The Hotel was very nice. We stayed in a deluxe suite and there was so much room. They have a great breakfast as well.

We enjoy Hilton hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. It was nice and clean, spacious, great buffet breakfast where the kids are free… Just a beautiful place in a really nice area.

Had to go there for a work event. Temperature in the room was just right, not too hot, not an icebox like so many others. Staff greeted us immediately on entry and directed us to the proper room. Restaurant smelled good.

Fine for the event I attended, big enough room for everyone included. Got pretty cold after a few hours, but otherwise fine.

In town for work. Great location. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Decent size room. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked it! We did the weekend getaway package including breakfast… best hotel breakfast yet. Staff is spprochable and very friendly. Room was very clean. I choose the 5th floor… it was pretty quiet. We will be back for a weekend getaway.

The hotel was very elegant, and the staff was friendly. I was able to choose my own room as part of the Hilton Rewards program, and received two bottles of water upon checking in. I was only there for one night, so did not have an opportunity to use any amenities other than the business center where I printed my boarding passes with ease.

A really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Snacks sold by the check in desk. Food available on premise. A BBQ restaurant right in front as well as a 7/11 walkable. Was a nice stay. Clean rooms. Pool/Gym.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are updated and nice. Helpful staff, plenty of parking, and conveniently located restaurants make this my go to Austin hotel.

Customer service is great. The hotel is clean and updated. I have stayed here multiple times when I'm working in Austin. The hotel is also close to The Domain where there are several restaurants and entertainment.

Me and some colleagues were staying in this hotel on a business trip, and all of us experienced a strong moldy stench that didn't go away even if we left the windows open. This was extremely unpleasant and I think dangerous. The floor carpet was torn and dusty. I was staying in the south wing of the hotel on the first floor and everyday around ~5am there would be some loud high-pitched machinery sound that laster until ~6-7am. The hotel owner mentioned they know about this problem. However, they don't intend to solve it ASAP. the staff is not so friendly, and not always looking to help. on the positive side, the furniture looks well, Internet is fast, Bed is kind of comfortable.

Nice quality stay. The staff really are aiming to please, but so far we have to ask. Couple of minor issues that were addresses immediately upon asking. Room service wasn't great.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Stayed there for three nights with family. Good breakfast and good in — room coffee.

The Garden Inn are some of Hilton's better properties in my opinion. Rooms are nice, and the lobby space appears to be specific designed for getting work done. Of course, know the breakfast is not free at these. It's a decent made to order egg with several good meats on the buffet. It's about $11. This one did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and the experience was quality.

Nice and clean… great area around awesome resturants. Great staff. Love that they have infused water every morning.

Room was clean, everything seemed new, bed was very comfortable. Front desk receptionist was very friendly, housekeeping staff was very accommodating. Pool was salt water and a good size for a quick dip. Bar could use a little better selection of wine and beer. Overall we will stay here again.

I did like very much the room. The breakfast is awesome. The attention from the staff is great. Didn't test the pool, but with the hot weather of Austin, I would liked to go swimming.

Not bad. I would stay again. Breakfast is okay. Rooms are clean but seen better. Bar and food is not so great but there are restaurants just next door. Prime location and business facilities. There is a gym but not great.

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms. I didn't get to the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Two nice restaurants right outside and convenient location to Austin downtown without being in the mix of it on 6th st.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Little less lighting than would have been liked. Great drinks, always fresh coffee, cookies need to be available all day. Love them.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is just a short drive from downtown Austin, maybe a 15 minutes. The first thing I noticed was how nice the lobby was. It was modern, and set up very nicely. The rooms are also pleasant, although the rooms with two smaller beds are quite narrow and could be difficult for two people to fit on. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I have no major complaints at all.

Location is great for north Austin offices and factories. Old hotel, seems renovated recently. Room had a smell, bath tub was cloaked. Internet speed was decent and breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, nice general staff, horrible management. However, I had to book this hotel at the front desk because we were switching from a different, horrible hotel. Because of this, the staff had to book a room in person, which doesn't really seem to happen often because things like that are mostly done online. The manager who booked the room was rather arrogant and unhelpful in explaining the full amount of the charges that would be on the bill. We had a fun surprise four days later during check out and no manager (night shift or day shift) was willing to compromise.

I felt something while I was sleeping. It felt like some string or something was being dragged over my face. I was almost asleep so I threw my pillow on the ground. I looked down and saw a black shape moving away from the pillow. I jumped up, turned the light on, and smashed a giant cockroach that was bigger than my thumb. That bastard crawled on my face… I was all paranoid for the rest of the night, and I found two of them. One was walking on floor and another was walking on bed. So I requested hotel frontdesk to change the room at 2am (#413) … I was not feeling well, couldn't sleep well. This is my worst experience at hilton garden inn. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Pretty good service, room is always clean when I come back. Beds are comfortable, and internet connection is sufficient.

Pleasant Accommodations, Serene Environment, Location is amazing. Everything is approximately 20 to 25 minutes drive from here. The Mall is around the corner and it is an easy drive to Downtown.

HHonors/ATT Wifi is extremely slow. I had to turn it off on my phone & use data just to do a few tasks. The alarm clock had the wrong time, but it required a maintenance call to change the time as the clock didn't have a way to adjust the time. The air-conditioner freezes the room if it runs. If I turned it off, the room got too hot. The bed is rock hard, the "adjustment" knob didn't work.

We stayed five nights, and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We were not impressed with the adjustable mattresses on the beds, and found them gimmicky and pretty uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good, but we would have liked alternatives to the $11.00 meal, which is the same each morning. A choice of a continental breakfast for less money would have been nice. We did not have a car, and there were no alternatives within walking distance. Maid service was excellent, and the one maintenance problem we had was fixed in short order. We especially liked such extras as a table in the lobby with free coffee and tea, cold citrus flavored water, and great cookies in the afternoon; a full bar; comfortable seating next to a gas fireplace; and books on shelves for the guests. We would stay there again.

The hotel was nice, clean, and very accommodating. The manager Ricky was very helpful, as well as the staff. My family will definitely come again!

$167 for a run-of-the-mill room with an uncomfortable bed (the beds are supposed to be adjustable to your preference, but the dials did nothing to either bed in my room). This hotel might've been worth a price of $79 a night at best. I'll look elsewhere next time.

We booked the hotel based on the pictures and overall positive reviews. It is located right behind Bone Daddys and only an exit away from several restaurants and convenient grocery stores. The hotel lobby is modern and inviting, and we were always welcomed by an employee. The room was clean, with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Two complimentary water bottles were in the fridge. Negatives about our stay: from the moment you enter the hotel and your also your room, it smells damp and dank, like you're staying by the ocean. It's a mix between mold and old, but I guess you get used to it. The other negative was the AC unit. Probably the noisiest unit I can remember; you had to at least run the fan all the time to keep the air circulating, but that thing was loud. Overall I would stay again because of the value.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was a great price and the room was perfect. Would definitely come back. Very clean, good price, would recommend.

You can definitely tell this hotel is on the older side. Our room had a bit of an off smell and the shower grout was dirty. I found the bed extremely firm, and the fire alarm went off twice around 10 in the morning. Granted they are in the middle of renovating, but in its current form I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service from the front desk was excellent however.

The beds are supposedly adjustable but on a king size bed it feels as if there are two separate mattresses. Not comfortable, switched rooms and had the same issue. Cleanliness was not up to par. Staff was very friendly and tried to help with any issues.
