This piece of crap place don't even deserve 1 star. We were charged WAY higher than what the price was online and when we walked into the building it was very hot. There is no elevators so we had to climb stairs and then our rooms were hot also. No ac it just blew hot. The refrigerator was broke in one room and no lamps in either room. When we asked for a refund he tried everything to get us to change rooms and I refused so he refunded the money and then called us after we left saying we was being charged for 1 room because it was dirty… Which was bull crap. DO NOT STAY HERE! The low life's at the desk are rude and scammers. There was also other people leaving and wanting refunds due to the same issues. Def pay a bit more for something else because it's not worth a penny a night much less what they charge.

Great hotel the ppls there are real kind.

Stayed here two nights. The rooms are on the old side. We had four people in our room and they consistantly only provided two towels. The staff was okay.

Okay for the price it's great. You get what you pay for right? My husbands job paid for the room for us. I was expecting a little more out of it. At least a noteworthy breakfast. Which it was not. Packaged food, crappy WEAK coffee, the TV remote doesn't operate TV. Was hoping there was a pool but nope, not even that. Don't stay here if you can avoid it. There is an extremely nice hotel right down the way with an indoor pool with way better ratings.

Not the best place to stay the night, I had higher expectations from this location for the price I paid. I compared prices to other locations in the area for a few days but I should have done more research on this place. I paid $70 a night for 2 nights to be able to be with my significant other who works in Lufkin which is about 5 hours away from home. I paid well over $150 to stay in a room that should have been smoke free, well it smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns on the sheets. I thought a good nights rest was well deserved after I had driven 5 hours to this location but the restroom toilet was broken so the toilet was constantly flushing all day and night. We requested a wake up call for 4 am but our sleep was rudely interrupted at midnight since they didn't pay attention to the time we requested for our wake up call, if it wasn't for our phones being on we wouldn't have been woken up like requested for backup. I should have known from the start, I wasn't greeted with a kind welcome when I first arrived, instead I was told I needed to wait an extra hour for check in since online website told me check in was at 1 pm but since the room wasn't ready I had to leave and go back at 2 pm. HUGE inconvenience when you drive for so long. I booked the room for 2 adults and was given 3 small pillows, I requested another pillow to be provided and was refused, I have been at other locations and they have never refused me a pillow.

If possible I would rate this place a negative. Walked into our room no smoke detector on the ceiling. Just loose wires. I found the detector in the drawer. We had two old microwaves. They were plugged into a multi outlet. Not that is fire safe either. The two chair were so gross. And one was broken. The carpet was gross and dirty. The blankets are old a gross. And the worst pillows. We had a broken toilet that finally repaired the following day. So we had to turn it off and on. To use the toilet. The restroom was dirty. The first morning when for breakfast downstairs. Your food choices honey buns, danish, toast or oatmeal and they had a tote of muffins. I chose none of the above. And if you wanted to eat something you would need to remove ants from the packages. Ants all over the counter tops. So please think twice before staying on this place. Bonus hallways smell of pot smoking. Place is a fire danger!

No pets,?, looked up for pet friendly motels, arrived, no pet's.

Goggle sucks, they have this place as pet friendly. No pets here, Google you guys suck.

Excellent customer service very pleased, room was clean bed comfortable. Vert pleased with the accommodations. Continental breakfast could have had a little bit more of a variety of choices but I was satisfied. Thanks for making my stay great.

The customer service is an issue at this hotel. The rooms are decent and reasonably priced though.

The motel room was dirty and they don't serve breakfast.

Was visiting family and they said my Brother couldnt come in. Horribly horrible.

It was horrible, table legs were broken with the table top practically just sitting on the top of them. The lamp plug wouldn't stay in the wall, the dresser handles were hanging off. The door wouldn't stay shut unless I used the deadbolt, concerning considering I had two young children. The only plus was a comfy bed. I will not stay here again.

Terrible hotel to stay in. We had a double queen with a pull out couch and they didn’t even have extra blankets for the pullout couch. The hotel hallways smelled of marijuana and terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

I came in for my friends birthday dinner and reserved a room here. I use to live in this town and a high school and college graduate from here.
I did not get the room I requested online, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, the room was extremely hot, and the walls were thin. I heard every door slam throughout the night. I used this hotel due to location and easy exit toward Houston. I don't believe it's worth the money.
I'll drive home next time or pick Motel6!

Room 108 has roches, the room was hot when we went in because the ac was not running, also the hallway was hot. We like the front desk attendant she was nice.

Big rooms clean and comfortable. Couldn't believe how low the price was. Not a high end place but surprisingly nice for the price. Very close to Wal-Mart and several restaurants. Great find during a break down.

I don't even know where to start so let me just jump in head first. Trivago has the wrong information listed about this hotel it says that guest will enjoy swimming in the indoor pool but there is no pool. The upstairs hallway was hotter than hell neither a/c was turned on. The carpet in the room felt sticky. The chair and table are both broken and both chairs were stained so bad that I was a bit scared to even sit in them. The fridge has mildew in it. The pull out couch is filthy there were clothing tags in it when we pulled it out. There was one package of shampoo and two bars of soap that wouldn't lather. The bath tub needed a sandblaster taken to it to get the funk out of it. Pillows like bricks and the Continental breakfast consisted of packaged Danish, honey buns, oatmeal, juice and coffee. I would never stay here again.

Plugs wont hold chargers. Door sticks. Light bulbs in bath fixture were different colors. Had to get a new key after nite, 1 of a 5 nite stay. Remote doesnt operate TV volume which resets to zero when turned off. Bed is hard. Pillows flimsy. Etc. Etc.

On Mother'a Day weekend 5/13-14 I made reservations. I was told check in was at 2pm but arrived at 3pm & paid for room, the room wasn't even ready! The entrance keys wouldn't work! Every time I tried to enter someone had to let me in! The key card wouldn't give me entrance to my room. I received all kind of excuses except THE TRUTH! I requested to speak with the owner & he was to coward to come out he sent his wife! The entire building upstairs smelled like weed & cigarette smoke. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to stay in that dump! The sad part is people are spending their hard earned money to stay in an nice operating, clean, establishment but you receive the total opposite WITH NO REMORSE from the owners! Which by the way are cowards & very rude! I repeat Do Not stay here!

It was sort of clean… sheets had cigarette burns and I was in non-smoking. The wash cloth was stained. The staff was friendly and helpful. If it's all thats available it's ok to stay.

Horrible customer service. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and the cleanliness was non-existent. I will never stay at another Texas Inn. Ever.

This hotel is cheap and very unprofessional. They have signs in the lobby that say fax & copy service, however they failed to mention it's. 50 a page. We were told we were making to many copies and that was the first copies I attempted to make from this hotel. My organization chose to stay at this hotel because they stated fax an copy services. The breakfast is horrible, not at all what was advertised. The first night we stayed the rooms were not serviced. Just overall a horrible experience, not to mention the management is very unprofessional and rude. We would be better off paying and additional $10 and staying 1/4 mile down the street at a hampton inn, holiday inn express, comfort suites, and quality suites. I do not recommend this hotel!
