One of the best hotels I've stayed at in long time. It was very clean. Breakfast and coffee were amazing! Ms Cheryl was one of the sweetest ladies. She was very attentive and good with the kids. I will come back here when I come to town. Keep up the good work guys!

Food was amazing! I got a burger and it was amazing. Service was fantastic all in all it was a wonderful experience. I was there for a work luncheon. There were a lot of women who attended with wedges or high heels. The carpet was so sticky that our shoes were getting stuck. Literally your shoe would be stuck and you would take a step and trip cause your foot would come out of the shoe. For such a nice fancy hotel… Really the nicest in town you would think they would replace the carpet. It is a hazard as I literally had to catch myself on to the table cause I almost fell.

Hotel is very nice. Accommodations were good. Nice pool and breakfast area. The attached restaurant serves wonderful food. I’m giving it four stars because of noise. Not so much that it ruins your stay but it’s located on a very busy intersection at night. Over all a great hotel.

The room was a little pricey BUT the service and food made it worthwhile. We went down there to visit my grandson at Fort hood who was here from Fort Carson doing some special training, we left a laptop computer belonging to my great-granddaughter and when we called they had found it and we got it very fast thank you… the fort hood shooting memorial was very emotional for me being a veteran it does show you how much the people of Killeen appreciate their military being there. Again thank you.

You get free drink coupons here. Also you can get your drinks to go and take them to your room or the pool side. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The restaurant was completely dead when we were there so of course we had great service and the food was hot and delicious.

Bottom line up front: this place is not worth the $124 per night. Pros: the halls, shower tub, room, and sink are clean. There's a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and a safe. There is adequate parking on the premises, a swimming pool, and a restaurant with lounge. The staff seem friendly and willing to help. Cons: some of the amenities are not as advertised. The TV is a CRT, the fitness center is badly in need of an update, the shower cleaned but the toilet doesn't seem to have been cleaned for a while. I like that they change some of the breakfast menu, but the offerings could be better. I keep my room clean so I don't know if they change the sheets, but the bed is made. I travel frequently for work so I've visited a lot of hotels that offer more for less than what Shilo costs.

Got to the hotel and my room had been cancelled. It had been a really long day, short overnight and leaving in a few hours so I wasnt too thrilled not having a room (it was probably not their fault though in fairness). The lady at the front desk was super apologetic and was quick to get the situation fixed. I was finally headed to my room when my coworkers were already down at breakfast. I got situated and came down to eat. The breakfast is really good for being a typical hotel breakfast. The lady at the coffee counter was really friendly, asking if my room situation got fixed. I had to go to the store so was happy they had a shuttle service. Again… Everyone I came across there was really nice! A special thanks to the girl at the front desk though for going above and beyond for me! The room was comfortable and clean as well. 4 stars though because of the gym. I'm on the road 2/3 of the month so having a good/decent gym is really important.

Great place to stay. Rooms are affordable. Beds are pretty hot or miss which is the only reason I give 4 stars. Ask if you can see your room (to try the bed lol) before agreeing to it.

Great hotel. Everytime I visit Killeen, I try to and stay at this hotel. Really love the large rooms and full kitchen. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is not like any other hotel breakfast I have ever had. The only issue I had on this particular stay was that the shower did not drain well and would fill the tub while I showered. I had to stop (turn the water off) during my shower to avoid completely filling the tub. Despite this, I would surely recommend you stay here when visiting Killeen. It's only a few miles off the highway and really close to dining/entertainment.

I had an exquisite stay at the Shilo Inn. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and room service was efficient and friendly. I recommend this hotel if staying in Killeen, especially if you’re looking at an extended stay.

Most awesome hotel! One of the best I've stayed in. The room was large, with full kitchen, clean, and comfortable. Staff A+. Breakfast was good, waffles in the shape of Texas! Only thing I didn't like was the TV. It was an OLD TV, with standard channels. An upgrade there would be great.

The amenities are great. Staff is warm and welcoming, very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and provide everything I need while away from home.

