TV sucked… girl at front desk unprofessional… over priced room. Pool not in service. Charge for breakfast. Never again…

Two Bath Towels Per Person Would Be Great.

Your night clerk made our Christmas magical this year. This crazy old woman (me) approaches her and asked her to sign a few notes as Santa. She never batted an eye. Now, I feel ready for morning. Thank you, sweet girl!

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and both bed were very hard and uncomfortable. We slept maybe 3 hours due to beds being so bad. I was very disappointed and will not stay again. For the price I felt like the beds should been great but they were not so basically we paid $154.00 for a shower.

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Room was great. Shower pressure was awesome.

Very recently remodeled. Maybe the nicest courtyard I've stayed in, actually, it's nicer then some of the full marriott properties I've stayed at. The room I'm in has a full size jacuzzi tub, and all new cabinets, flooring, the works. I was having an issue with a really annoying audible hum from the ceiling, and the hotel staff got it corrected immediately. Thank you!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They bent over backwards to make sure our entire family was taken care of. I do need to say that the safety pole in the hot tub is very loose. I did fall due to the issue but was not hurt. It could have been so much worse.

Wonderful customer service, the staff is awesome they sang with my kids and were super friendly. I definitely would recommend and will most definitely be back. We told them we were coming for the indoor pool (it was clean and nice) and they put us right by it. Love these people.

Got a spa room. Big room but only an easy chair and an office chair. Not very good seating arrangement. Plenty of room for a couch which would make this room much more comfortable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. At first it looked nice but after an hour of being in the room we noticed a Roach on the wall. Then my friend started going through her stuff and there was a Roach in there as well. So we called the front desk and a young kid came in to kill them but he was vulgar and kept on cussing. Yes, the hotel employee was cussing every other word in front of two customers. And if it couldn't get any worse, I walk out of the bathroom to finally get into bed and then I notice a huge Roach just sitting on my bed! I called the front desk and the only thing they did was change the sheets. No rooms were available for us to move into. I have work early in the morning that I won't be prepared for because it very hard to sleep in a roach infested room/hotel.

Staff was very friendly and room was spotless. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place in Lufkin!

Stayed here a few weekends ago with my cousins for a girl's weekend. Very impressed with the facilities. The pool is heated and in doors, AND THERES A SHOWER WITH SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND BODY WASH IN THE POOL AREA so you aren't gross going back to your room. The breakfast was great, not what I'm used to, but it was lovely. All in all, would DEFINITELY spend another night there.

Hotel itself is great, surroundings are nothing to write home about. Location is a little hard to get in and out of, if you are headed north into town.

The room was very clean, and the staff very friendly. The hotel is close to all the shopping areas and restaurants… I will be returing again next time I am in lufkin.

Check in and out was smooth. Room was clean and well decorated. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine are smaller than the standard size.

The staff here is great. I have not met anyone that was not friendly and professional. My stay was extended for work. I spent over a week and would recommend to my friends.

Always stay here in Lufkin. Quiet and courteous and Friendly staff. Always super clean & Thanks for that awesome fire pit. It warmed my hands and Heart and I met great new friebds. Not to mention I needed somewhere to smoke and not freeze to death. Thanks again.

Rm 228 has a seriously jacked up mattress. Literally worst I've ever slept on. It was like sleeping on plywood with tractor springs. I literally slept on the couch instead. Also walked in on roaches in the bathroom. Staff was friendly though. Kitchen closed for renovation. Lobby looks great… Probably should have slept down there.

My stay here was overall great! However, a great experience turns bad when you encounter one employee with an unpleasant attitude. After traveling for 10 hours and training for 3 hours, I was exhausted and in need of a drink. I approached the bar located in the lobby and was met by a lady that seemed as if she wanted to be anywhere but at work. Like with any bar, I asked what she suggested as a just cocktail from their speciality menu and was told I don't know what you like and hold on. She walks off to the back and I continue browsing the menu. Once she returns I give my drink order. Instantly, I was informed that their was no mix for that drink and the bar was closing soon for construction so she didn't have a lot of mixes. When asked what could she make again I was given a response oozing with attitude about how she doesn't know what I like to drink. At this point, my exhaustion level is maxed out so I say nevermind and walk away. This may seem like no big issue for most but for a person that travels often for business and stays with Marriott often, I think anything less than exceptional customer service is bad. Hopefully management uses this review as a training/coaching scenario. In the hospitality industry the customer's comfort and overall experience is top priority unfortunately on 11-6-17, the lady working the bar in the evening was not aware of such.

Comfortable bed, choice of pillows, great water pressure, very nice "office" center. Inviting outdoor seating with fire pit. Indoor pool rather small. Whirlpool okay… better than none.

Not the best at getting your requests for extra pillows or blankets etc to your room when you make a reservation through the central line. They need more than one person at the desk at night, especially weekends. Not somewhere I'd go on my honeymoon, but probably the nicest hotel in Lufkin, TX They need to greet their members with a little more class. If you want to keep people loyal to your brand, you should express that you appreciate them.

Clean and plesant hotel, great staff. Unfortunately jets in hot tub were not working. And still managing roof leak problems on 1st floor.

Very clean, staff is very friendly and professional. We have been most pleased with this location. I would definitely recommend this place. They suffered minor damage from Hurricane Harvey and still managed to keep the Hotel in tiptop shape! Thankful for their hospitality!

Really nice place from the outside and inside. Modern, clean and very friendly staff. Not a great location with only one entrance that is on a one way frontage road. Does have good stuff close, at least, even if it takes 10 minutes to get back to the hotel that is 50 feet back up the road.

The rooms looked amazing. They offered everything u could want and more. Everything seemed newly renovated and clean. The door was great and the hospitality was great. They treated you better than just a guest.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The suite we stayed in had a king size bed in the room. The living room area was very large but only had a love seat size couch that folded out into a twin bed. Could only sleep 3 people in a very large suite. Mattress on the bed was quite hard and hurt my back. There was an indoor pool with hot tub that my family enjoyed.

The staff was great! Love that they have an indoor pool and hot tub and serve Starbucks coffee! The room was awesome! We had a great stay!

I love how this Hotel holds so many events for the people to come and be locally involved with one another. This place is very comfortable, and makes it feel like your right at home and never left. And the lobby always smells so outstanding! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! If I were to stay anywhere in town… this would be my first pick!

Some times when I visit Lufkin, since I am a Marriott Reward member, I stay at the Courtyard Marriott and have been extremely pleased with my accommodations! Love It.

This was a far more pleasant stay, than I expected! The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was a great way to wear out the kids before bed (the hot tub was not working, signs were posted), and the halls were quiet throughout the night. I paid to have breakfast included in our rate, and it was well worth it! Breakfast was made fresh, and a great way to start our day! Staff was very friendly, and wonderful with my small children — we'll be staying there for each visit to the area!

The hotel is fairly new as of right now and is styled beautifully. The location is convenient as far as how close you are to everything, but it is isolated and only has one entrance that you can only get to from one direction. In my opinion, this is a good thing as the walmart shoppers can't drive through the parking lot. It makes me feel better about leaving my car in their parking lot. The parking lot is also well lit. The hot tub was fantastic. And the lobby has plenty of sitting areas and is very accommodating for hanging out with coworkers. Overall, it makes for a great stay, but it's a little inconvenient to get to the driveway.
