OMG, The water pressure in this place is amazing the best shower I’ve ever taken in my life!

It's a nice, basic hotel in a good location. Next to two grocery stores and a Whataburger, and near other shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly. Haven't had a bad experience here.

Great place to stay. Close to the places that we wanted to visit. The whirl pool tub was great for relaxing in after day of site seeing. Joy was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She answered all our questions. We plan to stay here again on our next visit.

I really loved staying there. The service was fantastic, the room was in perfect condition, and we were given a wonderful view. The only thing I could think of that could be improved is more variety in their breakfast items, but it didn't bother me in the slightest.

Very clean & the front desk person was welcoming & informing. Just don't like that pool users don't dry off thoroughly so the 1st floor hall & elevator are wet. Possible slip/fall if not careful. Will definitely visit here again!

I thought this was a great hotel! Close to much of the lake, and 30_40 mins to downtown Austin. Great place to just get away.

While this hotel adequately serves the purpose of an overnight stay in a clean room, a couple of points detracted from the overall experience. The water in the bathroom had a funny quality, and felt soapy to the touch. Fingers would feel slippery after a wash. Not sure if there is any contamination. Also, the upholstery and rooms show clear signs of aging. To be fair, this is an issue only in terms of aesthetics. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. The staff are courteous. The dining room has a quaint touch, and is equipped with an interesting library of books, one which I did not have enough time to pursue.

Great area. Close enough to walk to bars and restaurants. Fun for wedding lodging.

Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Room was nice, clean, quite. HEB across the street and 620 restaurant next to grocery store.

The hotel was perfect for our stay, we got a one bed for two adults and it was very clean and spacious. The staff were inclusive and very friendly. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the location gave us many choices of entertainment and food.

The terms 'clean' and 'friendly' are definitely subjective as my wife and I have stayed here on two separate occasions and will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. The first stay after a local wedding we were awoken by someone walking in our room at 1:00 am as the front desk had rented it to another couple. The response from the front desk was laughter and the statement "Well you weren't in the middle of something were you? That would be really bad! " We were given a free stay and months later had a need to be in Lakeway overnight. The staff, with the exception of Housekeeping, was rude and apathetic. It was almost as if checking in or being there was a burden to them.

By far the nicest people working there. If it's not right they do what ever they can to make it better.

Very clean professional and organized. Very safe community and surrounding the Lakeway area. In need of a stress free worry free personal time away, I highly recommend The Hampton inn & Suites in Lakeway Texas. Convenient to stores and main highways. As well it's not a long drive to any main event downtown. Just a 15 min drive.

Nice hotel. Clean. Decent breakfast options for fast breakfast. Comfy pillows. Air conditioning was turnes off when I checked into the room but easily fixed with the thermostat but it was a bit of a first impression of it being hot in the room. Of course didn't take long to cool down. Has a nice TV and table and mini fridge. No lounge chair or comfortable chair on the room though. Either hard wooden chair or. Sit in the ed. Get a top floor though cause the walking is loud above you.

To me it is just a place to rest my body after work. I have been enjoying the hot tub, the freezing pool and small gym they got here. Very clean place. The complementary breakfast can get boring.

Great for business travel, with basic self catering amenities like a fridge, microwave, on site essentials shop, and laundry. Ideally located for out of city offices.

Hampton Inn in Lakeway, Texas is reasonable for the price and provides good service. The rooms have mini fridges and hot breakfast is included with your stay.

We always stay here when we visit family in west Austin. The staff are great, rooms are clean and we'll kept up. The outdoor pool is seasonal so don't expect to swim in early spring. The fitness center is small but better than nothing and it's a short drive to some nice neighborhoods if you want to jog.

Clean and affordable! Very good breakfast. Been here 3 times now for family trips to lake travis. We stayed in the "Honeymoon" suite, loved the in-room hot tub.

This place is awsome with the best staff and just minutes away from dowm town.