Location is great! Clean! Friendly employees! The pool was a little chilly, but otherwise nice. The breakfast was lacking. I've definitely had better, but not a deal breaker. We will definitely be staying there again.

Wish I could give it a ten star. My family came in from Louisiana and we all had a great stay. Everything was up to standards. Great breakfast and great service from all staff. Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were nice and clean, and they were prompt whenever we asked for extra towels or blankets sent to our room. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Remote didn't work, not sure what their housekeeping situation is, but they seem to be more reactive to problems than proactive. Pics are of the room when we checked in. Knob missing on TV cabinet/dresser, a utensil in the food disposal, purple sticky substance in the fridge door, bathroom vent was dirty, mold on the shower bar and so much water build up on the shower head that I almost questioned even using it. (Pro tip: put the showerhead in white vinegar for a half hour and scrub with a toothbrush, it'll be as good as new. ) The roof above the pool looked like it was falling apart. Other than the above mentioned, it was a good stay. Didn't use our breakfast or drink coupons. Common areas were clean and staff was friendly.

This is my go-to hotel when I am in Killeen. Great rate and great, quiet rooms. It's also right next door to the convention center. Would recommend anyone visiting to give them a shot.

The Shilo Inn Suites Hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you need a longer stay than just over night. Our room had a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher and oven! They even provided some pots and silverware. They have a pool and gym however my husband did not like the equipment in the gym. It was old equipment. Overall, the hotel is very accommodating and the staff is very nice. We will stay here again in the future.

Hotel's location is within arms reach of highlights in Killeen. Our 3rd floor suite was top notch, allowing us more than adequate space. The complimentary breakfast was awesome… Shilo gets a 4 in my book!

The location was great because it was a short walk from there to the convention center and a slightly longer walk to get something to eat. The Hotel was nice, everything was clean when we got there, we even got a roll-in mattress because we had 3 people in a two bed room. There was many lights both bright and dim, great when your trying to find something in your bag at night and don't want to squint while looking at a bright light.

It was very clean and nice. The room was way larger for a cheaper price than some other fancy hotels. Overall very enjoyable experience.

Although the hotel is impressive by itself but if the food they prepared and served us at our Christmas party is any indication of their restaurant I will not be eating there. Worst steak I have had in a long time. In addition, the service was low rate. By the time I got my meal everyone else had finished theirs. What is funny is that they had the exact number of steaks we needed cooked days before the party and they still did not cook enough steaks.

The staff were friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is pet friendly. The kitchen in the room was clean and the room itself was clean and well maintained. The breakfast that was served had just about everything you could want, eggs, bread and toaster, muffins, sausage, juice, water, milk, cereal the list goes on… The pools need some updates, and the hallways do not smell fantastic, and the shower near the pool was broken as well. The steam room and sauna were cool though. I would recommend staying, it's just an older hotel that needs some TLC.

Hotel was nice restaurant not so nice found hair cooked in my fish bites after a almost hour wait… Only asked if they could make me more… No sir I'm good… As a veteran friendly place I expected better service… I was not compensated chef only walked away as bartender gave me back my money… I will never attempt to eat there again…

Real nice dining area. Went to a friends wedding reception here. Great food and staff is real helpful, polite, and friendly. Very nice place to have get togethers like that. Can be a little on the pricey side depending on what you order. But still a very nice place to go.

I came in late from NC to visit a sick friend. Ms Betty was helpful and very friendly. She gave me a tour of the hotel and informed me of the many amenities the hotel offered. Great customer service.

Arlene, house keeping supervisor, was wonderful. She has a great personality. A real asset to Shiloh.

Looks nice until you lodge there, it is runners down and machines in Gym always broken. Dirty rooms and does not provide the basics for comfortable stay with a kitchenette. Service is terrible and swimming pool area smelled like urine. Never to return here again, worst mistake to stay here.

Checked in on Sep 24/2017 staying until Oct 1 / first time stay and it has been great very clean jr suit House keeping kept the room very clean and betty at the front desk was very informative and made my stay wonderful will be staying here again.

