All service service hygienic cleaning and very nice, thank you for your service, greetings with love love and respect of Rabindranath Namasté.

Bed sheets are filthy. Front desk lady came with housekeeper with new sheets ask me if she wanted me to leave the sheets here for me to change them. The pool is filthy but next door Hampton Inn their pool is nice and clean so you get to watch their guess go swimming. I've been in the hotel business a long time you never ask a guest to change their own sheets.

Simple, yet comfortable and clean.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. Housekeeping does a good job with the rooms.

The hotel was in wonderful shape Common Grounds were well taken care of in the rooms were excellent. However I was not informed on a Labor Day weekend that I was going to have a reservation hold charge. That hold charge ended up being charge to my credit card along with the first nights rent. Without getting into a long story the front desk Personnel were pitiful. They did nothing to explain to me why my credit card was being charged these fees in advance of me checking in, as well as why was being charged the first days rent before I checked out. They ended up charging me for the hold charge, first days rent and upon checking out day charge me for the entire 2 day stay. Take 72 to 96 hours to get your credit for your reservation hold charge, it also took me 2 days to get a hold of someone to reimburse me for the overcharged on my room rental. Breakfast eggs were powdered, not very good. The biscuits and other stuff will great. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the front desk Personnel did not do a very good job at all in following customer service protocol.

Customer service was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It's clean, quiet and everything works in the room so not a bad deal for the price. The air conditioner will freeze you out!

Late checkout is at 12 and the jucuzzi was small in the room. Not worth the money-

BEDBUGS! Reported to front clerk, she simply apologized and said she'll inform management. Doesn't help the fact I was bitten all over my body. Actually found one crawling on pillow when I woke up. Place in a clear plastic bag with a note for housekeeping! Something need to be done. Hate for anyone to be bitten like I was. Swollen and itching. Never experienced anything like it.

Fairly clean rooms however, they are dated. Housekeeping staff was attentive and friendly. The check in process was smooth and I was allowed to change to a different room. However, I was charged twice for my stay and the process to rectify the situation is still on going…

Best place to stay in Lindale but there's no big rig parking also they have smoking and non smoking rooms very good service.

The price, cleanliness, and the service at the Best Western was top notch which make it a 5 star in my book. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Lindale, Texas area.

Our room 202 that we stayed in on 6/1 had bed bugs! I’ve tried to get ahold of the manager to credit my room charge for the night and have yet to receive a call back. This has been a major hassle causing problems with our luggage and clothes being contaminated with bugs. I’m escalating to corporate Best Western to get a refund. We have documented proof of the bugs. Do not stay here.

It smelled (stunk) strongly of cleaning fluids. The A/C was broken, not able to adjust temp so it was stuck on at 65 degrees. The shower was stuck on hot for hubby, then I stepped in and it went cold. The tall lamp was broken, numerous plugs were dead. For the price it sucked. The Indian owners do not care, they just want money and subsidies and tax reductions from America while overcharging seniors for underquality rooms.

A good enough motel at a decent price. I stay there consistently when I am in the area (fairly close to my family when I visit), and have recommended to my out-of-town family members that they stay there. Has always been quiet when I've stayed there — — usually lots of work crew people swoop in the early evening hours, with pickup trucks, possibly are staying there on a contract basis. But they are all gone by the morning hours. No problems. Hardly noticeable. Nice breakfast. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Okay, serviceable, rooms, with comfortable beds. Bring an extension cord if you want to plug in your phone near your bed. Several of the rooms I've stayed in don't have a convenient place to plug in electronics on the table by the bed, resulting in sometimes having to resort to finding an available wall socket hidden by a bed, hopefully not requiring you to unplug something (like the clock radio or the lamps) to free up a socket. That's annoying, but not a deal breaker. Maybe on the next room redo they could add bedside lamps with electrical sockets. Due to my generous cell phone data plan, I haven't used the Wi-Fi, so I can't comment on that. I don't have any reason to stay anywhere else the next time I visit the area.

Nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants, and clerk was very friendly and helpful.

This BW is old and overpriced. It needs renovation to bring it up the the standards of other Best Westerns. I will avoid it next trip.

Clean quiet comfortable. The breakfast is not so good but IHOP is across the street.

Not very happy when I checked in after midnight pulled back the blankets and saw a bed bug running across the bed. They where nice about it and moved me. Couldn't really get any good sleep after that. Imaginary bugs.

Nice motel very clean & spacious got in late night front desk person was very nice. Room was $80 at 3 in morning but they did give us a late check out… Room was big, pillows & bed were comfy & actually king size, linens were clean as was blanket. Bathroom standard but nice, mini fridge & microwave over all a good nights rest at a nice place.

Cute, clean and had everything I needed from my morning coffee to a refrigerator. Super comfy bed — I slept great! And love having breakfast right there.

