This is a comfortable and convenient hotel about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It's located directly across from a fantastic HEB grocery store, as well as a Sam's Club. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable. There is also a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Midland.

Nice room. Not super fancy, but I think it's a great place to stay in Midland. Very comfortable bed.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days while in Midland. The experience was pretty typical of what to expect from a Courtyard Hotel. The staff was nice and greeted me everytime I came or left the hotel. The staff at the Bistro was also very nice and gave us complimentary coffee and tea on a couple nights. One night while working late at the bar I also noticed they were topping up glasses just before close as a compliment to guest. Overall I would say the staff tried to do what they can to help guest. The big minus about this hotel which is the same for every Courtyard is the lack of free breakfast in the morning. There is breakfast at the Bistro, but when rushing out the door in the morning I would like to grab something warm in be on my way within 5-10 minutes. The location of the hotel isn't too bad considering it's in Midland. There are a couple of restaurants next door and a supermarket within walking distance (less than 5 mins).

The first 3 rooms had water damage from poor design of showers the wallpaper was peeling and looked like mold. The first morning the cleaning people where banging on door trying to get in even though I said no thank you. They where cleaning carpets and trying to force their way in. I had 3 nights here covered by Marriott rewards and on day 2 they tried to charge me 300 and said that I needed to pay now or get out. The "guest services " manager was very short and rude on the phone telling me that I needed to pay or get out now. Even though it's Marriott rewards they should be hounding not me. I called front desk to tell them that I will have answer from Marriott about what happened and the front desk girl told me "well we need to know an answer right now " I think this place is a motel 6 wrapped in marriot's name never have I ever had such distastfull stay at a Marriott. Every dissatisfied and do not recommend anyone here.

In town for work, comfortable hotel with good staff. Rooms are clean and the outdoor pool is great for cooling off in the evening. I don't recommend the bistro but its a good place to stay.

Nice hotel, but won't return as the Wi-Fi was too slow. With excellent signal and paying for premium Wi-Fi, I only got about 3 or 4 mbps. Not acceptable at a business traveler focused hotel.

Nice Hotel. Clean atmosphere and rooms, good amenties and location. Friendly staff, and good lobby areas to work. Would recommend.

I do not recommend this hotel. The bar staff were rude and did not want to be there. We specifically asked about the pool because our kids couldn’t wait to go swimming and were told it was open and the hours, etc. However, when we arrived we were told the pool would not be opened for a few more months. They do not provide a complimentary breakfast. The bedding had small holes in it, and the shower door leaked. The staff overall were rude; however, there was one staff member out of our 4 encounters that was nice. The hotel was clean and included a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. There are several hotels very close, I recommend trying one of them if you need a place to stay.

Clean rooms and freindly service.

Great place out on the edge of town. Restaurant in the parking lot. A good restaurant to. Sam's, and a grocery store right across the street. Great location to get anywhere in Midland you need to go. Also, has an indoor pool which is a nice thing to enjoy On a Winter's Night.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Quiet at night. The Bistro restaurant had a great breakfast.

I loved how they had recently upgraded the building, my stay was comfortable and I had a great value that I had paid will someday return.

Made my stay in Midland very pleasant :) the rooms are very spacious and clean. People at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, it’s near a lot of restaurants and in front of two super markets. Definitely would stay there again!

Nice hotel in a decent location. Friendly staff. Manager's reception with free vino is a nice touch. Typical Courtyard.

Pros — Excellent front desk staff. Impressive lobby. Comfortable bed. Clean. Cons — for executive room unimpressive TV, no complimentary breakfast, little noisy in hallways when doors slam.

Located off loop 250 and Andrews highway, near Sam's club and HEB. Front desk is attentive and service is good. Rooms are clean and modern.

Overpriced rooms. No complimentary breakfast. Price of the room was higher than quoted on the internet. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

Brand new hotel. Guest laundry is free. The rooms are too small to be comfortable and the drains in the bathroom were backed up (despite being a new hotel? ). The biggest downer was the guest gym which is incredibly small/cramped and does not offer any kind of free weight option. As another guest said if you're looking for a hotel bar with comfortable atmosphere this hotel has it but the rooms and workout facility are inadequate.

Never again. If you're looking for a place to get drunk and party, then maybe this place is for you. If you're looking for a place to get a few hours of quality rest, then keep looking.

Stayed in this hotel on a Friday evening with my family. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Staff was great, breakfast buffet great and room very clean. Will absolutely return.

Great place to stay, very friendly, have to say one of my favorite places to stay while I'm out of town for work.
