Decent hotel. Breakfast was not decent at all. And the swimming pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months and the hot tub was not HOT.

Very nice, clean, spacious rooms, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I'll recommend staying here over a lot of the other hotels here in the area. It's a safe area to stay and there's a lot of near by restaurants, and shopping centers.

Hotel staff was friendly and they have very clean rooms. Layout was nice. Never tried any of the amenities. Breakfast was nice. Theres many places near it. Brew st coffee, chilis etc. Not terribly difficult to get to from the highway.

I stayed here a few nights and it was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. This staff Front desk, kitchen, and Management all Fabulous!

Very large and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Lots of trash blown in on the side of the building by the hotel exit/pool entrance.

Still waiting for the manager to call me! she was suppose to call me 2 days ago, had green water in the faucet and a very loud noise all night from what I assume was something wrong in the pipes!

The hotel itself is nice and the room is clean and large. The breakfast is very nice with lots of choices. The one major drawback is the price. It is very, very expensive to stay here. I am told it is the area and based on my research I believe it. Overall not a good value but a nice hotel.

Enjoying the room. The bed is really really comfortable and love that there is a hide a bed which my 4 year old is sleeping on. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wish the fridge were a tad colder and had a freezer section but otherwise alls well!

I have stayed there several times. This place needs a good cleaning and a little more attention to maintenance. Bed was clean and quite.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. What else do you want in a place to sleep? Also up to date, double room had usb chargers, reading lamps, ac heat controls. Not bad for 80 bucks.

Stayed at the Midland location off of Garfield. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was well stocked. But there was mold in the shower.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. It's a great place for the price. Hotel is really out dated and the carpet is probably from the 80s, but the staff is absolutely amazing. We arrived around 1am, and were very cordially welcomed. The house keeping staff was very helpful, and everything looked nice and clean. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not working. Was kind of looking forward to using it, but no biggie. Breakfast was great, plenty of it too. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

It was ok, but it was busted. Door handles missing, shower knobs installed incorrectly. It was ight, but the bed was off the MF'in chain!

Had a breif meeting here and was surprised at how nice the interior of this hotel is. I would not hesitate to stay here.

GM sucks, was overcharged and she said she wouldn't change it. She finally did but after a fight that should have not transpired. Other than her the place was great.

I can't believe how great this room is and for the price even more surprising. We have a nice bedroom with a living room. It's clean, quiet, the AC works and can't find one thing that isn't perfect.

Located in a nice area… The room was clean and well maintained… The breakfast was awesome… nice place to stay… the Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful… can't beat Choice Hotels…!

I called for two nights, sunday and monday. Price for first night is 89, price for second night 169. This is price gouging and is against the law. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, room was clean and roomy. Staff were extremely nice.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating. I needed some extra items and they were more than happy to help me. I will defiantly stay here again the next time I come through Midland.

Excellent staff, I made a mistake on my reservation, but the front desk took care of me. Otherwise, this is a $75 room for $170, but this is Midland, where rooms are hard to come by and you always pay too much. Walmart saves the day, 1 block away, get some roasted chicken, salad and a bottle of wine to recoup some cost and dine in room. Not as good as H. I. Express, but better than most in this petroleum fueled town.

Located in an area with a lot to do, food and entertainmet both, this hotel's staff has gone out of the way to assist me durring my visit.

I just called about booking a room at the hotel. The lady on the phone kept talking over me and cutting me off. Finally, she just hung up on me. I will never book rooms at this hotel.
