad Hotel comfortable beds decent breakfast what more could you ask for.

Sorry — you reviewers don't know what Holiday Inn service should be. I stay about 100-120 nights a year in a Holiday Inn, so. Anyhow, Edgar was unpleasant, and I have reason to believe he short-changed me a dollar. When I didn't have enough money to finish my laundry before my flight tomorrow, the night crew basically told me I was SOL. Fortunately I did have a dollar in my wallet, but it was clear that they were going to let me go out to the ATM at 3 am if I didn't have that buck. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The pool was cold. There were no towels in the towel rack for the pool. The desk did not seem concerned about a cold outdoor pool and no towels in the towel rack. I went back to my room dripping wet from the hot tub on a 40 degree morning, not pleasant. Told the front desk and they didn't seem too concerned. Two days later as I'm heading out — still no towels in the towel rack. Don't forget to bring a towel if you go to this hotel's pool. They didn't even have gravy for my biscuit. So anyway. For a hotel, this is fine. For a holiday inn, this is some third-rate crap right here, and I won't be back. This is the first time — and hopefully the last that I'll leave a holiday inn and never want to come back to it.

Enjoyed my one night stay. Nice and clean room. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. When asked to change from the 1st floor to other floor when I checked in, the staff did for me. Got a quite night sleep.
