Exactly what we expected for the price paid, except the owner's sob was running up and down the hallway, kinda noisy. Not a major issue, but a little annoying…

Clean nice place. A little reluctant to rent to certain people because of people being disrespectful since the storm.

Disgusting! I should have just slept in my car. Over priced dump! Staff are not nice people. Don't even stay there if you are desperate! Please do yourself a favor and go across the street. They are much nicer. Doesnt even deserve a whole star.

Pleasent staff. Wi-Fi connection outstanding. Housekeeping very helpful. I didn't give them 5 stars because breakfast could have a better variety.

Excellent staff and pretty awesome rooms the only reason why I wouldn't give it an even 5 stars is because the walls seem a little thin and could hear running in the next room till 2 am but the room was clean the staff was very friendly and seemed to care about their guest I will definitely be staying here again.

Quiet place for the night. Two issues. One, they post the "rules" all over the lobby and front door. Not very inviting. And two, the room smelled very musty.

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was significantly higher than expected for 2 start hotel, so I won't be back. The bed was comfortable, and the ice was good.

Was clean, had a nice fridge and a microwave oven but the staff is not so good, the maid forgets to clean your room and the front desk attendant is short, quick and not so helpful. For the cost Is would say no.

Went in to speak with manager, lobby was nice and clean. There was a man cleaning the pool when I came by as well.

Horrible! Seriously. Bad staff and a dirty room. Rough towels and sheets smell. Check out was at 11 am and they continued to call every 15 minutes the last hour to tell me how much time I had before check out. I will never stay here again. Make the drive to the super 8 for a much better stay and a better rate.

Clean, affordable, in the middle of all the lumberton action. Really nice staff, close to wal mart. In a two hotel town, moat hotels dont try as much as this one does to be courtious to its guests. Will stay again.

Always stay here when we come in town to visit family. Clean hotel, good beds. Easy to get in and out of.

Was out of town attending a funeral. Hotel was nowhere near capacity. Asked for a late checkout and was denied. Manager was a complete a — hole.

We asked for a smoking room and after a few min looking at us they said all rooms taken. When we asked for a nonsmoking room they would let us because they said we will smoke in it.

Decently clean rooms, though not very fragrant as I'm used to with most rooms. Breakfast in the morning was a bit lacking as well. Overall a very pleasant lodging though.

Office personal was rude. Not helpful. Rooms are advertised at a cheaper rate to get you in the door. The owner will switch rate when you walk in. Owner does not like when you reserve room thru places like priceline or travelocity. Hotel chain should be more careful who they let represent the company.

Is an ok place to crash but kids were disappointed because we called and asked if the pool was open and they said yes &it doesnt close so when we got there they said pool was closed. We found a dirty wash cloth hanging in the bath room wich was nasty the coffee had no flavor whatsoever the pillows were lumpy.

The rooms are nice. There are no smells. I seen other people staying there with their children. The rooms are extremely clean. No loud noises durning the night. We sleep well. Staff was very helpful. Extra supplies were given when asked for. The inn was easy to find.
