Clean rooms. Room service is good.

Not so nice and friendly there but nice rooms.

It's nice and the Walmart convenience stores restaurants just across the highway.

We came into town a little after midnight. After driving 6 hours. We had made reservations a few days prior. When we got into the room there was blood on the wall near round table and the bed skirt was covered in blood. How could I let my kids sleep in a bed stained with blood. I called the front desk & he said he would come look & give us another room. When he knocked on the door he did not look at it. He just said here is a key card for a room next door. It's like he knew it was stained & it did not seem like they were going to change the bed skirt. He did not offer to comp the room or anything. Not a discount nothing. So we packed up & went to a better hotel. Never will I stay at a hotel associated with this chain.

Rude behavior with customers. Don’t know how to treat customer thats why its empty.

There were scorpions in the room. Bug everywhere… the sheets were clean and the appearance of the room looked good however the bug issue is overwhelming. No insect ant or roach or scorpion control.

This place is great. Close to work… rooms always clean. And affordable!

Great friendly service. GREAT option if you have pets! Pool is small but has a great covered patio with BBQ grills. Hotel looks pretty new/renovated. It's basic, but still quite a good option for the price. Free breakfast is available, which is basic but still has warm options of waffles & toast.

Room was comfortable. Ice machine was broken, but it happens. Hot breakfast was oversold. Would stay again.

Smaller mom and pop kinda place, if staying in a hotel in this area there is a far better selection of hotel's with cleaner rooms and greater amenities. I. E. Hampton inn, Holliday inn, Best Western, Candle wood suite.

Clean and nice rooms, small lobby and only a few English muffins for breakfast, but overall a decent motel.

Over the phone, I was offered either a King bed with a jacuzzi tub or a King room with a regular tub. I requested the King room with the regular tub because I was traveling with my two small children. Upon arrival and check-in, we were then given a double room and told by Eli, "There were no King rooms available, but they are the same rate anyways. " The next morning, no hot breakfast because "the cook called in. " Morning clerk was the same lady who took my reservation over the phone the day before. I was told by Kristen when I asked about some kind of price adjustment for not receiving the room as discussed and not having a hot breakfast, "You can fill out the survey form and it will go to our corporate office. " Always a good way to help. This is when the staff assumes you will never call back or eventually stop calling after awhile. That was three weeks ago and despite leaving a completed survey form (and requesting copies for myself) I have yet to hear back from anyone at the hotel much less from said corporate office. I've called back twice and left messages. Apparently, Kristen, Eli, and a cook are the only people who run this hotel. Katie, a regional manager of this and another 7 or so hotels, is too busy to handle customer service. Unless you are an oil field employee or on a large company's business expense account, don't waste your money or time with this small-town inn. Spend the money to deal with a branded hotel to receive products and services that you pay for.

People say "great price, " but in my opinion $110 for one bed is still a little pricey for a small town like this. However, Best Western and Holiday Inn were both around $180; clerk said it was because of all the oil fields around here. I hope they pay those guys like kings. All in all, the room is real nice, I've seen much worse at big-name hotels. Smells good, the Wi-Fi is good, fridge and microwave, good flat screen TV, good pool, and good breakfast. If I ever have to come through Kenedy again I'll probably stay here.

Great price. Friendly employees. Great complementary breakfast best I've ever been to actually. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
