Cool at 70 a nite free eat at morning.

It’s a comfortable hotel which offers all the required for a good stay. The staff is very nice. Their guy Leyer gave us a full breakfast with coffee, juice and muffins though we checked out at 4am in the morning for an early flight.

Just no. Almost go robbed in the parking lot. The room was clean and okay. No frills but will did not feel safe. Sercurity was present but area is questionable.

This is just a place to sleep at night. Maybe 10 minutes from the State Capital and it's cheap. You get what you pay for. Like any other old cheap hotel rooms smell musty lamps in our room didn't work bathroom door would just barely open and close from foundation settling. Swimming pool now filled in with dirt and grass but they didn't even take out the ladder first. At least the front desk person was really nice.

This place is so BAD! I would give them NO ⭐'s if it were an option. All round was terrible night, and I left. The hotel had been infested with a number insects. I took one of them alive in a cup down stairs to show them and was cussed at by the front desk clerk. Don't stay here! Save your money, and Sleep in your car.

I like staying here. The staff are awesome. Everyone is friendly. There is a store right next door. You have lits of things a round you. The room could be a little bigger especially the restrooms. But other than that. Its great.

This place was horrible. The first room they put us in did not have a functioning door lock and they insisted that our belongings would be safe because they had cameras. The girl at the front desk would ignore us while she had personal conversations on her cell phone. We finally got moved to a different room 2 doors down from our first room. Someone must have known the lock was broken because it was then used as a party/smoking room. There were also roaches everywhere. I would not stay here again.

Nice, clean, odorless room. They had to photocopy my DL, which was a little awkward because Im not used to that. Otherwise, perfect stay.

It's a bed to sleep in. I don't recommend staying here though. Spend the extra $20 and get a nicer room elsewhere. The inside seems run down and there were a few bugs in the room. Staff was friendly.

Easy peezy. Make your own waffels in the morning breakfast nook, and still has smoking rooms.

DON’T STAY HERE! Check-in was at 3 pm, there was nobody behind the desk. Twenty minutes later, this big guy showed up looking like he was pissed because the phone was ringing, then a female showed up looking like she was either late for work or took to long of a lunch. She threw my ID back at me and then threw the receipt and the pen to sign the receipt. Were I not alert, they both would’ve ended up on the floor. The room smelled like Raid or weed I’m not sure. Anyway, it was a one night stay because I wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. The next time I’ll go someplace else. The one positive is that the bed didn’t have bed bugs and the room was clean.

Everything about this hotel inside and outside is gross. We had two rooms and neither had hot water. The water pressure (all cold) was barely a trickle. Half of the lights in our room were out. The smoke detector was past expiration and beeped so we had to remove it. There were stains on the bedspread. We saw ladies coming and going (hint hint), a deal going down in the parking lot (hint hint), and overheard someone being threatened (all separate incidences). This place is a dump. Stay away!

Very good nice rooms for the price. I was expecting a low grade room, but was very pleased.

Saw cockroaches in the breakfast area, the hallways smelled like smoke, NO privacy. Felt like I was constantly being watched. The staff were rude. I was actually taking a bath and had my medications on the bed in a certain way, when I got out they were in a totally different position. So if you like to be watched, this is the place for you!. Wouldn't be surprised if it all was a undercover operation. Very negative vibes and negative energy. Stay away. I don't know why some of these reviews say good things about this place? Are you blind?

For the price, I would give decent rating, but for safety, I won't. I was in Austin, TX for the first time, because this is close to the airport and our flight arrived at 11pm, we took a taxi to this hotel, and the taxi driver told us this area is not safe, then he peeled out of there, I could've swore I saw his tire marks. The receptionist was polite, we checked in, the room was decent, there's a strong cigarette smell on the hallway, but not so much in our room. Then around 4 am, we heard banging on the door, we woke up and heard a door open, so we were glad that it wasn't us, but we heard thumping and a woman crying and screaming and numerous threat from a man's voice threatening to shoot. We were really scared. We waited a few hours then we checked out and saw several woman with lots of make up and skimpy outfits trying to talk to us while we were waiting for our UBER. 3 UBER cancelled our requests after accepting and locating us, when one finally accepted, he called us asking to meet at nearby gas station because he doesn't feel safe to come to our hotel.

This motel has a really bad rep, but it's really not that bad. The staff have always been kind and there's not another hotel nearby you can smoke in. The chevron being right across the parking lot is a bonus too.

Not as bad as it looks. The Employees need To pay Attention to detail in the Rooms when their being cleaned. The small things.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice now. It is not a high class hotel OBVIOUSLY but we were looking for a decent room for an equally good price. The location is excellent with a corner store within walking distance and fast food restaurants all around. Both times the staff has been exceptional and the rooms have been comfortable. I have stayed everywhere from the beverly hills hotel to a motel 6 and this has been the friendliest staff I have come across. I commend the front desk associates for their friendly service and quick accommodations. Thank you for making our stay in austin that much better!

If I was able to rate it a half a star I most definitely would. My boyfriend and I prebooked this hotel a few weeks in advance before heading down to Austin. From the pictures I had found on their website it looked decent, however when we got there it was a different story. Pulling up from the outside this hotel looked rundown and unkept, from staying at may hotels in the past (high end and a little more budget friendly) I wasn't so quick to judge and had wishful thinking that the inside would change my initial opinion, unfortunately that wasn't the case! The lobby looked just as rundown and dingy as the outside. The front desk looked very unorganized and the man upfront wasn't very warm either. Again, I tried to keep the positive vibes and hoped for the best. I quickly checked in and headed up to my room. The hallway looked even worse than the lobby and had a very weird musky smell to it. We arrive to our room and was instantly upset with the condition. We were greeted with the smell of and even worse musk smell combined with a cigarette and urine odor. The a/c unit looked as if someone had beaten it with a hammer, half of the vent was missing, and as if that wasn't bad it enough looked like there was rat poop in the unit itself along with underneath and around the unit. The rest of the furnishing looked like it was second hand as the arm rest looked as if it were chewed away. The bed was disgusting I refused to sit/lay in it because of how dirty it appeared.

Nasty old, dirty old crack/whore house. Great people working there though. Polite & sincere & doing a good job. Once you get into the room you feel like you're in a decent place. Just don't go outside after 8pm.

This much better a Motel 6 than this place. They don't give him any maintenance. In the night I killed a cucarachita. There's stains on the wall. The elevator's dirty.

Hotel has nice furnitures inside the rooms but the hallways need to cleaned regularly. May be they have plans to fix them… Prices are good and the rooms are clean always.

Never judge a book by its cover. This hotel has the friendliest and most inviting staff I've met during my summer travels this year. The room was very clean. The bed felt like a cloud! Yes, the outside doesn't look all posh and sleek. However, on the inside, it is comparable to any 5 star hotel. There was a nice breakfast for free! Nice bonus. This is a bargain price for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this stay and I will be back!

Other than the fact that the premises are a little run down it's a great facility. Has great rooms with everything you need in them, no skimping there and has a full menu for room service! Front desk staff are very nice.

Super comfortable beds, and a great staff make this place stand above the rest. I've stayed here a few times while working in Austin. Every stay has been a good experience. It's not Fancy. But their level of customer service and hospitality is hard to find these days. I recommend!

All right, just to sleep, not like to spend more time in the hotel.
