High Five Inn Hotel

I went to visit a friend so it looked nice from outside, but the entrance. Is kinda hidden behind a McDonald's.

Son went in here to inquire about a job and they were not friendly. I've heard they have pretty good rates for people staying there though. The driveway sits behind the hair shops.

The bed and room was overall ok, just when I was taking a shower the sheet rock fell down on me (which you can see in the photos), but I slept soundly & it was pretty cheap.

Nice duck off place with friendly ppl they next more star dats about it.

Other than talking excessively amongst themselves in Korean, they are friendly. Place was clean. On the higher end for beyond basic pedicures.

High crime area. Rooms were clean and decent. Would only recommend to those without children. Owners were friendly and staff kept property well maintained.

I was very troubled by this place. The toilet tissue provided was very cheap and thin. Two of us were using it, I asked for a new roll twice when it ran out. So on the third time of asking for more toilet paper the owner refused us saying she could not afford to keep giving me toilet paper. She took our dirty towels and never gave us any fresh ones. I had to go to the store and buy my own towels and tissue. Every other hotel I have ever stayed in has always refilled these things without a problem. I felt like a unwanted house guest! I will never come here again!

The rooms are very nice and the price is affordable. The staff are very strict on visitors, and they are very nosey. I wpuld definately stay there again.

Dirty room, the phone dont work, the vending machine dont work. You get no customer service. The lady was rude, the sheets was dirty.

I had never heard of this hotel before and wasn't sure what to expect. It ended up being a really nice room. I have stayed in more expensive hotels that were not this nice. The room smelled really good when we walked in and it was very clean. It looked like a mini apartment. It had a comfortable feeling. The AC unit worked extremely well. There were 2 microwaves, 2 mini fridges, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in our room. There was also a small sink with cupboards around it. It would come in handy if you had to stay for an extended period of time. We were on the 2nd floor so the bathroom only had a walk-in shower, but it was nice. They had security cameras around the property, which added a safety feeling for me. Outside they had a covered table with a barbeque grill. One of our favorite parts was the super soft blanket on the bed. The staff was nice. We had no issues during our 1 day stay. The location is easy to find. The only negative thing I can say is there is no breakfast provided, but there is a McDonald's right next door. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend it for anyone who needs a hotel in the Killeen/Ft Hood area.

The hotel is really nice. The room we stayed on was very spacious and clean. They also had two microwaves and two mini fridges available. The premises overall are veeybclean and well mantained. I like that they have an area with table and a grill. The only thing, I wish was that they provided some type of continential breakfast or something.

One of the best hotels me and my hysband have been to. Great staff, cleanest rooms and very nice big rooms. And they are pet friendly. Love this hotel.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! And I used to go there a lot. They still have that same soda machine in front of the office that’s still plugged up with no sign telling you that you will be jacked if you put your money in. You will not get refunded because the man will say it’s not his problem. They also have bed bugs and I have videos of seeing them in the bed and on the floor while I was leaving… and on top of all that the owners are not the same sweet couple I knew before they gave me so much attitude and told me they don’t put bed bugs in the beds smh. They told me I can go somewhere else if I don’t want to stay there, and walked off on me while pointing at his wrist because it was like 4-5am… DO NOT GO THERE. I even told a guy that had a mold smell in his room and got moved what happened to me before I left. Would’ve done more but he was the only person outside…

Good customer service! Decent room for the price. It was clean, very spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked wonderfully without any issues.

The owners were absolutely THE nicest people. They're pet friendly. The rooms are spacious & clean; and you can tell it's been remodeled. It was like being in a studio apartment. It's convenient placed behind a hair studio, Family Dollar, a McDonald's, a Seafood restaurant & KFC. Not far from Fort Hood base. My only issue with the room was the carpet in the room, it should be removed (stains) especially if you're going to be pet friendly. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and stay here again.

High Five Inn is a great deal for the price. What I liked most was the Fair weekly rates while I was traveling through and the parking lot. It was so bright outside because of the exterior lights No one had to worry about having tools taken out of vehicles. The staff was warm and welcoming and helpful. It's located near Killeen Mall in Killeen Texas so I was able to find what I needed close by. Low Rates, Excellent Service, and Worry Free Parking.
