I have read the reviews on this motel and decided not to go but later changed my decision and went to stay there for a week, my budget was low, the staff was very good and friendly and the rooms are very very clean, it is not at all like the negative reviews I read I had the best service, yes they dont have other services offered by other motels but other motels take much higher rates for the extra services. Budget host inn it is for affordable rates. I would definitely go back to that motel when I go to that place.

I had work for 2 days at this area, and I stayed in this motel. This is pretty good price and very affordable. The staff is very friendly and they had good service. The rooms are clean and it was a 24 hour service and they were up to my rescue when I forgot my keys. I would definitely recommend this to my colleagues. Affordable and excellent.

Because I made a reservation was not ready took long to get a room I asked if I can check out an he later was denied after it shows online for request to check out later time… So check out time was at 10 am and this chick is knocking at 930 saying it's time to check out I yelled check out ain't till 10 so she kept knocking at our door and I went off on her so yeah if you want this go ahead service there Sux.

This is the best hotel every. Brand new, home away from home, friendly, nice and cozy. Largest rooms every. no glasses were every broken, these people damaged all the rooms they had and took 4 weeks to renovate again. They had stolen credit card and a disconnected number. All hotels should be no refunds just like all other businesses. We are brand new and with the greatest customer service from any industry.

The cleanest place ever. The LOWEST price for brand new hotel. Love it… Quiet, peacfull inside and out side. Loving family.

I've never even stayed but I was thinking about it till I read the owners comment on a customers comment. Attitude and completely unprofessional the question "who are savages? " Set it off. Not professional whatsoever.

I rated it 5 stars so it will go to the top of the reviews. We were sent to Work in Jourdanton for a week, so we got a weekly rate supposedly, we worked 12 hours from 7pm to 7 Am. We asked for them not to bother with room service, We noticed the chair had been taken from the room and a pair of my reading glasses had been broken, was too tired wasn’t going to stay up to talk to them. So the job was actually done in 3 days, so we go and let them know, NO REFUNDS! What the F!. We proceeded to ask about the missing chair (theirs of course) the manager asked if we had taken it, because no one had been in the room, we know they were the chair gone, AC off! They straight up lied and accused us! I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place that steals your money and goes in your rooms to look thru your stuff break your stuff and then lies about it… BBB is going to get a long detailed account of this. Stay away from these people.

I was simply just walking through but the premises look clean and tidy the people seem nice and friendly thank you God bless.

Worse place ever. We understand the dilemma of not having plenty of towels, but there's no reason to give us math that doesn't add up. $33 dollars per towel. Two towels per room. And we're paying $50 a night? Someone isn't getting a Profit. Save the math for a costumer that doesn't know how to add. Our room wasn't ready on time but we have to check out on time? This does not add up.

I will definitely be getting a hold of the corporate office! I have made the call already just waiting for them to call me back as they said they would. I'ma definitely tell them how if you pay cash you get a lower rate because I'm positive that's them taking money under the table and not giving budget host corporation their cut. Horror story! Worst place in Jourdanton! No room service! Zero amenities. (Oh sorry 1 mini bar of soap and you have to beg for toilet paper) Over priced! (You could stay at the sleep in for $300 a week and get breakfast and dinner for free, with room service everyday. ) I stayed during strawberry festival and Instead of a $240 a week rate they decided to charge 350 plus tax, coming out to $390+. Upon check out I was not given a courtesy wake up call to get out and Instead was charged another day! I paid $452 for one week! These guys are savages and don't care. I would like to think that out of all the guys in my company that could have came and stayed here, we would have been taken care of. Not! None of my people will stay here and I will make it my goal in life to let everyone know by any means. I don't know how you sleep at night sir!

Do not book with this India lady. She will not let you cancel. Gave me firty looks. Refused to let me cancel. Harrassed me for weeks after my trip was over. Falsely accused me of using a stolen credit card.

Rooms are clean the tvs are large, the price is JUST RIGHT! I recommend Budget host while staying in Jourdanton! Its the best one in that small community!

Really large room nice TV and bed they didn't really have the lobby finished yet brand new place price kind of high but that's with the whole oil based economy in the area not just a negative on this hotel.

This is the best Motel expierence we have had in a long time. Very big clean rooms. The onsite management is wonderfull. Very friendly and sweet. We had free snack and beverages in all our rooms we stayed in. The beds are very comfortable. We have never had a better place to sleep. Brand new place to sleep quitely and at the lowest price in this area. Everyone should stay at the new Budget Host Inn and Suites. You will love it! we did and we are now having all our people stay here.! Must Try. The Best.