Wow! Absolutely amazing hotel! Beautiful! Very nice rooms. I've paid more before to stay in crappier places. This is like resort quality! Top of the line. I highly recommend staying here.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in a long time and with me being a very picky person I am so satisfied here breakfast was delicious chef Darryl and bartisa Cheryl very friendly I will return here and all other locations.

I was there for a event. I did get to see the lobby which was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The pool was large and clean. The ball room was good size and very nice.

Hotel was extremely hot upstairs. Cosmetic problems and booking online didn't give me the option for a full kitchen suite. Staff was helpful especially the front counter. Breakfast attendant could have stepped away while blowing her nose. Overall it was convenient. The food in the restaurant was excellent! Room service also.

Location a little difficult using goggle area has changed. The welcome was very nice as was the staff. The suite was nice. I like the extra mirror and seating area for applying my makeup. Will stay again. Need better tvs.

The room was well clean and I gustaríacomo have a kitchen inside the room. I also liked how they have a swimming pool next to the work out room.

Great staff; nice rooms; spotty Wi-Fi on the second floor because routers are on the 1st and 3rd. I have had better Wi-Fi in foreign countries… Great place overall.

Went there for a USO event. The staff was awesome, and accommodating. The catered food was really good and we'll worth it. Clean bathrooms. The conference room was beautiful and clean. Definitely reccomend for events.

Very nice place is worth it. I like the rooms and staff. Pool is open 24/7, indoor but water had a weird taste not chlorine. Breakfast was ok but not the best but nice lattes made by a nice lady named Rose.

I had high hopes for this place but was quickly disappointed. We had reservations for 2 nights but checked out as soon as we woke up the first morning. Between the rude customer service and the disgusting things in our room, I'd rather stay in a motel 8 instead and save my money. When we got breakfast the girl behind the counter was watching a movie on her phone and didn't even acknowledge us while we stood their needing her help. Another employee even told her that there was a guest and she said "I know" and continued to look at her phone. Not sure if it was because we are white or just pure laziness. When we went back to our room, my wife found a hairball that at first looked like a mouse under the sink. We then inspected the rest of the room (which we should have done when we first arrived) and found toenail clippings in front of the bed. When we asked if we can check out immediately and get our money back for the second night and explained why, the woman was rude and not wanting to do it and automatically said she can't because we made the reservations through expedia. Once I told her that we didn't, we reserved through their website she decided to give us the money back for the 2nd night. Such a shame for a nice hotel. We didn't even get a chance to check out the pool, gym or restaurant because we weren't even there long enough and pretty much wasted $125. Literally the only thing that we enjoyed there in our very short stay was the Fort Hood memorial right next to it.

The staff are always genuinely upbeat, nice! My suite is AWESOME, clean, comfy, full kitchen and large bathroom, but the sink is outside of the bathroom in the walkway. No problem though. See the pix added earlier. The price is perfect and you'll get more than it's costing. There's a gym, pool & whirlpool onsite! The Shilo restaurant has great food, happy hour, early bird food… its an overall wonderul place!

I loved this hotel because they rooms are very spacious. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The pool is very clean (2 hot tubs and 2 saunas). Very nice stay. The only thing I would say is the walls are to thin we heard everything. We stayed on the third floor and they're must of been a gymnastics girl or a herd of elaphants because all we heard was stomping, stomping, and more stomping. Otherwise amazing hotel. We also found a little surprise in the bed (not a bug or anything. )

Spacious room, 24 hr indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff here (specifically Donald and Gabby, others, too! ) are especially courteous. Great value!

Very noisy at midnight. I cannot sleep well. There were a lot of interruptions to stop you sleeping the whole night. Upstairs folks and neighborhoods created crazy noise. My friends and I were all been waken up by so many times. The hotel's wall and sound avoiding material are just pieces of garbage. Besides, the room's design is so weird. TV is so cheap to watch clearly. I think this hotel just use some nice looking furniture to cheat customers. Actually you cannot hope a lot. Service is the only good thing, which adds one star. Don't choose shilo inn.

Excellent service, David help help with trip advisor price match. You must try the hotel restaurant! The t bone is incredible good. Fast fun and in and out place. Highly recommended. Thanks for taking care of my family.

