Attended a job event with my wife for a U. S. Government contractor. Very informative but was not made clear that a veteran was preferable. But figuring this is a army town that should be assumed I guess. The hotel staff was very friendly and offered accommodations.

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Everything looks so cool and contemporary. We were disappointed that the pool closes at 11pm and locks electronically, so we weren't able to use the pool despite it being one of the reasons we chose to stay. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Bistro has good food. Walking distance to lots of stuff and even cheap Uber rides.

Hotel is good. Bistro only has one person working it in the evening, wait times to get a basic meal/snack are about as bad as it can get. And this is only when a few customers are in the area. The server is great trying to manage it all, and does a credible job under stress. This is more the fault of the hotel, they need to ramp the place up, get more employees and push better service times and meals. As it is now, it takes about 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee which is not what it should be at all. Imagine trying to get a meal, it could take over an hour to get a basic sandwich.

Room is very nice but room check in is 3pm and we got here at 4:29 and had to wait in lobby because room had not been cleaned. Unacceptable after a 4 1/2 hour road trip.

Great stay. Exceptional service. Alexis and Erica were most wonderful. Above and beyond service. Will stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Awesome place. Great service with a smile and well trained customer service. There is a market place that is opened 24/7 for those midnight craving "needs" and also feature items that you maybe forgot. There is a good outdoor pool, a fitness room and a business center in the main lobby. The location is great; right off of the I-14 and is close to all the eateries and shopping areas. Our two queen-room was only $109 per night. My only wish is they have a breakfast although there's a restaurant in the lobby.

Had no issues checking in which is a plus considering a recent experience at a different hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as I walked into the hotel. It was obvious they had some renovations done. My room was very spacious with a king sized bed and a separate seating and desk area. I will say, however, you can tell the age of the building once you step into the elevator. Lol. All in all it was a good experience.

Customer service is something else. It starts at breakfast. Everything has to be ordered here (no buffet). And honestly, if you have to pay for two toast slices over $2!.
One of the shortcomings is to say, if you do not get it done after 3Tagen two sockets 110volt to repair which have no power (and just the one on the bed), then you should think about new staff.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is perfect too, near lots of restaurants and shops.

This was a really nice hotel with a contemporary look. The employees at the front desk were really nice and we got a great rate thru a booking website. Its located next to the mall and there are good places not too far as well. The beds were so comfortable! I really liked this place.

Great! Stop in check it out close to everything and not​ too pricey don't expect five star what I experience on my one night stay. Clean, quite and affordable while allowing me the option to cook for my family. Ask if you need anything you can borrow cooking utensils, pots they are pretty stocked up. If you want to BBQ it's outside just ask for your supplies and don't forget get your coal that's it you are ready. My son and I went swimming nice clean pool no lifeguard keep this in mind see y'all soon get out and explore life is Beautiful.

Very nice, modern hotel. Staff is very friendly, and rooms are clean and spacious. Especially liked the large selection of actual HD channels in the room. I'm used to getting a big flat screen TV in room, and having only standard definition channels available, which looks terrible. Breakfast, although very good, is not complimentary and is relatively expensive $15-$20 for a large breakfast — portions were big, however. Better off walking 100 feet across the parking lot to the panera bread which opens at the same time breakfast starts at the courtyard (6:30 am). Overall a great stay, taking a star for no complementary breakfast and a snafu during checking in, which notably was corrected quickly, but still should not have happened.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean. There is a happy hour at the bar downstairs.

Attended a business meeting and Christmas party here. Good place for both. Centrally located and easy to get to. Nice facilities.

In-laws stayed there in town and we spent a bit of time in the room. Nice and clean. They said there was no free water and they didn't like the taste of the tap.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Comfortable couches in foyer. Delicious breakfast included with room.

This hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere with very loving staff that makes you feel very welcome and at home. There is a rep by the name of Jarana that is so sweet. (I pray that this is the correct spelling of her name — she just had a baby! ) Anyway my heart was most touched by her genuine hospitality. I'm eternally grateful for this — this world would be a better place with people like this! I give them 10 stars!

This is my home away from home and the staff is amazing especially Ashley. We look forward seeing her smiling face to greet me when I checked in. She's a beautiful person with great personality and she's like family. I recommend the Courtyard to my families and friend's and they enjoy it just as much as I do. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but the Marriot Courtyard anywhere I travel.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with sheets so comfy you don't want to get out of bed. The bistro is also really good and breakfast was spot on.