This is a OK old school motor lodge in a easy location… this road is very loud but the room was small and clean… it was priced right… I'd try again for this money but make sure a road construction company is not there cause they start banging and slamming doors at 5am and ALL smoke like freight trains on the balcony…

Very clean room, very nice staff. Had to put a bath towel at bottom of entry door as there was an 1 1/2 in. Gap at bottom (cold air and light) otherwise very good for the price.

Very clean & nice place. Parking was a lil tight but I would definitely stay again. Plus the Young lady at the desk was very nice & well manored…

Older property with musty smell and lots of dust in carpeting. Shower for handicapped did not work well at all. Breakfast not kept well stocked, so had to wait for food.

This hotel is very well kept and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good too!

The rooms were simply "okay". No trash bags in the can. And the showerhead just kind of sprayed wherever. Breakfast is only til 9, but apparently if you come in at 8, there's nothing hot left either. So good luck with that.

Decent stopping place. I had a little trouble locating their driveway after dark and missed the turn the first time. It was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. I'll probably stop there should I need a stopping place in east Texas again.

Good breakfast clean room but just not enough and properly placed electrical outlets. Good Wi-Fi.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, location was convenient, breakfast was okay. Cons: The trash cans in the lobby (two cans) and around the premises needed to be emptied in a more timely manner as they had been overfilled since before my arrival. The breakfast bar was in need of refilling, since there were no biscuits for the gravy, no milk for cereal, no whipped topping for waffles, and almost completely out of eggs. A competitor's hotel I stayed at previously refilled their breakfast items before they ran out and made sure their guests knew there were replacements coming. It's great that the staff was able to take a break and eat, but they also saw that food and drinks needed to be replaced, but ignored it. They also blatantly ignored the overfilled trash cans, as they added too them even after they were overfilled. It was so bad that as soon as I attempted to put my trash into one of the trash cans it immediately fell out and I had to clean it since the staff disappeared into the office behind the desk.

Quiet, despite being next to golden arches drive through. Comfortable beds. Lots of big fluffy pillows. Shower was fabulous! Courteous staff. Decent breakfast. The following issues were not enough for us to change rooms. 1. Room smelled like cleaner and we could not turn on an exhaust fan because the controls on the window unit did not work and we didn't see that the controls were on the opposite wall until we left in the morning. 2. The microwave was a micro/fridge combination. The fridge was plugged into the wall. The microwave was plugged into the wall (they are supposed to be plugged together so that they are never on at the same time. It's to save energy. ) And the coffee pot was plugged into the microwave. When we wanted to heat our pizza and pressed start, the microwave sparked and shut off! Even though the coffee pot was off! We unplugged the coffee pot and the microwave worked. The night clerk brought us a new microwave but we didn't need it after all.

The location was conveniently next to many good restaurants. The working staff were very friendly.

The staff is amazing! Teran, Wendy, Liz and Diann are great to be around, they make you feel like family.

Visited Tyler State Park for a reunion. Stayed here for two nights. The service was pretty good. There wasn't enough room during breakfast so everyone was really cramped. Other than that the service has been alright.

Food taste like rubber management are assholes guy from the front deal just walked in to my room that's just a few reasons for the one star.

Very nice, spacious room with mini fridge and microwave. Very comfortable king bed with fluffy pillows. Very clean room right off of highway 20 and main street. Room has a wall thermostat to control room temperature rather than just the knobs on a wall unit. Much better temperature control. Would definitely recommend.

Best shower I've ever had in a hotel, and I've stayed in pricey ones before!

Great place to stay and get a good night sleep but no truck parking. Had to park at the truck stop and walk across a very busy highway.

Very nicely run clean, comfortable reasonably priced hotel that has flat screens, coffee makers, microwaves, refrigerators breakfast with eggs and sausage plus the usual continental items. Definitely recommend you spend your money here if good value is what you are going for.

Great service and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Very nice room but noise kept me awake most of the night. Think the door was made out of paper. No laundry was the deal breaker for me as well. Other than that was a nice place.

I really don't know why anyone would have reason to complain. Best Western is a Hotel, not a resort, and as such does deliver good clean rooms that have been updated recently. This isn't a bad place to stay at all considering the price.

I called to ask about a party room. I was referred to them by another hotel when asking around for a party room. I did tell the girl on the phone I was looking for a party room, NOT a meeting room. She told me they have a meeting room, so I asked if they were allowed to have parties in there. I dont want to disturb guests if that is the case. She put me "on hold" to ask her manager (she just set the phone down). The manager, obviously not knowing I could hear her, said "um, no. Just tell her its out of order or something". I dont appreciate be treated like this for asking about using their hotel. They should treat future customers with more respect than that. And oh yeah, don't be a dumba** and tell your front desk girl to lie to me if I CAN HEAR YOU OVER THE PHONE.
