Review of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Longview North, an IHG Hotel 3*

This is absolutely the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at! They have remodeled every room since I have been staying here. All new furniture, updated decor, no ugly bed spread, nor common hotel carpet. I stay here for work. Sunday night through Thursday and have for almost 7 month now! I know every one of the staff members by name! The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful, fast, nice, professional, and attentive. You can set up with their rewards points and get free night stays with all their chain hotels. This is how I had my weekend fun! My 2 year old son traveled with me and it's hard on a 2 year old without his playroom so he got fussy sometimes, they alllllllways let me have the room I chose on the second floor which was secluded so he didn't disturb the other guests. The rooms are very large along with the bathrooms, there were times that I had a room with a couch and still had plenty of room. Never had an issue with AC units or anything. Their coffee is AMAZING (wolfpack). Another employee and the doctor we work for also stay here and have wonderful experience as well! Rooms are ALWAYS clean, they clean everyday and replace towels and bedding if you leave a sign on the bed. They have a verity of things to chose from for breakfast from 6AM to 9AM. Which includes a juice machine, a cappuccino machine, eggs, sausage, biscuit, sausage grave, cereals, muffins, toast, oatmeal and a few other things. Also, once a week I believe they have complementary beer and wine. (I was never off in time to enjoy, plus I had my son). Everyday until 6 or so they also have complementary nacho bar EVERYDAY that is DELICIOUS! I am hooked on WINGATE hotels now! I appreciate this hotel and its staff. The manager Josh has done a wonderful job hiring and training these amazing ladies to meet guest expectations. Staying here so often and with my son you can imagine that I left a few things behind once or twice and all I had to do was call and it was there when I checked back in for the following week. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub with a Sona that is wonderful! I hope you enjoy your stay if you chose to when coming to Longview. -Alexx McNertney.