I usually stay here whenever I come tdy to Fort Hood. Mostly because the rooms are clean but this time I noticed the Housekeeeping only changed my sheets twice during the week I was there and there was no signage stating they were conserving water or for you to hang up if you wanted to keep the same sheets. Also the breakfast is usually spectacular but on one morning I guess they had a different chef and s/he just couldn't cook eggs well done to save their life. I ordered the food 15 min before I came downstairs so I could take it and leave but the girl never submitted my order. So With them attempting to remake my order and people who barely spoke english trying to ask me how I wanted the eggs it was still a problem and I ended up having to throw them out after being made late. At least the moved the gym to a bigger room as well. Towards the end of the week the lobby/ elevator area started to smell like mildew as if one of the rooms on the first floor may have been flooded but luckily I checked out the next day.

Staff is nice. Easy check in and check out. Great location! Right across the street from the mall and lots of surrounding restaurants and stores. Room was clean and beds were soft. It was also very quiet which was nice.

Excellent food and very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend for staying the night or for banquet events.

The people were very nice. It was situated in a nice place near a large Mall. I was with a large group of people and the staff made every effort to accommodate the needs of the group. My room was spacious and had everything I needed as far as a desk and microwave and small refrigerator. The only thing I saw lacking was someone to help you get your luggage out of your car when you first got there.

Let me first start by saying thank you to the best hotel staff I've had the privilege of working with in a long time! This hotel is a gem in Killeen, Texas. I had a great time spending my week of "work" here. The staff made me feel very welcome the moment I walked through the door. The hotel has a very modern feel and is very clean and inviting. The cafe is an awesome place to get your morning bacon fix or that late night snack (turkey BLT is #1). They also offer a great drink line up. If you need a place to unwind to go along with your drink they offer an actual fire pit outside as well as an inviting pool patio. Over all I would recommend this exceptional place to anyone. If I have the chance to travel to Killeen again I will definitely be staying here. Thank you guys very much I appreciate everything.

I really enjoy staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Killeen. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and clean. And the internet is excellent. One of the best features is the free breakfast. This is the second time I've stayed for two weeks at this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I am back in the area for business.

Geeat rooms that are clean and large. Location has easy access to the highway.

The staff is helpful and fast. Beds sleep great. Rooms have a microwave and fridge. Wifi is available. Food comes quick. Hotel is clean. There is an outdoor pool. Direct TV on the TV with loads of channels. The fitness center has free weights! Only one washer and dryer though, $2 each. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean and neat and my room was very comfortable. I recommend Courtyard by Marriott to anybody needing a hotel room in Killer.

The staff was amazing, the housekeeping was incredible and I would stay here again. I just wish it were a bit more family friendly, like free fruit and milk for breakfast, but it was awesome.

Well-appointed and comfortable interior, AMAZING service (Saturday night 4/30/16 — not sure who was working but she was amazing), decent beer selection, bar closed at 10. That was disappointingly early for us, since we were there to celebrate performing a great concert. Otherwise, great time.

The check in process was smooth and pleasant. Deedee knows her stuff! The hotel itself is older but recently updated. The rooms are serviceable, the beds are a little on the firm side. There are many choices for food near the hotel. The hotel breakfast isn't free but you get a good amount of food for your money. Only negative is no free coffee/tea in the lobby. You'll have to drink the swill in your room or shell out for Starbucks branded coffee from the lobby bar/restaurant.

Horrible staff. They where very rude. This hotel does not put trash bags in the trash cans. That is very nasty.

Very clean and professional staff. Attended a social gathering. Catering was good as well.

Stayed here new Years weekend. Great View of 190 and the Mall next door. Room was clean, spacious, and will definitely be back anytime I'm in Killeen. Dee Dee (I don't know her real name) and Christian at the Front Desk were very helpful.

Place was amazing. Darkest room I have stayed in a long time. Super clean, and comfy bed.

Bed bugs ate me alive. Had more than 50 visible bites. I did not notice until my 6th day. Thought maybe mosquito bites. I rose one morning, quickly turn on light, and they were all over my arms and legs. Uughh! I'll be a long time forgetting this. Will report to corporate and health dept. You'd think they would have refunded me for most of my stay at leasSTAY AWAY.

This facility is brand new (end of 2012). Beautiful lighting, nice fixtures and appliances, friendly and courteous staff. Beds are nice and pillows are very fluffy. Location is excellent, but parking lot seems small for size of the place. Only real problem I had was it would have been nicer to have a microwave in the room. Room had a fridge but no microwave. Overall 9 out of 10.