I have never been so well taken care of (family and friends included) as I was by BRIAN! This sweet man put up with all of my most obnoxious requests to the point that I genuinely wanted to know what I could do for him. I have never experienced service ANY WHERE like the service, kindness, and hospitality he extended to me. I hated to leave because I couldn't take him with me.

Very accommodating staff. Brittney is really on top of what's going on, always remembered my name and even my room number when I checked out days lster! Their shuttle is also a real help in between rental cars. Our driver, Augustine, was adorable — we wanted to take him home with us. All staff are polite, professional and helpful. Augustime is such a caring gentleman, happily toting our luggage and shopping bags with a smile, always helping us in and out of our ride. Chivalry is alive at the Shilo. Manager Richard is very friendly, helpful and visible. The breakfast is included and lots of variety for every tsste. 24 hr salt water pool, sauna, two party sized jacuzzis, exercise room. Luxurious suites, nice thick, fluffy towels. Lots of bang for your buck! Just practically next to it is the arts center where we saw a great performance last trip.

Had a family reunion there staff was excellent in helping making it a success.

I traveled to Copperas Cove for business, and had to take my dog along. I was so glad to have found this place, which had good reviews and a minimal pet fee. The rooms are large and very nice for the price. The attached bar/grill was a great place to relax after a hard day of work. The food was good, and our server Stephanie treated us well. The walls are a bit thin, but I was overall very impressed with Shilo Inn.

I got so sick from food poisoning. I ate wings there on Friday night and have been sick ever since.

The hotel and room itself was very clean and comfortable. I was especially surprised that the bed and living area/kitchen was divided by a mini wall separating the areas. However, I was not impressed by 2 of the 3 employees that I encountered there in my 2 night stay. The hotel shuttle came an hour after I had called them when I arrived into the Killeen Airport but the upside was the driver was very nice and personable and as the conversation went on during the drive to the hotel I quickly forgot about how long I had to wait for him to come. The night before I was to leave I asked the front desk person how long the drive would take back to the airport or if there would be any traffic and she stated that she didnt know because she doesnt live in the area. Another employee came to the counter and I asked him the same question but his answer was that he didnt know because it depends on traffic.? Mind you this was on a Sunday and my flight out of Killeen was at 530a so I decided to make my own decision to have the shuttle take me back to the airport at 430a. Needless to say there was no traffic and we made it to the airport in about 20 minutes. The shuttle driver back to the airport was the same guy who I had asked the night before at the counter about how long it would take to get to the airport. He was a strange guy who I wasnt really comfortable with because of his demeanor and because he talked to himself alot during our drive to the airport.

How much it costs for one night.

They don't support our troops at all. I been to ft hood about 20 time the past 2 years and they always say the same thing. We ran out of per diem rate. Just say you hate those that supported you during this time of war.

Honestly, I was disappointed because I expected a lot but the delivery just wasn't there. The quality and service was mediocre, and to be completely honest, I've experienced a lot better for the same price.

This area most hotels are sold out. I was tired and decided to just stay this one night instead of my initial 3 nights. I immediately checked out the next morning and went in search of another hotel. Why? I walk into the hotel and the front desk has her family using the hotel pool, let's see that was five kids running around the lobby screaming. There was a group of black guys CONSTANTLY hanging outside the front door. (That isn't to be racist but they were just loitering there) They constantly kept staring which made me uncomfortable. The receptionist? Well she was just rude and had this demeanor of "I don't want you here". The hotel room felt "unclean". The duvet even had tears in it and just looked so dingy and dirty, but thankfully I pack sheets to use between hotel sheets. Even the bathroom didn't lock in my room. Those entry doors do slam shut extremely loudly! Overall that was a bad experience. I was able to find a comfort suites available and I should of stuck to that original plan. I would say Motel 6 in Killeen would be better than this, heck almost anything would! The only plus of this hotel was the sauna. The Jacuzzi you have to mess with the dial it just doesn't work properly. I don't know why but they initially had stuck me on a floor filled with dogs and I had to change my room (twice). I would NEVER stay there again.
